The Partner Management team’s mission is to guide our content partners to imagine, develop, and publish best in class video apps and experiences. As the primary point of contact for platform, product, and technical topics, we partner closely with content publishers/streaming services, third-party developers, and cross-functional teams within Roku, including Content Distribution, Partner Growth, Partner Initiatives, Payments, Advertising, Product, and Engineering. In addition to facilitating onboarding and managing app launches across the world, we help partners build intuitive experiences that delight customers while ensuring compliance to Roku’s platform and business requirements.
The Partner Engagement Associate will act as a key liaison between content partners and Roku. This role requires strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of product development, technical troubleshooting, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
You will work closely with content partners to optimize app integration and operational efficiency on Roku’s platform, focusing on technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Internally, you’ll create and maintain knowledge base articles and other resources, while managing cross-functional projects to ensure smooth execution and clear communication with stakeholders. Your ability to navigate internal processes and provide actionable updates will be key to driving success.
This position is based in Austin, TX and will be in office Monday - Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.

Your Opportunity
Scion is in search of a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. This position responds to maintenance and repair service requests, carries out preventive maintenance tasks, prepares apartments for turnovers, and stays on top of requesting required supplies in a timely matter. The Facilities Technician ensures safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment and ensures optimal service is provided to our customers.

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Group’s Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry standards.
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset, and other property features to minimize liability concerns.
• Execute maintenance objectives and daily assignments with the Facilities team.
• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in assuring all service requests are completed daily.
• Document work performed and parts used; and submit daily upon completion, including legible notes on what was done, the supplies used, further follow-up and materials needed, date and signature of completion.
• Promote good public relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management through great “people” attitude and resident trust.
• Routinely perform duties including basic appliance repair, basic carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to make apartments ready on a timely basis, and ensure meeting completion dates set by the Facility Manager or Supervisor.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks assigned to you.
• Clean coils and condensers, lubricate equipment, maintain air filters and perform minor repair work as assigned.
• Perform routine clean up at repair location or in maintenance shop, keeping working area clean and safe.
• Unlock apartment doors and accompanies/escorts various vendors as needed.
• Keep drainage grills on grounds clear of leaves.
• Clean pools; adjust and maintain chemicals to proper levels, if needed.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, buildings, pool decks etc.
• Assist in snow removal at property, as required.
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, etc. for tenant functions.
• Assume responsibility for after-hours emergencies at the direction of the Facility Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain required property uniform and present a professional appearance and attitude.
• Undertake training related to job duties as deemed necessary.

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, or other related field, plus ten (10) years’ experience focused on the credit analysis function for a related lender with a minimum of five (5) years management experience in large and/or complex loans (over $2.5 million).
Previous experience to show a thorough understanding of agriculture / agribusiness as a business and industry.
This experience will also include appropriately structuring loan terms, as well as experience in both operating/production and mortgage loans, accounting standards, banking regulations, operations, and credit practices.
Experience with Farm Credit System or other Agricultural Lender preferred, A Certified Public Accounting designation, or post-graduate degree or professional certification in Accounting, Finance or related field will be considered favorably.
Must be well versed in the effective use of various loan analysis software programs/tools.

• Coaches and trains commercial and capital markets relationship managers, credit analysts and loan administrators in the origination and servicing of Association’s largest and most complex borrowers' loans and leases (direct, purchased participations and sold participations).
• Establishes goals and objectives for credit analyst team in the Division served.
• Manages delegated authority for credit analysts in the Division served
• Assists in the management of loan and leases in the Division served in an effort to maintain acceptable risk levels and carry out association goals and objectives.
• Hires, and evaluates credit analysts in the Division served.
• Consults and works closely with Chief Credit Officer, Directors of Credit, Commercial and Capital Market's Lending Directors, other Commercial Ag Credit Group Credit Managers and their respective staffs on loan/lease origination and servicing.
• Provides input on analysis, pricing and structuring of credits in Division served.
• Mentors credit and administrative staff in the analysis and structuring of loans and leases.
• Serves as a loan committee member to review and approve or deny loans and leases that exceed the delegated authority of loan officers and credit analysts.
• Resolves issues related to credit underwriting by actively working with the Commercial and Capital Market's Lending Directors.
• Responsible for compliance with credit standards for the Division served.
• Ensures that loans and leases in Division portfolio are properly underwritten by credit analyst team. This include ensuring loans and leases are properly risk rated and assigned appropriate Probability of Default (PD) and Loss Given Default (LGD) ratings.
• Complies with proper credit administration practices as outlined in association’s policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates the “CFC Way” in all areas of credit underwriting.
• Conducts complex credit analyses, including properly identifying risk rating on large commercial and capital markets loans and leases.
• Determines creditworthiness of applicants for new loans or leases and credit servicing action in Division served.
• Manages and oversees the underwriting process on credits in the Division served which are non-performing and assist other stakeholders in the development of corrective action plans or restructuring actions.
• Prepares budgets for credit underwriting operations associated with the Division served. Collaborates with the Director of Commercial Ag Credit in the budget process.
• Maintains awareness of agricultural trends and business activity, FCA regulations, and legal obligations. Ensures all credit underwriting operations comply with applicable policies, regulations, and laws. Oversees the preparation of all reports required by association management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversees and consults completion of complex loan and lease servicing tasks.
• Promotes the association by maintaining good public and member relations.
