About the Role

We are entering a massive wave of demand for Agentic Copilot Platforms (ACP) and Unified Copilot Platforms (UCP) in the regional e-commerce sector. We need a hybrid technical sales professional who can own this service. You will act as the technical bridge between our AI product offerings and our e-commerce clients.

Your primary mission is to take the burden of "vibe coding" and prototyping off the executive team. You will build rapid, high-impact Proof of Concepts (PoCs)—like RAG pipelines, custom chatbots, and autonomous agents—and then present these solutions to non-technical stakeholders to close high-value custom engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping & Demos: Build quick, functional PoCs (chatbots, AI agents, RAG pipelines) tailored to specific e-commerce client use cases to drive the sales process.
• Technical Pre-Sales: Act as the technical expert in client meetings. Translate complex AI capabilities and e-commerce data flows into clear, compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Marketing Directors, E-commerce VPs).
• ACP/UCP Deployment: Own the deployment and implementation strategy for quick-turnaround Agentic/Unified Copilot solutions for our regional clients.
• API & System Integration: Design workflows connecting top-tier LLMs with client e-commerce data streams (e.g., Shopify, CRMs, product catalogs).
• Client Advisory: Advise regulated and FMCG e-commerce brands on how to leverage AI safely and effectively within their existing cloud and data architectures.

Technical Requirements

• Programming & APIs: Strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience integrating major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• AI Frameworks: Working familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• E-commerce Data Fluency: Understanding of the e-commerce tech stack (Shopify, CDPs, analytics) and how to structure product/customer data for AI consumption.
• Cloud Basics: Exposure to foundational cloud services across AWS, GCP, or Azure (knowing how to deploy and host a basic PoC).

Business & Soft Skill Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a client-facing data science role.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to present highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Language: High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for client-facing work and technical documentation, alongside fluent Thai.
• Hustle: A builder’s mindset. You are comfortable moving fast, experimenting with new AI models as they drop, and doing whatever it takes to get a demo working before a big pitch.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to educate clients about our company's services in order to increase sales and develop strong relationships with new clients as well as maintain relationships with existing clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales management process - pipeline, account planning, CRM and proposal to meet target
• Ensure all customers are successfully on-boarded on time and within budget
• Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
• Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
• Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume and efficiency target/KPI
• Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
• Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
• Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non-financial transaction
• Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target.
• Create agreement document with client

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience, ecommerce sales marketing would be advantage, lead generates, account management, advertising agency background 
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development, trading, retail, distributor industry and/or logistics is beneficial
• Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
• Good presentation, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good command of English skills

Goal

• Drive awareness and adoption of aCommerce's end-to-end services within the Southeast Asian market, contributing to increased market share and brand recognition.
• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, educate potential clients, and showcase the value proposition of aCommerce's solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, successful campaign execution, and optimal resource allocation.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct ongoing research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the SEA eCommerce landscape.
• Analyze campaign performance data and user behavior to optimize tactics and improve results.
• Develop insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across online and offline channels (e.g., webinars, social media, case studies, white papers, events) specific to the SEA market.
• Develop engaging content that resonates with the SEA audience, adhering to local cultural nuances and preferences.
• Oversee campaign execution, manage budgets, and track performance against established goals.

Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Support the launch of new aCommerce products and services by developing targeted marketing materials and communications for the Southeast Asian market.
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to the local audience.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Channel Management and Optimization:

• Oversee and optimize aCommerce's presence on relevant marketing channels including social media platforms, industry publications, and online communities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation through each channel.
• Brand Advocacy and Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the eCommerce industry, including media, influencers, and industry associations.
• Promote aCommerce's brand image and thought leadership position.
• Represent aCommerce at industry events and conferences in Southeast Asia.

Technical Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the eCommerce or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., writing, design, video editing).
• Experience with campaign management and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO , SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
