The Role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for growing and expanding TribalScale’s client relationships by identifying new opportunities, bringing forward strategic ideas, and elevating the value we deliver beyond active engagements. This role is expected to be in office full time.
This role is focused on account growth, insight generation, and opportunity creation—not day-to-day delivery management. Our Product Managers own delivery; you will partner with them to identify what’s next.
You will play a critical role in:

What You’ll Do
1. Pre-Sales & Opportunity Support
- Support prospective clients through discovery and scoping conversations
- Translate business challenges into digital and AI-driven opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape proposals
- Contribute to clear, compelling scopes of work and client recommendations
2. Account Growth & Opportunity Creation
- Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client accounts
- Develop and pitch ideas for:
- New digital products or features
- AI-driven initiatives
- Customer experience and process improvements
- Build account growth plans aligned to client business priorities
- Partner with internal teams to validate and shape opportunities before presenting to clients
3. Strategic Business Reviews
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focused on forward-looking value
- Move beyond delivery recaps (owned by Product Managers) to:
- Introduce new ideas and opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations
- Reframe client challenges and priorities
- Bring structured thinking and strong storytelling to client conversations
4. Market & Competitive Insights
- Conduct lightweight competitive and market analysis across client industries
- Identify:
- Emerging trends
- Competitor capabilities
- Gaps and areas for innovation
- Translate insights into:
- Client-facing recommendations
- Opportunity hypotheses
- Incorporate insights into business reviews and proactive client conversations
5. Value Creation & Thought Partnership
- Create value-add materials outside of active engagements, such as:

6. Outbound Pipeline Development
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns
- Identify high-potential accounts and key stakeholders using research and AI tools
- Generate qualified opportunities aligned to TribalScale’s focus areas
- Apply an insight-led approach to outbound outreach
7. AI-First Ways of Working
- Leverage AI tools (LLMs, research agents, automation) to improve:
- Prospecting and outreach
- Market and competitive research
- Proposal development and internal workflows

As a Product Manager at TribalScale, you will lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with clients, designers, and engineers. This is a consultative, client-facing role—you will be embedded in delivery teams, guiding decisions from problem definition through execution.
You will be expected to balance strategic thinking, delivery execution, and strong communication, while operating comfortably in ambiguity.
Importantly, our PMs are expected to be AI-fluent—both in how they work day-to-day and in how they help teams build AI-enabled products.
You bring a strong bias toward delivery and productivity. You actively unblock teams, maintain momentum, and help translate plans into real progress on a weekly basis. You are comfortable making pragmatic decisions to keep work moving, and you take ownership for ensuring teams deliver meaningful outcomes—not just well-documented intentions.
What You’ll Do
Product Discovery & Strategy
- Partner with clients to understand business problems and translate them into clear product opportunities
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions
- Define product goals, success metrics, and outcomes—not just features

Delivery & Execution

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who specializes in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to serve as a technical anchor for our enterprise cloud initiatives. What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
Comprehensive Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design and execute testing strategies across mobile, web, voice, wearable, and OTT applications to ensure robust application quality
- Execute functional, exploratory, regression,automated, and AI-assisted testing and troubleshooting defects
- Deploy and maintain AI-enhanced testing frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve accuracy
- Conduct performance, security, and accessibility testing to ensure compliance with modern standards
AI-Enhanced Testing
- Leverage generative AI platforms to create intelligent test cases, automate maintenance tasks, and conduct risk-based testing analysis
- Assist in implementing machine learning-based testing solutions for predictive defect detection and test optimization
- Analyze large-scale testing data using AI-driven analytics for insights and improvements
- Support the development and monitoring of automated test scripts with self-healing capabilities
Collaborative Quality Engineering
- Define testing strategies that ensure software quality throughout the entire SDLC
- Partner with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product managers) in Agile environments
- Participate in shift-left testing practices, engaging from requirements gathering through production deployment
- Mentor junior team members in modern testing methodologies and AI tool adoption
Strategic Testing Innovation
- Consult with clients to understand testing requirements and define quality metrics
- Research and implement emerging testing technologies and methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion quality engineering best practices
- Contribute to test automation strategy and CI/CD pipeline optimization
Required Qualifications
Technical Excellence
- Experience: 3-5 years in software testing and quality assurance with focus on mobile applications (iOS, Android)
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar languages with OOP concepts
- Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Selenium, and modern test frameworks
- AI/ML Fundamentals: Understanding of machine learning concepts, data analysis, and AI-powered testing tools
- API Testing: Experience with REST APIs using tools like Postman, Charles Proxy
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Modern Testing Competencies
- AI-Powered Testing: Experience with generative AI testing tools and natural language test creation
- Data Analytics Fundamentals: Ability to assess data quality, interpret testing metrics, and extract actionable insights from test results
- CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Experience integrating automated tests into continuous integration pipelines
- Cross-Platform Testing: Proficiency testing applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and device types to ensure consistent user experience
- Accessibility Testing: Understanding of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing
- Performance Testing: Knowledge of JMeter, load testing, and performance optimization techniques
- Security Testing: Familiarity with security testing practices, vulnerability assessment, and compliance standards

- Experience testing AI/ML models and algorithms
