As the Communication Planning and Strategy Executive at aCommerce, you will be a key player in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the online presence and sales performance of our e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for short video production, live-streaming marketing initiatives, and influencer and affiliate management within the e-commerce ecosystem.
The role of CPS is to be part of the collaborative team, which consists of marketing, e-store manager, Key Account Management, and demand fulfillment. The CPS is expected to be the project lead from the marketing side, to grow the client’s e-Commerce GMV and revenue. CPS objective is to achieve the project KPI and project profitability, and reporting to (CPS) Communication Planning and Strategy Manager/Supervisor.

We are looking for a talented candidate to build and support the Commercial Finance at aCommerce, in a very fast-paced environment.
As an Assistant Manager/Manager Financial Planning & Analysis - SCM, you will be working with a Head of Commercial Finance to provide insights of SCM to the business, variance analysis, forecast and Planning and escalating any financial issues to management and recommend strategies for increasing financial performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Operations Team on Monthly Cost projection (Fulfilment Cost, Warehouse Cost and Delivery Cost).
- SCM Planning, including Warehouse, Headcount and Logistic.
- Work with Operations Team on monitoring CAPEX and OPEX Budget.
- Perform cost analysis in many different angles.
- Perform Variance analysis between Actual, Forecast and Budget and provide supporting reasons for all variances.
- Inventory aging, Provision, losses and claim analysis.
- Work with SCM team on Inventory management for cost optimization.
- Perform Fulfilment cost allocation.
- Provide Actual Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly performance and Cost trends to Operation Team and prepare Slide for Monthly Business Review.
- Prepare Report and Slides for Monthly Business Review.
- Gather issues or business interruption to prevent and report risks to management.
- Support on any Ad-hoc required by Head of Commercial Finance.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other online media effectively drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams—including paid media, SEO, CRM, platform specialists, and other key stakeholders—overseeing campaign performance, aligning execution with client KPIs such as GMV and ROAS, and providing strategic insights that drive business impact.

Reporting & Analysis

Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

● Team Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of account managers or specialists. Experience in workload management, coaching junior talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
