En nuestro equipo de Data Science, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar como parte de nuestros product squads, desarrollando funcionalidades que enriquecen nuestro producto y brindan la experiencia de primer nivel por la que somos reconocidos. Trabajarás junto a profesionales brillantes con distintas especialidades: Product Managers, Designers, UX Writers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, entre otros. Algunos de los problemas específicos en los que trabajamos en el equipo de Data Science incluyen sistemas de búsqueda y recomendación; mejora de la experiencia del cliente utilizando machine learning (como el enrutamiento automático de tickets); modelos de pricing, liquidez y crédito; y la construcción de una plataforma que nos permita desarrollar y desplegar todas estas soluciones.

Nota: Esta es una posición senior. Esperamos que tengas al menos 3+ años de experiencia aplicando Data Science y creando modelos de machine learning. Si tienes las habilidades pero estás comenzando tu carrera en Data Science, te recomendamos postularte a la posición de Data Scientist.

Responsabilidades

• Arquitectar, desarrollar y desplegar sistemas de machine learning en producción. Los principales casos de uso están relacionados con chatbots y sistemas de búsqueda.

• Diseñar y ejecutar experimentos.

• Analizar una amplia variedad de datos (estructurados y no estructurados, observacionales y experimentales) para mejorar los modelos actuales o crear nuevos.

• Aplicar el método científico para desarrollar aplicaciones impulsadas por LLMs, incluyendo probar diferentes prompts, explorar y comprender las capacidades de los LLMs, evaluar agentes y prompts, analizar guardrails de aplicaciones de IA y construir PoCs para validar la viabilidad de IA generativa en funcionalidades de producto.

• Participar activamente en discusiones y decisiones relacionadas con todo el chapter de Data Science (Guilds, Design Reviews, Demos, etc.).

Lo que buscamos

• Personas que quieran aprender y generar impacto real a través de Data Science.

• Conocimiento experto en conceptos de machine learning: regresión y clasificación, clustering, redes neuronales, selección de features, validación cruzada, curse of dimensionality, bias-variance tradeoff, explicabilidad de modelos, entre otros.

• Buena comprensión de los desafíos de ingeniería para desplegar sistemas de machine learning en producción.

• Dominio de Python.

• Conocimientos o experiencia con Deep Learning.

• Experiencia brindando asesoramiento técnico a otros data scientists (liderazgo técnico).

As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will:

• Own and evolve the cloud substrate that Webflow's product and engineering teams depend on, including our compute layer, EKS fleet, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP.
• Design and maintain the networking fabric that connects Webflow's services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across our cloud environments.
• Build and enforce guardrails around IAM, SCPs, and scoping permissions that keep infrastructure secure and auditable without slowing engineers down.
• Drive FinOps across Webflow's cloud footprint, owning cost attribution, right-sizing recommendations, and surfacing waste before it becomes a problem.
• Partner with Infra teams on instance type selection, capacity planning, and right-sizing decisions that impact application performance.
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation that improves how we manage cloud infrastructure, from policy-as-code and drift detection to LLM-assisted runbook generation.
• Help define the culture of this growing team as it expands its international presence.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer if you:

• Have a background as an infrastructure or cloud engineer with an enthusiasm for automation and code, or a background as a software engineer with deep enthusiasm for cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Have 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment that allows for little to no downtime.
• Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and a strong opinion on what good cloud operations look like.
• Have experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades, node group management, autoscaling, and cluster add-on lifecycle.
• Have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform, and a strong preference for changes made through code, not consoles.
• Have experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP.
• Stay curious and open to growth, demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

It would be a bonus if you had even one of the following:

• Experience with Karpenter, cluster autoscaler, or other Kubernetes-native scaling tooling.
• Experience with GCP infrastructure alongside AWS in a multi-cloud environment.
• Experience building AI-assisted infrastructure tooling, including cost optimization loops, anomaly detection, or policy-as-code with LLM assistance.

Dialpad’s AI Engineering organization is responsible for building and maintaining customer-facing AI features at scale across all of our cloud-native products and services. Every day, millions of users worldwide leverage our technology to communicate effectively and efficiently.

Dialpad's Agentic Runtime team owns the infrastructure and execution engine that runs AI agents at scale across Dialpad's core product modalities — including voice, messaging, video, and digital engagement. From multi-step task orchestration and tool execution to real-time context management and agent memory, our team builds the foundational platform that powers Dialpad's next-generation intelligent, autonomous experiences. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, QA Specialists, and Engineers specializing in Distributed Systems, ML Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering.

This position reports to the Engineering Manager, who is based in Kitchener, CA, and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of agentic runtime systems, including agent orchestration, tool execution pipelines, and multi-step reasoning loops.
• Build and optimize core runtime components, including task planners, action dispatchers, memory managers, and context window management systems.
• Work on agent coordination techniques, including dynamic tool selection, parallel agent execution, state management, and result aggregation across multi-agent workflows.
• Maintain and enhance highly scalable agentic platforms with a focus on low-latency execution, cost efficiency, and deterministic behavior.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and fault tolerance in agent runtime services, including graceful degradation when LLM or tool calls fail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including ML researchers, product, and platform engineers — to translate agentic product requirements into robust runtime infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize real-time distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures powering agentic task execution.
• Design and implement sandboxed execution environments for safe agent use of tools, code execution, and external API calls.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics covering agent run success rates, token consumption, latency, and cost attribution.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging agentic frameworks, LLM APIs, and tooling ecosystems to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code while following best engineering practices in a rapidly evolving problem space.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality, maintainability, and scalability of runtime components.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers navigating the unique challenges of agentic systems.

Skills you’ll bring

• 3–6 years of experience in distributed systems, platform engineering, or ML infrastructure, with exposure to LLM-based or agentic systems strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures, including ReAct, plan-and-execute, and multi-agent coordination patterns.
• Deep knowledge of context management, prompt lifecycle, tool-call protocols (e.g., function calling, MCP), and agent memory strategies (short-term, episodic, and long-term).
• Experience integrating and managing external tool ecosystems, including web search, code interpreters, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and how retrieval fits into broader agentic pipelines.
• Understanding of LLM output reliability challenges — hallucination, non-determinism, and retry/fallback strategies at runtime.
• Proficiency in Go and Python 3 (experience with Rust or TypeScript is a plus).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures suited to long-running agent tasks.
• Passion for real-time performance optimization, including streaming responses, async execution, and parallel tool invocation.
• Experience with API design using OpenAPI, Swagger, or equivalent, with an eye toward agentic interaction patterns.
• Knowledge of gRPC or equivalent RPC protocols for inter-service communication within agent runtimes.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including managing long-running or stateful agent workloads in containerized environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure optional), including managed services relevant to agentic workloads such as queuing, secrets management, and compute autoscaling.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks and continuous delivery practices, with comfort shipping infrastructure in a fast-moving research-adjacent environment.

Your role
As a Product, Privacy, and Regulatory Counsel, you'll own the legal strategy where product innovation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance intersect. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Telephony, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to embed legal judgment directly into how Dialpad's AI-powered products are designed, launched, and scaled globally. You'll also help build the frameworks, playbooks, and guardrails that position Dialpad as a trustworthy, enterprise-ready AI platform. You are not a compliance gatekeeper - you are a builder.

This position reports to our Assistant General Counsel and has the opportunity to be based in our San Ramon, CA office. You will join a collaborative legal team alongside dedicated product and privacy legal resources, supported by a strong network of outside counsel and cross-functional partners. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Dialpad's executive team and enterprise customer base.

What you’ll do

• AI governance & product counseling - Advise Product and Engineering on privacy-by-design, AI governance, and regulatory risk across the full product lifecycle. Support the development of legal frameworks covering AI training data, LLM data use, model governance, and compliance with the EU AI Act, US state AI laws, and FTC guidance.
• Global privacy & data protection - Support Dialpad’s global privacy compliance program (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and beyond) in partnership with dedicated legal team members. Help manage the data subject access request program, maintain DPIAs and RoPAs, and serve as on-call counsel for data incidents, including breach response and required notifications.
• Telecom & regulatory compliance - Advise on federal and state telecom regulations (FCC, TCPA, 911, USF), track international developments, and handle CALEA readiness, law enforcement requests, and sectoral compliance across regulated verticals.
• Security partnerships & certifications - Partner with Security and GRC teams on certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA) and help design privacy-enhancing controls including automated redaction, anonymization, and access governance.
• Commercial & marketing enablement - Handle DPA and BAA negotiations, support complex enterprise transactions, and advise on marketing compliance including TCPA, CIPA, web tracking, consent signals, and digital advertising practices.
• IP & legal operations  - Participate in the Patent Review Board, coordinate patent prosecution with outside counsel, contribute to key internal policies, and drive legal ops scalability through automation and AI tools.

Skills you’ll bring

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active bar membership in 1+ U.S. states.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably including meaningful time at a recognized law firm with a technology or privacy practice, combined with in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Deep expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA, including privacy-by-design and cross-border data transfers.
• Familiarity with AI legal frameworks (EU AI Act, US state AI legislation, FTC priorities).
• Experience communicating complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.

We're looking for an experienced ML Ops Engineer to join the ML/AI team at Newsela. This team works on projects ranging from classical Machine Learning to AI / Generative pipelines.  This is a hands-on role. The Role

AI is no longer a roadmap item — it's the operating system for how modern growth teams win. We're hiring a AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing to be the hands-on builder who embeds AI into every corner of how our Growth team works: performance marketing, creative production, CRM, landing pages, growth ops, and beyond.

This is a rare hybrid role.
