As the Screening and TM Associate, you will help build upon the foundations of the Brex Financial Crimes Investigations Team.  You will review and report potential money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), bribery, and other violations of law. The right candidate will be able to, and have a passion for, investigating potentially suspicious activity, identifying and assessing risk, and synthesizing large amounts of data in order to make informed decisions regarding customer activity and the risk it poses to the company. We’re looking for an Analytics & Business Intelligence, AVP to measurably drive growth for our Operations and Investment Management (OIPM) group at iCapital.

This role involves defining and calculating operational KPIs, transforming raw source data into processed business data, creating live dashboards to monitor performance, identifying driver metrics and statistical correlations, and finally working with business teams to enable data-driven change.

You will sit in the Analytics group of the broader Data & Analytics team within Technology, and will work closely with our Data Engineering group. Although you are initially expected to be an individual contributor, the role would eventually entail managing a team of 1-3 direct reports.

On the technical side, you will interface with our data stack of Airbyte, Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, Python and Tableau (among others). On the business side, you will work with our operations teams to produce management visibility, efficiency improvements and workflow automation.

Ideal candidates will be highly proficient in our technical tooling, understand complex business problems, interface with senior stakeholders, develop execution plans, and finally present on their work.

About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a DevOps Database Engineer to join the Platform Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for owning the performance, reliability, security, and operation of the company’s SQL and NoSQL database platforms.  The role operates within a database team who partners with application engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure databases are scalable, resilient, secure, and observable across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end performance of SQL and NoSQL databases across environments, including query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and tuning of database runtime parameters (i.e. PostgreSQL query plans, MongoDB indexes, DynamoDB access patterns).
• Prevent performance regressions proactively through representative load testing, performance analysis tooling, and CI or CD validation gates.

• Codify database infrastructure and operations using Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform and CI or CD pipelines.

• Hands‑on experience operating production‑scale SQL and NoSQL databases, with strong troubleshooting skills under pressure

The Role

Analytics Engineering at Flex sits at the intersection of Data, Product, Engineering, and business objectives. As Director, Analytics Engineering you will run the team that enables stakeholders at Flex to easily find the data they need to make decisions. The Role

We are looking for an Associate Director, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to own the TPRM pillar at Flex. This is not a program management role. It is a pillar ownership role: you set the risk posture, define the operating model, and are accountable for outcomes across a vendor population that touches every part of the business.

You will lead a small team, establish the direction for how Flex evaluates and monitors third-party risk, and make the calls on where speed and rigor need to be balanced. You will design AI-enabled workflows that scale the team's capacity without sacrificing auditability or regulatory defensibility. And you will hold Flex's third-party risk position across the organization, shaping decisions in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement rather than responding to requests from them.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in third-party risk, vendor risk, or a closely related risk and compliance discipline

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial, Geospatial Engineering, Computer Science, Hydrology, Geography, or related field; or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of geospatial industry experience, including dataset sourcing, development, transformation, and deployment.
• Expert-level proficiency in QGIS and advanced geoprocessing techniques.
• Expert with SQL, cloud-based analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery), PostGIS, spatial indexing, and performance optimization.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $58,700- 66,038.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

What You'll Do: 

The Senior Supply Planner manages inventory optimization and supply planning for assigned product categories, leveraging MRP/ERP systems to balance customer demand, working capital, and supply chain cost efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams—including demand planning, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and finance—as well as vendor partners to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence. The Senior Supply Planner is a critical contributor to the S&OP process, providing analytical insights, identifying supply risks, and executing strategies that support both operational execution and strategic business objectives. 

How You'll Help Us Win: 

• Develop and execute supply plans across assigned categories using MRP/ERP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels 

• Manage PO lifecycle including creation, timing, expediting, and financial impact tracking in collaboration with procurement and finance 

• Maintain and optimize supply chain master data (lead times, safety stock levels, reorder points, MOQs) to improve planning accuracy 

• Monitor inventory performance against targets and proactively adjust plans to balance service levels with working capital efficiency 

• Identify supply risks and constraints, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate impacts to stakeholders 

• Contribute actionable insights to monthly S&OP process including demand-supply reconciliation, scenario planning, and capacity analysis 

• Collaborate with demand planning to understand forecast changes, new product launches, and promotional impacts on supply requirements 

• Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and vendor partners to resolve supply issues and optimize lead times 

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and commercialization activities by developing launch supply strategies and managing ramp-up inventory 

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance planning efficiency, reduce costs, and improve forecast accuracy 

• Create data-driven analyses and presentations for cross-functional partners and leadership to support strategic decisions 

• Manage product lifecycle transitions including phase-ins, phase-outs, and end-of-life inventory strategies

• Demonstrated expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms) 

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling) 

• Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals including inventory theory, lead time management, and demand-supply balancing 

• Experience participating in or leading S&OP processes

ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Staff Data Engineer is a senior leader responsible for designing and evolving core components of onX’s lakehouse and data platform. This role focuses on how data is structured, governed, secured, and described so that analytics, product features, and AI systems can operate reliably at scale.

This engineer operates at the intersection of data architecture, metadata, governance, and security, leading complex initiatives and setting technical direction within the Data Engineering organization. They are a trusted technical partner to Product, Analytics, Data Science, Security, and Platform teams, and serve as a force multiplier for other engineers through high-level technical guidance and active mentorship.

As an onX Data Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and evolve the Iceberg-based lakehouse architecture to balance scalability, cost, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and promote standards for table design, partitioning, schema evolution, optimization, and data layout.
• Lead architectural efforts spanning batch, streaming, and event-driven data processing where they deliver business value.
• Drive the design and delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives, enabling teams to move independently within established architectural guidance.
• Build vs. Buy: Evaluate and integrate technologies.

Metadata, Governance & Open Standards

• Define how datasets, pipelines, features, and models are described, related, and governed using shared metadata.
• Lead the adoption and integration of open-source metadata and catalog tools (e.g., OpenMetadata or similar ecosystems).
• Establish metadata standards that enable self-service analytics, governance, and AI readiness.
• Partner with BI and Analytics to ensure domain models are clearly documented and aligned to business language.
• Collaborate with Data Science to ensure model inputs, features, and outputs are traceable, explainable, and reusable.

Security, Access Control & Compliance

• Design and evolve security and access-control models for Apache Iceberg, including table-, column-, and row-level controls.
• Partner with Security and Platform teams to embed policy enforcement directly into data access paths.
• Drive metadata-driven authorization patterns that scale across tools and user groups.
• Ensure privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements are incorporated into platform design.
• Balance strong security guarantees with usability to support safe self-service.
  
  

Platform Reliability & Operations

• Build and maintain automation for compaction, retention, lifecycle management, and cost controls.
• Establish observability standards that connect pipeline health, data quality, and reliability metrics.
• Provide architectural oversight during critical incidents and drive long-term 'Keep the Lights On' (KTLO) reduction.
• Recommend tooling and process improvements based on industry standards and operational experience.

Organizational Impact & Collaboration

• Align technical work with business priorities by understanding how data supports onX products and customer outcomes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, product partners, and leadership.
• Lead and participate in architecture and design reviews, setting a high bar for technical rigor.
• Foster strong cross-team collaboration across Data Engineering, Platform, Security, Analytics, and Data Science.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.

LOCATION

onX has created a thriving distributed workforce community across several US locations. This position can be performed from an onX corporate office, “Basecamp,” or “Connection Hub.” 

• Corporate Offices: onX was founded in Montana with offices in Missoula and Bozeman. If you prefer to work in an office at least part of the time this is a great option.
• Basecamps: Basecamps are established virtual workforce communities where a sizable number of distributed team members group for work, volunteering, socializing, and adventure.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Deep industry experience (typically 12+ years) building and operating large-scale data systems.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems and data architecture.
• Strong experience with Apache Iceberg and similar table formats (Delta Lake, Hudi).
• Proven experience designing secure and governed data platforms.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and orchestration patterns (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience working with data ecosystems, including metadata, catalog, or governance tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Cloud & Platform Experience

• Deep experience in at least one major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services such as query engines, stream/batch processing systems, and object storage–based lakehouses.
• Comfort with infrastructure-as-code and automated platform management.

COMPENSATION

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $175,000 to $218,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.
