Compensation: 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $75,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus + Full Range of Benefits. What you’ll do

• Build and maintain ELT pipelines that ingest data from systems.
• Co-own the mapping and migration of source data into the new 3NF EDW, ensuring data integrity, reducing redundancy, and maintaining automated unit and data tests.
• Develop data observability processes and monitoring dashboards to track pipeline health, freshness, and data quality across Databricks.
• Build new data and AI-powered tooling to improve the productivity of the data engineering team and broaden self-service data access for Route employees and external partners.
• Help harden the Integration Pipeline by automating deployment of shared staging and production infrastructure for new pipelines and managing dependency updates for dbt and CI templates.
• Support the full migration from Snowflake to Databricks, targeting completion by end of Q2 2027, including reporting services and ingest/egress jobs.
• Coordinate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to define and prioritize data requirements and ensure end-to-end data lifecycle coverage for existing and new products.
• Champion data democratization, help establish a company-wide data retention policy, and expand the foundation for a self-service Silver layer (EDW) that serves as a single source of truth.

What we’re looking for

Salary for this role: $138,000 - $146,000

The cash compensation above includes base salary, and is not reflective of potential commission for employees in eligible roles, or annual bonus targets under Route’s bonus plan for eligible roles. The role:

The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program Management Office (PMO) and Testing Group at SoFi is part of the Controllership and is responsible for ensuring the company has the necessary internal control and assessment elements in place to meet the SOX requirements. The PMO facilitates risk assessment and scoping to determine project scope of each reporting year, then prepares the internal control assessment plan and accompanying timeline, inclusive of scheduling and conducting walkthroughs for each process and control, and updating corresponding control description and process flowcharts.The Testing team facilitates all SOX management assessments for SoFi and its subsidiaries by attending control walkthroughs and conducting testing for all in-scope systems and controls. The IT Testing team performs testing over IT General Control, IT Automated Controls, Key Reports and IT-related Entity Level Controls. The Data Analytics team develops and implements testing automations, evaluates new technologies and supports reporting and dashboarding for the SOX Audit.

Responsibilities for the SOX Data Analytics & AI Manager, include, but are not limited to, identifying, developing and implementing data analytics and automation solutions for the SOX PMO & Testing teams, partnering with external stakeholders to implement automation solutions related to SOX controls, providing oversight of the SOX Data Analytics program, and assisting the SOX PM with reporting as needed. The Repair and Warranty Analyst is part of Breeze’s Technical Supply Chain organization. Responsible for representing the company in business transactions with internal and external organizations. As part of Supplier Management activities, this position leads quarterly business reviews ensuring suppliers are held accountable for their performance, identifies performance & warranty issues and implements corrective action plans with supplier helping Breeze Airways achieve low CASM. The Repairs Coordinator supports requirements related to Engineering modification projects impacting fleet and / or component reliability, repair flight hour agreements, and coordinating the repair of high-dollar accessories and life-limited parts.

Here's what you'll do

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end aircraft component and powerplant assembly repair cycle including but not limited to supplier selection, repair quote review and approval, gathering evidence and submitting warranty claims, managing repair turn times, resolving receiving discrepancies, coordinating the return of offloaded unserviceable units and timely payment of invoices by acting as focal point of contact between supplier and internal stakeholders such as Maintenance, Engineering, QA/QC and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure low stock items are prioritized for repair, including materials for powerplant repair as required
• Ensure compliance of the repair process with internal controls and General Maintenance Manual (GMM)
• Negotiate and obtain Free of Charge loan units and other entitlements for items overdue from repair Suppliers
• Measures and tracks supplier performance, holds the supplier accountable to their contractual obligations, conducts Quarterly Review meetings, resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Provide Breeze Engineering administrative support by providing requested paperwork associated with repaired units from vendors
• Provide Breeze Commercial administrative support by providing requested paperwork associated with component performance issues, warranty claims, and aircraft damage events
• Help ensure technical and reliability requirements are met in the repair process
• Run daily/weekly/monthly calls with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support repair and payment processes
