What you'll do
As a Senior Staff Engineer on the Merchant Experience team, you will be a technical leader responsible for shaping the next generation of how Stripe merchants interact with our products. You'll drive a step-function improvement in the quality and performance of our core surfaces, and help define what AI-powered merchant experiences look like at Stripe.
Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy for merchant-facing experiences across Stripe, with a focus on quality, performance, and the integration of AI into core user workflows
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, cross-team projects that measurably improve the reliability, responsiveness, and polish of Stripe's merchant surfaces
- Champion a quality-first engineering culture - establish standards, tooling, and processes that make it easy to ship high-quality, performant UI by default
- Drive performance as a product feature - own the technical approach to making the Dashboard and merchant tools best-in-class in speed and responsiveness, including instrumentation, budgets, and architectural improvements
- Innovate on the future of merchant UX - explore and prototype how AI can transform the way merchants discover, configure, and operate Stripe products, moving beyond traditional dashboard paradigms
- Build platforms and abstractions that make Stripe engineers more productive - frameworks, components, and developer tools that encode best practices for quality and performance
- Partner across Stripe with Product, Design, AI/ML, and infrastructure teams to translate high-level product vision into a concrete technical roadmap
- Mentor and grow engineers across the organization, raising the technical bar and fostering a culture of craftsmanship and high standards

Minimum requirements
- This is a Senior Staff role - the expected scope of this role includes overseeing the work of 4-6 teams and owning an entire portfolio of products - and while there’s no strict minimum we're looking for, most candidates will have at least 10-15 years of experience in the industry
- Experience building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications that have reached large-scale audiences (hundreds of thousands of users) or have been contributed to by hundreds of engineers
- A track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects with broad organizational impact
- Deep expertise in modern frontend and full-stack development - you have strong opinions on what makes a great user experience and the technical skills to make it real
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in software quality and performance (e.g., load times, reliability, test coverage, error rates)
- Experience influencing technical direction and driving alignment across multiple teams without formal authority
- Excellent communication skills - you can articulate a compelling technical vision to engineers, product leaders, and executives alike
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building or maintaining design systems, component libraries, or frontend platform infrastructure at scale - ideally with React
- A deep interest in the intersection of AI and UX - you think critically about how emerging technologies change interaction models and are excited to pioneer new paradigms
- Experience with performance engineering: profiling, instrumentation, budgeting, and optimization of modern web applications
- Experience with the complexities of deploying large web applications at global scale - bundling, CDNs, browser compatibility, and build tooling
- Comfort working across the full stack - while this role skews frontend, you're not afraid to dive into APIs, backend services, or data layers when that's what the problem requires
- Familiarity with distributed systems, API design, and building platforms that serve both internal developers and external users
- A passion for developer experience and making other engineers more productive
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and contributing to engineering culture and hiring
- Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into user-facing products - you've helped ship features that make complex workflows simpler and more intelligent

What You'll Do
- Build AI-natively. AI is how we work. It's not a productivity layer on top of engineering, but the default starting point for how problems get approached and solved.
- Set technical direction. You define the approach others build from. When the problem is complex or the answer isn't obvious, you're the person who leads the design discussion, writes the ADR, and makes the call.
- Invent new interfaces. Software delivery is being reinvented. Pipelines run autonomously, generate fixes, and surface results that need human judgment. The tools developers use to understand, trust, and act on that work don't exist yet. You'll define what they look like and establish the patterns the team builds on.
- Own the full stack. Build features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript. You don't hand off at a layer boundary. You own the outcome.
- Obsess over craft. Reliability and responsiveness are design concerns, not afterthoughts. Care about how the interface holds up when stakes are high and hold your team to that same standard.
- Champion observability. Use Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar to understand and improve your systems. Operational data drives stability, not just incident response.
- Close gaps and fix the conditions that created them. You'll notice gaps and close them. When a gap reflects something broken in how the team works, you fix that too.

Position Description
We’re hiring a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join the Integration Builder team within Okta Workflows. This team owns the core no-code surface that enables both internal teams and third-party developers (ISVs) to build powerful integrations and automation experiences with ease.

About the Role:
MaintainX is building a dedicated Billing team from the ground up to automate the full order-to-cash pipeline and replace years of organic growth with a reliable, auditable billing platform. You'll be one of the first developers on this team, owning the systems that power every revenue-generating interaction — from a sales rep closing a deal to an enterprise customer going live without a single manual step. You'll work closely with Finance, RevOps, and Product to define the data contracts and reliability standards the business depends on. What You'll Do:
- Architect and build a new billing service from the ground up, establishing the foundation for a scalable, provider-agnostic platform designed to grow with the business
- Build the order-to-cash automation pipeline end-to-end: from deal close to contract to provisioning to invoicing to payment collection, eliminating manual steps for every new enterprise contract
- Architect a unified entitlement service that streamlines feature enablement directly based on subscription information
- Drive consolidation of a product catalog
- Set the reliability bar across all billing integrations: idempotency, dead-letter queues, structured audit logs, and circuit breakers for every critical billing state transition
- Participate in an on-call rotation for billing and payment-critical infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Staff Mobile Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate loves working with technology and has a proven track record of leading, building and delivering complex mobile applications. This role requires navigating ambiguity and shaping the long term direction of our mobile products.
You will work as part of our mobile team to redefine wealth management for both advisors and their clients. Our infrastructure is built with a Microservices approach and our tech stack includes React Native, with TypeScript, Node, Serverless, GraphQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
As a key member of our Mobile team, you will be helping set the strategy for OneVests mobile applications by: (1) establishing and building patterns customer and client interactions, (2) designing and building customer and client mobile experiences, (3) building tooling, CI and releases processes that enable scalable and efficient delivery of enterprise applications to our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building out the OneVest mobile application in React Native, using GraphQL APIs
- Partnering cross-functionally to collaborate on solution design, balancing technical excellence with delivery velocity
- Leading technical design and architecture of large-scale features by designing and breaking down complex epics into deliverable stories and tasks
- Continuously improving our codebase and developer experience by identifying and resolving systemic technical debt, adopting new/better practices and tools
- Owning the mobile lifecycle, from local development and automated testing to CI/CD and store deployments
- Mentoring and providing leadership through technical reviews for product stories and providing feedback to peers through code and architecture review
- Proactively managing project risks and cross-team dependencies while resolving complex technical issues and customer escalations
- Championing best practices across quality, patterns, tools and processes to ensure both OneVest and our platform scales for enterprise customers
Must Haves:
- 8+ years mobile development experience with a strong focus in React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proven ability to architect, develop and maintain mobile applications for enterprise scale
- Experience with FastLane, Expo, App/Play stores, TestFlight, etc., for build, CI/CD, and deployment tools for react-native applications
- Proven ability to effectively contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps
- Expertise in designing scalable and performant front end architectures integrating with complex GraphQL microservice backends
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical decisions to a wide audience

We are looking for Full-Stack Developers to join our Connected Data team in the Engineering Organization. This role has openings at Senior+ level positions.
The Connected Data team’s mission is to connect our customers’ siloed operational data to MaintainX — through integrations, sensor management, and the APIs that make it all possible. We own the systems that ingest, normalize, and surface the data that powers MaintainX’s automations and asset intelligence, including our Connectors (Ignition, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B), our On-Premise Agent, and the Automation and Alerting engine. The team operates as multiple squads and works closely with our largest enterprise customers to bring their equipment data online.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and evolve our integrations platform — Design, develop, and maintain the connectors and data pipelines that bring customer data into MaintainX from industrial systems (Ignition, Kepware, MQTT brokers, OPC UA servers, SCADA, historians).
- Ship IoT and sensor experiences end-to-end — Implement backend ingestion, transformation, and storage for high-volume sensor telemetry, and the frontend surfaces customers rely on to monitor device health, manage fleets, and trust their data.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to drive the technical delivery of MaintainX’s compliance and multi-region deployments, including both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments, starting with our FedRAMP-focused AWS GovCloud environment. ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will architect and build custom web applications across multiple client engagements, owning both the backend API layer and the frontend. ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will architect and build custom web applications across multiple client engagements, owning both the backend API layer and the frontend. A defining aspect of this role is working with AI as a logic layer within applications: integrating LLM APIs for validation, decision-making, classification, and content generation. You make strong technical decisions around authentication, security, state management, and performance, and you bring cloud engineering awareness for edge computing, CDN delivery, and serverless environments. This is not a traditional manual coding role. You orchestrate AI development tools, primarily Claude Code, through strategic prompting and rigorous review, taking full ownership of what ships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Architect and build custom web applications using Node.js (Nest.js, Express, Hono), Python (FastAPI, Flask), and Next.js/React.
- Design and build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs that serve multiple frontends and integrate with third-party services.
- Integrate AI and LLM APIs as a core logic layer, building intelligent features such as validation, classification, content generation, and decision support.
- Implement authentication, authorisation (JWT, OAuth, RBAC), and security across applications.

About the Role
In this role, you will be building a world class UI-based large-scale cluster management portal. This role combines architectural leadership with significant day-to-day coding. You will define the architectural roadmap, guide the team in building scalable, maintainable services, and personally deliver high-quality Python code. - Design and execute testing strategies across mobile, web, voice, wearable, and OTT applications to ensure robust application quality
- Execute functional, exploratory, regression,automated, and AI-assisted testing and troubleshooting defects
- Deploy and maintain AI-enhanced testing frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve accuracy
- Conduct performance, security, and accessibility testing to ensure compliance with modern standards
AI-Enhanced Testing
- Leverage generative AI platforms to create intelligent test cases, automate maintenance tasks, and conduct risk-based testing analysis
- Assist in implementing machine learning-based testing solutions for predictive defect detection and test optimization
- Analyze large-scale testing data using AI-driven analytics for insights and improvements
- Support the development and monitoring of automated test scripts with self-healing capabilities
Collaborative Quality Engineering
