The Sales Development team at Domino is focused on supporting our org though both opportunity as well as talent pipeline. This is a pivotal role working between the territory sales teams, marketing, ops, and even product, to strategically identify and engage with our next customers. A successful Sales Development Rep (SDR) will be able to source outbound pipeline as well as qualify inbound leads within Enterprise companies. Beyond which, the ideal SDR will be able to positively influence their territory and the entirety of the Go To Market (GTM) team beyond their ability to source leads, while growing and eventually stepping up into other key roles on our team.

What we are building
The Automation Team at Domino acts as a force multiplier for engineering, building the tools and systems that enable teams to ship code confidently and consistently. A core part of this mission is Tempest, an in-house platform that orchestrates realistic, long-duration workloads against live Kubernetes clusters and validates the results against real observability data. Today, when scale testing surfaces a bottleneck, a resource misconfiguration, or a regression in system behavior, the team can identify and report the issue — but we need someone who can take the next step: profiling services, tracing root causes through Prometheus and New Relic data, and partnering with platform engineers to drive durable fixes. Focused on iteration and continuous improvement, the team looks for targeted enhancements that create outsized impact, and this role will close the gap between detection and resolution at the infrastructure level.

What we are building
The Governance team at Domino is aimed at making Domino become the leading platform that enables enterprises to govern their AI projects effectively and efficiently. This is meant to support innovation cycles for our customers, while allowing them to build models and outputs responsibly and safely.
The Data Product team at Domino is responsible for developing the integrations with services, systems and sources that data scientists rely on for their model development and analytics work. Our mission is to make access to data seamless and comprehensive such that data scientists can incorporate data into their workflows without worrying about how. We take satisfaction in making sure that data scientists can derive insights and produce predictions knowing that they have the full availability of data without worrying about engineering complexity.
The two teams have been working interchangeably and smoothly to fulfill their respective missions.

What we are building
Demand Generation is responsible for creating pipeline and managing all aspects of it — from the channels (email, digital, web, paid social) to the systems on which we build campaigns, and to the partnerships with our GTM teams, including Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This team connects strategy to execution to measurable pipeline outcomes.
The Content Marketing Manager will own the words that power our demand engine as well as the system that produces them at scale. This is an editorial and production role for a performance-obsessed content marketer who operates like a producer: someone who can write a sharp 1,200-word SEO blog post and a five-word subject line, brief a freelancer to do either, and edit both to a publishable standard. You will work closely with vertical marketers, product marketing managers (PMMs) and channel owners to translate Domino's technical positioning into copy that educates, engages and converts and build the repeatable workflows that keep that content flowing.
