Caylent's Anthropic Enablement & Engineering (AE2) practice is a dedicated AI services team built in partnership with Anthropic. We were Anthropic's first pure-play delivery partner, and are working closely with them to define the next evolution of Software Development.
The Forward Deployed AI Strategist leads the work that defines what transformation looks like before a single Architect is deployed. You own blueprint engagements — comprehensive assessments of how an organization builds software across the full SDLC and PDLC, where AI can change the economics, and what a credible multi-phase roadmap looks like. You then lead the execution programs that follow, coordinating Agentic Architects across parallel workstreams and driving outcomes against the plan you set.
On engagements where scope and timeline call for it, you step in part-time as an Agentic Architect.
Your clients are PE portfolio companies, growth-stage software businesses, and enterprise engineering organizations where transformation decisions are made at the C-suite and board level.

The Mission
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.
The right candidate is empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet project goals and engagement expectations. Benefits
Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The Mission
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Architect to join our growing Cloud Architecture & Engineering team. The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in cloud architecture and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward. Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Engineers, Architects, Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base. Preferred Qualifications:
The base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 per year. If you are hired at Caylent, your base salary is determined on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other market conditions. While it's not typical for offers to be made at the top of the range, please keep in mind that the base salary range is only one component of your overall compensation. Benefits

You are the technical engine of AI engagements. You own the hands-on delivery: rapid prototyping, running evaluations, configuring Claude Code tooling, and building production- grade AI systems in client environments.
