About the Role

Are you a technically proficient Product Manager with a passion for removing friction from the customer journey and building integrations that scale?

As a Product Manager at Workwize, you will own the full customer onboarding experience, from the moment a new client signs to the point they're fully live on the platform. Your mission is to reduce time-to-value, push the experience toward self-serve, and build the integrations layer that makes it all possible. You will work with our software and operations team to ship products fast in our B2B SaaS environment.

This role sits at the heart of one of Workwize's most strategic pillars: automation. You will own our automation suite, covering both the onboarding flow itself and automated asset restocking, directly impacting how efficiently our customers operate at scale. A major part of this is HRIS integrations (think BambooHR, Workday, and similar), which are critical to how customers sync employee data into Workwize.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and execute a product vision for onboarding, integrations, and automation focused on scalability, self-serve adoption, and operational excellence.
Own the roadmap for HRIS integrations and the automation suite, prioritizing features that reduce manual effort and accelerate time-to-value.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with Engineers and Operations team members in a cross-functional team to align on solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.
Regularly update stakeholders, including leadership, on product plans, progress, and outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Use data and KPIs to identify onboarding bottlenecks, guide feature prioritization, and track product performance across the integration and automation stack.

Speed & Impact

You have a bias for action.
You look at making the right trade-offs between impact and effort to get to a high-impact launch.

Customer Feedback Integration

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 to 7+ years Product Management experience in B2B, ideally SaaS and/or platform-heavy products.

About the Role

Are you a technically proficient Product Manager with a fintech background and a passion for building financial systems and automating support at scale?

As a Product Manager at Workwize, you will own a greenfield opportunity: building the foundation for how Workwize handles billing, invoicing, and financial operations end-to-end. About the Role

We’re looking for a BDR Manager who is equal parts coach and analyst. Someone who genuinely loves developing people — running call reviews, breaking down objections, celebrating the small wins — but who also opens a spreadsheet with the same energy. You’ll lead our Americas BDR team from our New York office, own the outbound pipeline and be close to the data that drives it.

About the Role

We're looking for a Group Customer Service Manager to help us scale our Customer Operations (CO) organization, spanning both Support and Sourcing, and drive it to world-class performance.

This role is purpose-built for someone who has spent time in top-tier strategy consulting or in-house strategy/transformation roles, ideally with meaningful exposure to SaaS clients and high-growth scale-ups, and is now looking to own the operating model end-to-end. You'll bring the structured thinking, analytical rigor, and stakeholder savvy of a consultant, combined with the ownership mentality of an operator who genuinely loves getting into the weeds and shipping outcomes.

You'll manage Team Leads and Lead/TL-level managers across functions, own the CO roadmap end-to-end, and be the internal force that turns ambitious objectives into delivered outcomes. If you've previously diagnosed broken operations inside a fast-moving SaaS or scale-up, designed the fix, and then stayed long enough to see it through, you'll feel right at home here.

Who You Are

You're a strategic operator: equally comfortable in a board-ready slide deck and in a Zendesk queue at 9pm. You've likely spent 2 to 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, boutique strategy/ops consultancies) or in an internal strategy/COO/Chief of Staff function, and a meaningful portion of that work has been with SaaS companies and/or scale-ups, not just large corporates. You've made the deliberate choice to step into ownership rather than advise from the sidelines.

You understand the pace, ambiguity, and resourcing realities of a scale-up environment, and you know that playbooks built for the Fortune 500 don't translate one-to-one. You get energy from going from diagnosis, to execution, to measurable improvement, and you're tired of handing the deck off to someone else to implement.

Responsibilities

People Management

Manage and develop Team Leads and Leads across Support and Sourcing sub-teams.
Act as a role model for managerial excellence, coaching your direct reports to become strong managers themselves.
Drive MEI (Manager Effectiveness Index) performance across your organization.

Operational Excellence

Own overall SLA performance for the full CO organization.
Diagnose operational pain points using a structured, hypothesis-driven approach, and translate findings into pragmatic, sequenced fixes.
Ensure tools, training, and workflows are continuously optimized to support team autonomy, accuracy, and scale.
Lead tooling prioritization decisions including dashboards, AI/chatbot oversight, and automation investments.

Strategy, Roadmap & Project Execution

Co-own the CO roadmap: break down master initiatives into structured, time-bound delivery plans across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Build the underlying business case: quantify the impact, sequence the bets, and align stakeholders on the “why.”
Drive best-in-class project execution, from output quality and stakeholder management to cross-functional decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years combined experience, with a meaningful stint in management consulting, strategy, or transformation (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, boutique strategy firms, or in-house strategy/Chief of Staff roles), plus operational leadership experience where you owned outcomes, not just recommendations.
Direct exposure to SaaS environments and/or scale-ups as either a consultant or operator. You understand SaaS unit economics, the operational rhythm of a fast-growing tech company, and the difference between scaling a 50-person ops team and a 1,000-person one.
Demonstrated track record of measurably improving a department or function, ideally something you scoped, sold internally, executed, and can point to a quantified before/after.

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Project Manager to join one of our Service Operations teams at Workwize. You'll be embedded in one of our core services — Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or M&D — but the role is the same across all of them: own and drive operational improvement.

Own ~2 concurrent improvement projects within your assigned service, from problem definition through to measurable outcome

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Team Lead who will own and further scale Workwize’s entire inbound marketing engine. You’ll lead organic and paid acquisition strategy while partnering closely with the outbound team to power Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions. About the Role

The OEM Business Partner Manager owns and develops Workwize’s strategic relationships with leading hardware manufacturers (OEMs), with Apple as a key and initial focus, alongside other global device brands. The role is responsible for executing OEM business plans, driving hardware and services revenue, ensuring partner compliance, and enabling internal teams to successfully sell OEM solutions across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

OEM Partnerships & Governance:

Own strategic relationships with assigned OEM partners, including Apple, and act as the primary point of contact.
Manage OEM partner programs, certifications, compliance requirements, and access to partner tools and resources
Maintain and grow Workwize’s standing within the Apple Partner ecosystem, while supporting additional OEM relationships
Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and OEM partner performance

About the Role

At Workwize, security is not a checkbox. It’s operational discipline. As we scale with larger customers and more complex infrastructure, we need someone who doesn’t just maintain compliance but actively reduces real risk. At Workwize we: Own it. Improve it. Raise the bar.

As our Security Specialist, you own and execute our security program end-to-end. You don’t write policies for the sake of it. You make sure controls actually work. You constantly ask: are we doing this at the highest level? What can be tighter? What can be automated? What can be improved?

This is a hands-on role for someone with experience who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and knows how to combine ISO/SOC discipline with practical execution.

Responsibilities

Your focus is to own and strengthen our security by reducing real operational risks. You don’t wait for audits to expose gaps, you’re proactive and hands-on. We already have ISO27001 and SOC2; your role is to take them further making our security stronger, more practical, and truly effective.You own the operational side of our security program across engineering, IT, and business. You will also:

Continuously improve our security posture across product and internal systems.
Keep policies, controls, and risk registers alive and relevant.
Identify gaps and close them.
Run periodic security checks: access reviews, vendor reviews, incident simulations.
Make sure security controls are not just documented but actually working.

Own and elevate ISO27001 & SOC2:

Own audit readiness and evidence collection.
Improve control effectiveness year over year.
Coordinate engineering, IT, ops, and legal during audits.
Respond to enterprise security reviews and questionnaires.
Own third-party risk management and vendor security reviews.

You work closely with Engineering and Platform to:

Strengthen application & cloud security.
Embed secure SDLC practices.
Run security reviews for key changes.
Drive threat modeling for new features.
Own vulnerability management (triage, SLAs, verification).
Improve AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secret scanning).
Strengthen IAM, logging, monitoring, key management, and cloud baselines.

Be our security anchor:

Act as the go-to person for security questions.
Train teams in practical, lightweight best practices.
Communicate clearly and directly with engineers and leadership.
Stay calm and structured during incidents or urgent customer escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years in security roles (Security Engineer, Security Specialist, GRC + technical, AppSec, etc.
Proven experience owning a security program and strong background in ISO27001 and SOC2 (Type II)
Experienced supporting enterprise customers during procurement and security reviews, ideally also in a startup, scale-up, or fast-moving SaaS environment
You can assess technical risk and turn it into prioritized, practical improvements. You focus on impact and execution, not theory.
You are reliable, autonomous and able to collaborate smoothly with engineering and leadership.
You communicate directly and to the point. You’re comfortable going deep technically when needed, but you always translate risk into clear actions.
Strong fundamental technical skills in:
- IAM and least privilege
- Network and cloud security
- Encryption and secrets management
- Logging, monitoring, alerting
- Vulnerability management workflows
- OWASP Top 10 and secure development practices
Hands-on experience with:
- Cloud security (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- SAST/DAST and dependency scanning
- Vendor risk management
- Audit cycles and evidence management
- SIEM or lightweight logging solutions

About The Role

We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our existing customer base across the EMEA and APAC regions. This is a critical revenue role focused on account expansion, upselling, and long-term customer value.
As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you act as the commercial owner of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers. You work closely with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, build an expansion pipeline, and drive adoption across additional teams, regions, and use cases.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who wants to build intelligent automation into a real, complex operational product. At Workwize, we help companies set up, manage, repair, retrieve, and store IT equipment for distributed teams across 100+ countries. That means lots of workflows, lots of edge cases, and a massive opportunity to use AI to eliminate manual work for IT managers.

In this role, you will own the product vision for how AI agents and automation transform our platform. You will work hands-on with AI tooling to design, build, and continuously improve agents that handle complex operational workflows. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be in the details, working with tools like LangSmith to trace agent behavior, evaluate outputs, and systematically make our AI features more reliable and effective.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Product Vision • Own the AI roadmap and identify where AI can automate and improve operational workflows across the Workwize platform. • Track relevant advances in AI agents and automation, and turn them into clear product bets.

Build, Ship, Improve • Partner with Engineering to design and ship AI-powered features into production. • Define agent behavior (workflows, prompts, guardrails) and handle real-world edge cases across customers and regions. • Own production quality: monitor performance, investigate failures, and improve reliability over time. • Set up evaluation and feedback loops, and track KPIs such as time saved, accuracy, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to understand workflows, align priorities, and deliver outcomes. • Run ongoing discovery: talk to internal teams and customers, validate ideas quickly, and iterate based on results. • Communicate plans, progress, and results clearly to leadership and the wider team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with hands-on experience working on AI/ML-powered products or features in the past years.
Practical experience with AI/LLM tooling such as LangSmith, LangChain, or similar platforms for building, evaluating, and improving AI agents.
Strong understanding of how LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering work at a product level. You do not need to train models, but you need to understand how to make agents work well and get better over time.
Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and iterating on them based on real usage data and evaluation results.
Solid product judgment. You consistently simplify complexity and make good tradeoffs.
Data-driven decision maker. You are comfortable owning KPIs and using analytics to guide priorities.
High-ownership operator. You take initiative, unblock teams, and do not wait around for permission.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive (German speaking) to help accelerate our next stage of growth.
