We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Intern on our growing team. The position calls for someone who is eager to learn, is flexible, has strong writing skills, and basic to advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) skills. As part of our Marketing team, you will provide day-to-day support to help execute a wide range of marketing and communications activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing team to help support and maintain marketing collateral and other general communications support
• Support the development and production of proposals and statements of qualification
• Gather, edit, update, tailor, and/or format team resumes, project profiles, and other content
• Assist with proposal forms and prepare proposal packages for delivery
• Support the development of materials for conferences and industry events, community engagement activities, and general collateral and communications development coordination
• Complete market research and intelligence in support of business objectives

Your Capabilities and Credentials:

• Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), and web-based interfaces

Education and Experience:

• Completed or enrolled in post-secondary degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or an equivalent level of experience
• Experience in the architecture/engineering/consulting industry is preferred, but not mandatory
