The role

The Privacy Manager will work closely with business and technology teams across Nebius to identify privacy risks, help create solutions, and collaborate on strategies to enable business success in this rapidly-evolving regulatory environment. The position is part of a collegial Group Privacy Office, which forms part of the Legal team.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Advise business teams (including marketing, sales, IT, and operations) regarding compliance with privacy, AI, and related laws and work collaboratively with the Group Privacy Office peers to provide advice for projects with both regional and global scope
• Perform vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments, particularly for cloud providers, data center partners, and managed service vendors
• Support cross-border data transfer assessments, including SCCs, TIAs, and adequacy mechanisms
• Provide clear, practical, pragmatic, guidance in a multicultural environment, balancing regulatory expectations with business realities
• Efficiently advise on data protection terms in agreements including license, vendor, SaaS, technology, master services, confidentiality and other agreements
• Support product development by advising on privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles, balancing regulatory requirements with business goals and partner/customer expectations
• Draft, update, and maintain internal and external privacy documentation, including DPIA templates, guidance materials, FAQs, and communication assets. Perform privacy impact assessments, responsible AI assessments, and other governance tasks, and contribute to the maintenance of records of processing and the satisfaction of privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default requirements
• Advise sales and marketing teams on compliance implications of various marketing initiatives including online advertising, behavioral advertising, social networking, email, SMS/text, and other consumer-facing communications
• Work closely with Information Security, Data Governance, Risk, and Audit teams to identify and mitigate data protection compliance risks including issue-spotting and advising related to cybersecurity and data incidents
• Support the privacy aspects of data breach and incident response, including regulatory notifications within EU timelines

We expect you to have: 

Professional Qualifications:

• LLM or J.D. degree or equivalent degree with strong academic performance
• at least 6 years of hands-on experience in privacy, data protection, or related compliance roles preferably within a technology-driven and/or international environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of European data protection laws and global privacy regulations (e.g., UK GDPR, Swiss FADP, CCPA)
• Demonstrable expertise on US privacy legislation Experience interpreting regulatory guidance and drafting relevant privacy notices, policies, and procedures
• Hands-on experience with DPIAs, RoPAs, vendor assessments, and data transfer mechanisms

The role

We’re looking for a Security Product Manager to join our team. Security Product Manager is responsible for conveying the company’s security strengths to customers, partners and the market at large. This includes participating in relevant security partnership initiatives, influencing security positioning and branding, and working closely with internal teams to ensure company’s security posture and security products is communicated effectively to all stakeholders. By combining expertise in compliance requirements with a customer-centric approach, Security Product Manager helps position security as a competitive advantage rather than just an internal obligation. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

1. Product Management 

• Define the vision and roadmap for Nebius’ security products. 
• Owning the ideation, postmortem, prioritization, backlog, and customer feedback processes. 
• Guiding new features, systems and services from inception to launch, while keeping customers at the center of everything. 

2. Customer-facing communications 

• Lead public-facing communications around security updates or changes in compliance status. 
• In the event of a security incident, coordinate user messaging (email notifications, press releases, FAQs) with support from the Head of Security Products and CISO. 
• Gather user feedback on user experience and security to guide continuous improvements. 

 3. Competitive analysis and market research 

• Conduct ongoing research on industry benchmarks, emerging security standards and technologies, and competitor certifications. 
• Identify gaps and opportunities in organization’s product security posture; propose strategic initiatives that differentiate the company’s security story in the market. 
• Stay informed about new regulations or frameworks that may influence future product certifications or transparency requirements (e.g., privacy laws, data sovereignty standards). 

 4. Certification and audit support, service ownership 

• Collaborate with the CISO office to gather technical evidence or make necessary product enhancements that satisfy certification requirements. 
• Take ownership of some security-related services of Cloud platform. 
• Track and maintain a certification roadmap (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPPA, etc.), working closely with CISO, GRC & Compliance, Corporate Security departments. Communicate timelines, goals and status updates to leadership and sales representatives. 

5. Cross-functional collaboration 

• Coordinate with multiple Product Managers to align security goals with other product roadmaps, ensuring a consistent narrative between product security and external messaging. 
• Work with Platform Security, GRC & Corporate Security and legal teams to gather essential information for security products enhancements (e.g., penetration test summaries, compliance reports). 
• Work with Customer-facing teams to address client inquiries about security posture and guide them on using security features optimally. 

We expect you to have: 

• 3+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience with a focus on security initiatives. 
• Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and familiarity with how they translate into business value. 
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner (e.g., writing content, speaking at webinars or conferences). 
• Stakeholder management skills to align with other Product Managers, CISO staff, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams. 
• Analytical mindset: comfortable defining success metrics (e.g., security feature adoption, NPS around trust, certification progress) and making data-driven decisions. 
• Project management skills: demonstrated ability to manage inter-team collaboration within company-wide projects, ensuring timely delivery of cross-functional tasks and alignment with compliance goals. 

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

•  Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP; prior experience in regulated industries; prior experience working for Cloud Service Provider.

Responsible for helping with Mobile Forensics sales across EMEIA. Responsible for growing pipeline in all the regions across EMEIA. ABOUT THE TEAM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build Anduril's European communications program from the ground up, developing strategy, establishing infrastructure, and executing across markets with varying levels of maturity and priority.
• Drive media relations across defense, technology, business, and policy outlets in priority European markets, building the relationships and pipelines that will sustain long-term coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A track record of building communications programs in new markets, not just inheriting them.
• Experience managing agencies, contractors, and regional communications networks across borders.

The Opportunity:

The Qualified Person (QP) holds ultimate responsibility for the certification and release of medicinal products in accordance with EU GMP, Directive 2001/83/EC, Dutch pharmaceutical legislation, and applicable Marketing Authorisations.

The role provides independent, authoritative quality leadership across site operations and serves as a key member of the site leadership team, ensuring patient safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and reliable supply.

In addition to batch release accountability, the QP provides strategic oversight of the Pharmaceutical Quality System, partners closely with senior stakeholders across Quality, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, and represents the site in interactions with Health Authorities.

• Regulatory Accountability & Product Release

  • Act as the legally registered Qualified Person with full authority for certification and release of clinical and commercial medicinal products.

  • Ensure batch certification in compliance with EU GMP, Directive 2001/83/EC, national legislation, EU GMP Annex 16, the applicable Marketing Authorisation, and approved regulatory dossiers (e.g., MA, IMPD), and applicable authorisations.

  • Exercise independent decision-making authority, including batch rejection and escalation when required.

  • Ensure timely batch disposition aligned with supply commitments and compliance requirements.

  • Responsible for the certification and release of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) in accordance with EU Clinical Trial Regulation and EU GMP Annex 13, including oversight of randomisation, blinding, labelling, comparators, and clinical supply chain integrity.

  • Maintain QP oversight of the end‑to‑end GMP supply chain, including qualification, approval, and ongoing monitoring of contract manufacturers, testing laboratories, API suppliers, and logistics providers.

• Quality System Leadership

  • Provide oversight of the Pharmaceutical Quality System, ensuring inspection readiness and regulatory alignment.

  • Oversee deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, complaints, and recalls.

  • Approve critical GMP documentation including SOPs, validation documentation, and quality agreements.

  • Ensure that third‑country manufacturing sites comply with EU GMP requirements, including audit strategy, GMP equivalence assessment, and importation controls.

In this role, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in remotely managing a large diverse territory. The Role

JOB SCOPE

SALARY RANGE

• First month: $2,000 
• Second month: $4,000
• Third month (on average): $7,000 a month
• 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
• 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000

This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
