Nox Innovations is now hiring a Fabrication Worker for our Reno, Nevada location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools. This person will assist in and/or perform under supervision of all aspects of fabrication to support the construction industry. They will be tasked with miscellaneous task including but not limited to material handling assembly of prefabricated systems, and other general labor tasks. MongoDB Technical Services Engineers use their exceptional problem solving and customer service skills, along with their deep technical experience, to advise customers and to solve their complex MongoDB problems. Technical Service Engineers are experts in the entire MongoDB ecosystem - database server, drivers, cloud and infrastructure. This also includes services such as Atlas (database as a service), or Cloud Manager (which helps customers with automation, backup and monitoring of their MongoDB systems). The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a US government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. Our FedRAMP program requires that anyone who is accessing customer data or metadata inside the Authorization Boundary be a US Citizen on US Soil. In order for us to triage and assign cases, it is necessary to be able to identify available resources at any given time. For this reason the FedRamp team is composed of three separate shifts: first shift, second shift, and third shift. This posting is for Third Shift, in which your working hours would be 8pm-5am PST. There is a desired commitment to this shift though applicants must have the flexibility to work a more typical schedule (12pm-9pm PST) during their ramping period (between 6 to 9 months) before transitioning to Third shift.
Weekend Shift: We are looking to speak to candidates who are interested in working out of our West Coast offices under our flexible or remote working models, Monday to Friday for the first 6-9 months depending on ramping speed. Once considered ramped, they will transition to a permanent Wednesday to Sunday work week to provide weekend coverage alongside other peers. Saturdays and Sundays are considered fully online workdays and not an on-call shift. Due to the 24/7 nature of our support organization, certain events throughout the year will require volunteering for coverage outside one's normal work days or work hours (i.e. regional offsites, regional holidays, etc). These are typically announced weeks in advance with a sign-up system that considers equitability.

The Director of AV Testing Operations is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the vision, strategy, and performance of Motional’s global test operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role drives the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Motional’s AV testing and commercial fleet. This role is responsible for addressing any fleet resource bottlenecks, rapidly implementing required hardware changes and managing daily requirements of fleet systems for operational readiness. As a strategic leader, you will oversee cross-functional teams, establish scalable operational frameworks, and build strong partnerships across engineering, program management, and fleet operations. You will champion a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation while ensuring that Test Operations directly enables Motional’s roadmap toward commercialization and a driverless future.

Mission Summary:

Motional is seeking a highly technical and results-oriented Product Manager to define, build, and deliver an exceptional fleet operations ecosystem for our internal fleet operations teams. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager the Strategic Partner Lead, Customer Success will be responsible for identifying, building, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand opportunities with key commercial partners.
This is a pivotal time to join Motional. We are transitioning from development to deployment, launching our commercial driverless service in Las Vegas in 2026. Role Summary:
As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating Amperesand’s platform vision into tangible product features that enable next-generation grid-interactive power systems. You’ll be responsible for defining and managing the delivery of differentiated inverter platform capabilities that support next generation high density DC power architectures for data centers. This role blends market insight, technical acumen, and customer empathy to prioritize features that offer meaningful impact and revenue potential. You will work closely with engineering, firmware, and commercial teams to define product strategy, drive technical execution, and enable successful go-to-market outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for medium-voltage inverter and SST platforms enabling medium voltage and ±800 V DC distribution inside data-center campuses.
Quantify ROI for customers through PUE/WUE improvements, power-density gains, and CapEx vs OpEx trade-offs.
Establish technology partnerships to maximize SST impact on customer value and to shorten deployment time and enhance reliability.
Engage directly with hyperscalers, colocation providers, and data-center design-build firms to define performance metrics for uptime, energy density, and fault containment.
Translate customer site designs into scalable product configurations that integrate grid, genset, and storage assets.
Monitor global data-center power trends (AI rack loads, liquid cooling, regional grid codes, carbon-free procurement) and feed insights into roadmap decisions.
Ensure electrical, thermal, and firmware designs meet Tier III/IV reliability targets and IEC/IEEE compliance (IEC 61850, 62477, 60364-7-716, IEEE 1547, UL 1741-SB).
Align power-electronics, embedded-firmware, EMS, and mechanical teams around unified release plans.
Collaborate with manufacturing and supply-chain to ensure cost, scalability, and manufacturability targets are met.
Partner with sales and applications engineering to generate customer proposals, value models, and technical collateral demonstrating differentiation versus legacy UPS/transformer systems.
Build quantitative business cases for each platform variant including gross-margin modeling and total-cost-of-ownership analysis.
Conduct competitive benchmarking versus central inverter, rotary UPS, and lithium-ion BESS suppliers.
Identify regulatory and incentive frameworks (energy-storage credits, grid-support revenue streams) that influence pricing strategy and product adoption.
Qualifications:
10+ years in product or technical leadership within data-center power
Strong grounding in MV AC/DC architectures, grid interconnection, redundancy schemes, and fault protection
Understanding of MV system behavior, grid interaction, and fault protection.
Energy Storage & EMS Familiarity: Experience with hybrid systems and integration of batteries or EMS solutions.
Experience building business cases and customer ROI models for infrastructure or capital-equipment sales
Proven ability to work with engineers, firmware developers, and system architects to deliver complex hardware-software products.
Exposure to AI data-center designs, energy-management systems, or hybrid-grid microgrids
BSEE required; MSEE or MBA preferred
Technical Skills:
Power Electronics & Inverter Systems: Deep understanding of bidirectional inverter design, and grid-supportive functionalities (e.g., reactive power, anti-islanding, grid-forming).
Medium Voltage Systems: Familiarity with MV infrastructure (e.g., 22kV systems), grounding/fault protection, switchgear, and interconnection requirements.
Hybrid Energy Systems: Experience integrating energy storage systems (ESS), EMS platforms, and managing charge/discharge optimization.
Firmware Collaboration: Ability to co-develop feature sets with embedded systems teams, particularly around real-time control loops, black start logic, and remote diagnostics.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Mechanical, to lead complex programs involving mechanical systems and hardware development from concept through production. This role requires driving cross functional execution across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, firmware and software, product, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and system integration teams.

The Exploration Geologist is a technical role responsible for the implementation and management of effective processes related to Blue Moon Metals near-mine, district, and regional exploration activities in Nevada, USA. The position will routinely travel to Blue Moon Metals tenements to complete field work, prospect assessments, supervise contractors and liaise with a variety of stakeholders involved in, supporting, and impacted by exploration programs. The position is essential in leading, guiding, and developing Exploration and Junior Geologist staff in day-to-day exploration, as well as project tasks. The role is responsible for geological interpretation, 3D modelling, new resource opportunities and support of resource estimation processes.

What You’ll Do:
Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.
Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
What You Bring:
A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.
Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process.
LSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus).
