Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations every month for leading nonprofits — including UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. We're known for product quality, performance, and a 4.9/5 rating across top review platforms.
As we scale the core, we're deliberately investing in high-risk, high-upside product bets that could define the future of digital fundraising. That's where the Lab comes in.
The Lab is Fundraise Up's 0→1 track. It operates ahead of the roadmap, investigating opportunities driven by new technologies, AI, data, and infrastructure shifts — often before there's a clear buyer or demand signal.
The Lab does not run scaled products. It finds, validates, and hands off the ones worth scaling.
This is a player-coach role. You'll build and lead the Lab function while personally owning 1–2 of the highest-leverage bets.
Your job is to reduce uncertainty, not ship features. You'll own ideas end-to-end — from hypothesis framing through fast experiments to explicit investment decisions: scale, pivot, or kill. Most ideas should die early. A few may graduate into Core or New Products with strong evidence behind them.
Success = learning velocity, decision quality, and team leverage — not output volume or adoption.
Experience (Must-Have)
This background often comes from: founder/co-founder roles, early-stage startups, internal labs/innovation teams, or new market bets inside larger companies.
Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in the countries where we operate.

Our platform powers tens of millions of dollars in monthly donations for nonprofits including UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association, with a 4.9/5 rating across top review platforms.
The Core Markets team is responsible for scaling Fundraise Up from $50M toward $200M+ ARR. We are looking for a senior Product Manager to own a strategic direction within Core Markets — one that requires thinking in years, not quarters.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role with no dedicated dev team of your own. You will work closely with GTM, and other Product Managers to identify the biggest opportunities, build conviction from evidence, and shape the long-term product strategy for your domain. The person who comes in will define what this area looks like — that’s both the challenge and the opportunity.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
We operate in the enterprise segment, serving nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
We’re building a large and complex product ecosystem that serves nonprofits, donors, and partners around the world. The platform includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets (each a standalone SPA), donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset.
Fundraise Up is building high-trust donation and fundraising experiences that help nonprofits grow their impact. We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product Research Team and raise the quality, speed, and decision-making power of research across the product.
This role combines classic UX research and Product Discovery: new markets, segments, and product opportunities. You will work across both B2C and B2B contexts: donor-facing experiences (B2C) and nonprofit/org-facing workflows (B2B).

We are hiring a Product Manager - Regulatory Reporting to work within our Enabling Services group, which is responsible for the shared application capabilities that serve multiple products across ComplyAdvantage's platform.
Enabling Services are application functions that are not standalone products but are essential to how those products work: case management, regulatory reporting and transaction processing services. These capabilities are used across multiple product areas and have a direct impact on the end-user experience. The work sits at the intersection of multiple product teams, which makes it both commercially important and organisationally complex.
The Enabling Services group sits within the Platform & Enabling Services tribe. You will work within a dedicated squad alongside an engineering manager and a team of engineers. The Product Manager and Engineering Manager work as peers: you own the product context, the EM owns the technical context. You operate within a framework set by the Product Director, who provides the strategic guidance and prioritisation decisions that shape your work.
We work in six-week blocks with a structured document flow from Plan of Record to PRD to product requirements to implementation, with quality gates at each stage. If you are looking for a role where the planning process is clear and the expectations are explicit, this is a good environment to develop in.
Provide research, analysis and requirements within your squad's domain. You are responsible for requirements specification, stakeholder communication and documentation within a framework set by the Product Director. Your work ensures the squad has clear direction on what to build and for whom.
Write clear product requirements. Working from PRDs, you will draft product requirements and refine them jointly with your EM. You sign off on product accuracy; the EM signs off on technical completeness. You need enough understanding of application architecture and service design to write requirements that engineers can build from and to have useful conversations about feasibility.
Manage competing inputs from multiple product teams. Enabling Services capabilities serve multiple product areas, each with their own priorities. You will handle incoming requirements at the working level, assessing them, clarifying ambiguities with the requesting teams, and flagging conflicts to the Product Director for resolution. Understanding why different teams want different things, and being able to articulate the trade-offs clearly, is an important part of this role.
Understand the end-user impact. Unlike pure platform work, Enabling Services directly affects what customers see and use. Case management workflows, reporting interfaces, transaction processing: these are visible to compliance teams. You need to think about user outcomes, not just technical requirements.
Liaise with engineering during execution. Ensure your EM has enough lead time and context to make sound technical decisions. Surface changes and risks early. Maintain communication about what is coming, what is blocked and what has changed.
Use AI in your own work. We expect Product Managers to use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, requirements drafting and documentation. This is how we work, not something we aspire to.
Essential:
Preferred:
At 60 days: You understand your squad's domain, the Enabling Services group's priorities, how requirements flow from multiple product areas, and how the operating model works. You have built relationships with your EM, the Product Director, and key stakeholders. You can articulate the priorities in your area and begin to contribute to requirements.
At 4 months: You are writing clear product requirements that pass quality gates. Your EM trusts your product judgment at the working level. You are handling incoming requirements from multiple product teams effectively, flagging conflicts to the PD with a clear description of the trade-offs. Stakeholders experience you as responsive and reliable.
At 8 months: You are a reliable and effective member of the Enabling Services group, producing consistent quality in requirements, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Your squad values your contribution. You have a clear understanding of the broader Platform & Enabling Services strategy and are operating at a level that demonstrates readiness for greater autonomy and scope.

We’re building the bank payment network of the future and our ambition is to move money anywhere, for anything, for anyone. If we’re going to achieve this goal, we need to build a team of ‘GeeCee’s’ that is as wonderfully diverse as the world we live in - with a multitude of perspectives, experiences & backgrounds.
We’ve got a long way to go, but here’s how we’re doing as of June 2022;
Female Employees - 46%
Ethnic background - 32%
Identify as LGBTQIA - 10%
Neurodivergent - 9%
We’re rooting for you during your application and GoCardless aims to provide reasonable adjustments to make our recruitment process as remarkable and accessible as we can. Please speak to your Talent Partner if you need extra support.

We’re committed to reducing our impact on the environment, leaving a more sustainable world for future generations. In 2021 we became co-founders of the Tech Zero coalition, a group of businesses committed to taking climate action as part of the UNFCCC Race to Zero. We aim to reduce our impact and to create positive change on the natural world. Check out our sustainability action plan here.
