We are seeking a curious and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join the Growth team at Salsify and help lead the evolution of our Intelligent PXM platform. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, an eagerness to learn and adapt to shifting priorities.

Background and Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of product management experience or relevant experience
• Strong technical skillset including experience with AI tools and technologies
• Curiosity to explore, build and experiment with AI technology. Views AI tools as means to increase customer value delivery and/or drive operational efficiency for our teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, energized by ambiguity, but with excellent organization skills to distill the noise into a coherent and executable plan

Our Network Core team is tasked with maintaining, enhancing, and evolving our network of key content destinations like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and many others, to enable our customers to “make every product experience matter”. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build a functional understanding of our ecosystem, prioritize investments to ensure platform reliability and maintainability, and partner closely with Engineering, cross-functional partners, and Product leadership to bridge the gap between technical requirements, user needs, and business value.

What does success look like?

• Ensure the stability of core foundational systems while identifying incremental improvements and AI-driven enhancements to optimize workflows.
• Develop domain expertise and become a credible resource for both internal teams and external partners -- documenting and sharing learnings to enable the broader organization.

Background and Experience:

• 5+ years of product management or similar experience in technical domains, especially focusing on Network or partnership, system reliability, technical operations, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and building influence within an organization that is brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the R&D Organization, creating complex enterprise B2B software

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you'll build, test, learn, and iterate rapidly. You'll own the full UX process, from discovery research through execution, working with high autonomy and accountability alongside a product manager, an engineer manager, and the engineering team.

The UX team consists of product designers and technical writers who are committed to helping our users create compelling product experiences. We use Figma to create designs using our design system, Habanero. We employ tools like Dovetail, Mixpanel, Intercom, LogRocket, and Redash, alongside customer interviews and workshops, to deeply understand our users and validate our work. We actively embrace AI in our design process, using Figma Make, Lovable, and AI-powered research to optimize and maximize our impact.

The Growth group at Salsify is focused on creating new products, exploring emerging opportunities, integrating AI capabilities, and capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and business expansion. Our Core Product group at Salsify exists to thoughtfully invest time and resources into improving the Salsify platform, while reducing Support and product maintenance load by identifying inefficiencies in infrastructure, processes, or code and addressing them. The Core group is the only team at Salsify with a singular mission: to make technical investments that will allow us to reliably scale with our customers as our addressable market grows. As a Business Process Analyst (BPA) in our Core group, you will work closely with one of our Core teams, primarily to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for reactive, inbound issues. The Core Group is charged with ensuring the reliability of our foundational systems, which requires the BPA to develop a strong working knowledge of the platform areas relevant to their team. Beyond that, as the BPA develops that knowledge, they should productively share it with the broader team, providing guidance when internal resources have technical questions, driving updates to documentation to reduce inbound requests due to a lack of understanding, etc. A successful BPA will be committed to defined SLAs and success metrics, and, with support, use that context to inform prioritization of objectives, how to approach escalations or blockers, and communication with cross-functional partners.
