Position Summary: 

As a Senior Structural Engineer focused on elevating our work within the Healthcare sector, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that push the envelope of resilient design while collaborating with the sector team to achieve our business plan goals.  You will lead a team of junior staff to produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and manage project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

• 7+ years of experience working as an engineer, including engineering design according to HCAI/OSHPD standards within the Healthcare sector in California

About the Position 

We’re seeking a Lead Design Engineer (Transportation/Transit) to support the delivery of engineering design services for large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs in highways, roads, and bridges, transit (including rail systems), aviation (international airports), and water sectors delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. This role is responsible for leading and delivering assigned engineering design scopes under task orders, with accountability for technical quality, coordination within defined scopes, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements. ESA seeks a highly motivated Junior Coastal Engineer with 0-3 years' experience to join our team of hydrologists, geomorphologists, ecologists, landscape architects and engineers in the Northern California region. Fastly is looking for a passionate and exceptional Mandarin speaking Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for Fastly customers, building long term customer relationships with a foundation of proactive and thorough assistance.  This role requires the technical expertise and the focus of client driven communications to act as the primary contact for some of our largest and most critical clients. Internally within Fastly, we title this role as a Senior Cloud Engineer. 

A Customer Solutions Engineer (Senior Cloud Engineer) will have broad technical expertise including cloud, system, and Fastly architecture, along with scripting/software development capabilities and an advanced understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP). 

Additional responsibilities will include working with the account management team to develop customer specific strategy, building and maintaining technical relationships across multiple key stakeholders within an account, and handling of customer escalations. Lead & Inspire Design Excellence 

• Champion design quality and innovation across mission-critical project types, setting vision from concept through completion
• Elevate human-centered, resilient, and high-performance design principles tailored to secure and technology-driven environments
• Engage in internal and external thought leadership to advance design excellence in the mission-critical market 

Mentor & Grow Design Talent 

• Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, fostering curiosity, creativity, accountability, and technical confidence
• Support and develop emerging design leaders across studios and regions
• Model collaboration and knowledge-sharing to strengthen practice-wide design culture 

Advance Technical Execution 

• Lead integrated design teams to deliver coordinated, high-performance solutions
• Balance design excellence with mission-critical performance requirements, including redundancy, resiliency, security, and uptime
• Drive quality assurance, documentation excellence, and adherence to DLR Group standards 

Engage Clients & Build Trusted Partnerships 

• Cultivate strong relationships with sophisticated clients and technical stakeholders
• Translate complex operational, security, and reliability expectations into thoughtful, scalable solutions
• Confidently communicate design strategy, vision, and technical rationale in both client-facing and internal settings 

Collaborate Strategically 

• Partner with Market Sector leadership to support practice growth, innovation, and strategic pursuits
• Work closely with Project Managers to align design intent with scope, schedule, and performance goals
• Strengthen and reinforce DLR Group’s integrated design culture through shared accountability and transparent communication 

Required Qualifications 

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Architect or Project Engineer working on Data Center, Industrial, Warehouse Distribution, and Office projects, with 5+ years working on 10+ MW Data Center buildings.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
• The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
