Software Engineers on the Trust and Safety Engineering team play a critical role in protecting Box, its platform, and its customers from abuse, fraud, and malicious actors. Compass Health Center is seeking an Education Specialist who is passionate about working with adolescents. This is a full time position during the school year.

As an Education Specialist, you’ll work thoughtfully with our adolescent patients (age 12-18) to transition students from their schools to Compass, help them execute on their school IEPs and supervised learning plans, and help re-integrate patients back into their day-to-day lives after program. Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $84,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing a group of assigned clinicians. This management will include facilitating training, auditing the clinicians to ensure services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices, helping to improve communication between the clinicians and management, etc. You will assist the Clinical Director in managing and developing the clinical staff. Facilitate weekly group treatment and maintain a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinical Director to develop and implement an engaging clinical schedule, including the development of curriculum
• Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
• Crisis management throughout all intensive outpatient program delivery/on-call responsibilities throughout nights/weekends
• Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment (15 hours minimum)
• Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• Ensure compliance to regulations set forth by The Joint Commission and perform ongoing quality assurance
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes are included and meets agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
• Assist with the development of relationships with key referral sources, participate in networking

Requirements

• Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor
• Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
• Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults clients
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis

Additional Information

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $65,000 and $94,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. The Coverage and Coaching Team is responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to patients with a variety of mental health and substance use needs across Compass locations. • Experience navigating electronic health records and other supporting software and technology platforms (i.e. Microsoft package, Zoom, etc.)
• Will need to commute to different sites across Chicagoland
• Will need to provide virtual services as needed
• Licensure in multiple states to support Compass expansion
• Excellent communication skills (soft skills)- agility, flexibility, collaboration
• Psychologist or Master’s level clinician with 2+ years of clinical experience conducting individual therapy or family therapy
• Licenses or certifications: LPC, LSW, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
• Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment

The Medical Intake Coordinator is responsible for the medical registration of new patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to communicate patient health information that requires treatment planning and/or further medical consultation.

Schedule: This is a 100% onsite position at our Oak Brook, IL location.  

What You'll Do:

• Completion of FMLA paperwork requests 
• Manages the medical registration process of patients entering the healthcare facility
• Provides administrative support to the Nursing Department and Psychiatry Department
• Collects and documents intake information such as medication and health history
• Communicates and collaborates with the nursing team regarding intake information
• Collects and documents of vital signs, height, weight
• Drafting medical documentation and lab orders under the direction of the psychiatry provider
• Transcribing medical information to patient’s charts & communicating pertinent information to the treatment team
• Maintains confidentiality in matters related to patient, family, and client facility staff.
• Provides supplementary assistance with infection control and prevention measures
• Medication, medical supply, and equipment inventory
• Initiating Prior Authorizations for medications and diagnostic tests
• Participates in professional development activities
• All other duties within the scope of training as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Consults with:

• Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Program Directors, Staff Therapists, Staff Nurses, and Administrative Staff

Who You Are:

• CNA and/or Medical Assistant License (strongly preferred) 
• Experience in Mental Health Care (strongly preferred) 
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy - DocuSign (strongly preferred) 
• Exceptional interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills
• Robust organizational and time management skills, with noteworthy attention to detail
• Team player with adaptiveness and agility
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Working knowledge of pharmaceuticals (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Often required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach forward with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Schedule (schedule of 40 hours/week)

• Monday through Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm
• Schedule flexibility given patient and program needs
