Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. About the Role
PagerDuty is seeking a Director of Pricing & Monetization to own the strategy and execution of how we package, price, and monetize our Operations Cloud platform. This role sits within our Product Development organization and reports to the VP of Product Strategy & Growth.
This is a product-first role. About The Role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive position that will play an integral role in generating revenue across the Relay Payments suite of products. You’ll be selling Relay’s platform to small and medium sized trucking fleets to help them save time and entirely eliminate fraud. We are building a team of support specialists that will work with the largest and most complex Stripe Terminal users. As a Network Support Specialist, you’ll be the subject matter expert on Terminal's SDKs, payments hardware and device management, and will deeply collaborate with Stripe’s Technical Support and Product Support Operations teams.
To equip you for this, you will go through an extensive onboarding that provides foundational understanding in at least one programming environment as you go deeper on Stripe’s API & product features. Over time, you will learn the basics of all of Stripe’s supported backend languages as well as client technologies including JavaScript, Android, iOS and React Native. You will also solidify your knowledge of SQL and Splunk basics to excel on the job.

About The Role
Relay Payments is seeking a pragmatic, curious Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. This role is designed for a software engineer who enjoys understanding how systems actually work in production and wants to grow into reliability and infrastructure ownership over time.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers to help operate and improve our platform. This includes a mix of hands-on operational work (responding to alerts, following runbooks, maintaining systems) and project-based work to improve reliability, automation, and developer experience. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, take ownership, and steadily expand the scope of what you can handle independently.
You’ll be part of a small, high-leverage team focused on platform and reliability, working alongside experienced engineers who will mentor and support your growth. You will initially have read-only access to most production systems and will ramp into deeper ownership as you build familiarity and trust. Success in this role means becoming someone who can independently handle the majority of platform and system-related requests from internal teams, while knowing when to escalate and ask for help.

The full salary range for this position in our compensation architecture is $69,998 - $116,663. Our solutions focus on payments to consumers, workforces, and service providers, including refunds, rewards, and payroll delivered digitally and physically. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, excel in relationship building, strategic thinking, and negotiation. Key responsibilities include identifying high fit/high potential new partners, leading deal teams, navigating complex negotiations, defining partnership priorities and key KPIs, and launching the relationship to maximize value for both parties. Reporting to senior leadership, the candidate will ensure alignment with organizational priorities and drive mutual growth.
This position is remote, but it's essential that candidates reside within 30 miles of the Metro Atlanta area. The role may occasionally require in-person meetups and travel.
Responsibilities:
Develop a target list of high fit/high potential new partnerships; manage a diverse pipeline and secure new partners in support of Onbe’s channel distribution strategy.
Establish relationships with multiple partner stakeholders; build trust and uncover organizational priorities, operating structures and decision-making criteria.
Assemble and lead deal teams; based on a deep understanding of partner’s priorities and decision-making processes, define and articulate win strategies to execute a successful organizational selling motion.
In line with partner priorities and go-to-market practices, ensure partner is equipped with scalable pricing models and product options.
Lead pricing and contracting negotiations; architect meaningful incentive structures to motivate partner to drive volume.
Develop partnership plans to ensure alignment between partner and Onbe: document mutually identified revenue goals, priorities, resources, roles & responsibilities and KPIs.
Bring Onbe resources (e.g., project management, channel marketing, relationship management, etc.) to the field to set the partnership up for long-term success. Provide oversight and ensure successful launch of partnership through pilot.
With a land & expand mindset, uncover additional opportunities for Onbe to add value within the partner ecosystem or via referrals; win opportunities across new buying centers and nurture a network/referral effect to extend the value of the partnership.
Qualifications:
10+ years in a consultative B2B2C sales role
Experience in payments and disbursements preferred.
Familiarity with the refunds, incentive or rewards spaces is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to sell to multiple C-level personas, including finance, marketing and digital engagement personas.
Must display excellent verbal and written presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Up to 20% domestic travel may be required
The base salary range for this position is between $159,480.00 to $178,500.00 plus commission.
