Wat ga je doen:

Als “VIP” Key Account Manager:

• Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe restaurantgroepen en Michelin-sterrenrestaurants om het portfolio van TheFork uit te breiden.
• Vergroot je je omzet door sterke, betrouwbare relaties op te bouwen, de meest geschikte oplossingen aan te bieden en voortdurend nieuwe zakelijke kansen te identificeren.
• Prospecteer je en sluit je contracten met sterrenzaken waarmee we nog niet samenwerken.
• Treed je op als echte ambassadeur van ons bedrijf en onze waarden bij contacten met stakeholders op senior niveau (chefs, marketingdirecteuren, digital directors, operations directors, enz.).
• Zorg je voor sterke zichtbaarheid binnen ons ecosysteem door actief samen te werken met partners en deel te nemen aan branche-evenementen.
• Blijf je je interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en netwerkcapaciteiten voortdurend versterken.

Wie ben jij:

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Een goed niveau Engels wordt sterk gewaardeerd.
• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in sales of accountmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een digitale, online of tech-omgeving.
• Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van regio’s, pipelines en KPI’s met behulp van Salesforce of een vergelijkbaar CRM-systeem.
• Je bent een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte professional die ernaar streeft doelen te behalen en te overtreffen.
• Je bent zelfverzekerd en comfortabel met onderhandelingen en commerciële gesprekken via de telefoon.
• Je hebt een goed begrip van onderwerpen rond revenue management en commerciële performance.
• Je weet snel vertrouwen op te bouwen en duurzame zakelijke relaties te creëren.
• Je werkt autonoom en bent gewend KPI’s, targets en prestatie-indicatoren te beheren.
• Je kunt hybride werken (3 dagen per week op kantoor) en bent bereid om ongeveer 20% van de tijd te reizen.

Je maakt extra indruk als je:

• Ervaring hebt in de internet-, digitale of technologiesector.
• Aantoonbare ervaring hebt met het pitchen en verkopen van promoties, deals of flash sales.
• Goed functioneert in een snel veranderende omgeving en georganiseerd blijft onder druk.
• Een “hunter”-mentaliteit hebt met de drive om nieuwe businesskansen te identificeren en te converteren.

What you will do:

• After selecting in-scope restaurants, you will proactively contact and schedule meetings with the owners or managers of the restaurants. Your daily activities will be composed of cold-calls, walk-in visits and pre organized meetings to present TheFork products and services.
• You will be in charge of proposing and selling TheFork products and services, including: promotions, advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, training & marketing solutions.
• You will engage with the Restaurants managers to help them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network.
• You will follow up with the prospects you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

• You speak Dutch fluently, and have a good command of English.
• You are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
• You are customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive and influencing skills.
• You are a high-performing professional with proven sales experience, comfortable closing deals in a single call.
• You have experience in business development, preferably in B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments, and are skilled in short-term negotiations.

You Can Impress With These Additions 

• You are a foodie with a strong interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector.
• You are dynamic, independent, and thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent organisational skills.
• You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in your role.
• You are proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office, with CRM software experience as a plus.
