Position Summary

The Corporate Secretary (Paralegal) plays a critical role in supporting corporate governance, board administration, and legal operations. This position is responsible for coordinating board activities, maintaining corporate records, and reviewing and managing contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Board & Corporate Governance Support

• Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials distribution

IT/OT Superintendent, Nussir Project

Position Overview

The IT/OT Superintendent is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of all Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting the underground mining operation and associated processing plant at the Nussir Project.

This is a critical, site-based leadership role that will ensure the successful delivery of the technology domain throughout the project lifecycle—from construction and system deployment through commissioning and into steady-state production. The role is accountable for establishing a robust, secure, and scalable IT/OT environment that enables safe start-up, operational readiness, and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the delivery of all IT/OT systems across the project lifecycle, ensuring readiness to support construction activities, commissioning, and ramp-up to production.

· Comprehensive understanding of and experience with IT & OT cybersecurity frameworks and concepts – IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 Rev. 3, Zero-Trust, Network Segregation.

Reporting to the Vice President, Mining, the Senior Mine Engineer is responsible for mine planning, design, and optimization activities to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective mining operations. Reporting to Blue Moon’s Director, Supply Chain, the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract Manager is responsible for developing, negotiating, administering, and controlling large‑scale EPC contracts for Blue Moon’s mining development projects, including mine site infrastructure, processing plant, and supporting facilities. The immediate focus will be on the Nussir project in Repparfjord, Norway.

This role manages the entire contract lifecycle—from strategy development through tendering, evaluation, award, execution, change management, and close‑out—while ensuring strong commercial, technical, and schedule performance from EPC contractors.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of site-specific health and safety policies, procedures, and programs

Experience

Position Summary

Based at our facility in Imlay, Nevada the Geologic Technician / Core Cutter supports the Exploration and Geology teams by safely processing diamond drill core and assisting with geological data. This position is responsible for core cutting, sampling, labeling, and maintaining a safe, organized core facility.

The role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding mining and exploration environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Processing & Sampling

• Cut diamond drill core using core saws in accordance with geologist instructions and sampling protocols
• Label, bag, and prepare samples for shipment following chain-of-custody and QA/QC requirements
• Maintain sample integrity and accurate documentation
• Photograph core and assist with core layout, orientation, and archiving
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of drill core

Geological Support

• Assist geologists with core handling, logging preparation, and sample selection
• Record basic geological measurements and observations as directed
• Support QA/QC programs including blanks, standards, and duplicates
• Assist with core recovery tracking and reconciliation of samples

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Work in compliance with Cal/OSHA, MSHA (where applicable), and site-specific safety requirements
• Perform pre-operational inspections of core saws and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free core shack or facility
• Use required PPE at all times (eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)
• Immediately report hazards, near misses, and incidents

General Duties

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of core saws and related equipment
• Assist with inventory management of sampling supplies and consumables
• Support other exploration or geology-related tasks as assigned
• Work collaboratively with geologists, drillers, and contractors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with diamond drill core handling and sampling procedures
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting and moving core boxes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and sample tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field
• Experience as a core cutter, geologic technician, or exploration laborer
• Cal/OSHA/MSHA safety training, First Aid/CPR
• Experience with geological databases, logging software, or core photography systems

Work Environment

• Work will occur in a core facility but may require field work or travel to an underground mine site.
• Exposure to water, dust, noise, vibration, and varying temperatures
• Shift work, weekends, or rotational schedules may be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment

Compensation

The pay range for this position will be $20.00 - 25.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.

Reporting to the Exploration Manager, US, this position is site-based at the Springer Mine & Mill located near Winnemucca, Nevada, USA. 

The Senior Exploration Geologist is a technical role responsible for the implementation and management of effective processes related to Blue Moon Metals near-mine, district, and regional exploration activities in Nevada, USA. The position will routinely travel to Blue Moon Metals tenements to complete field work, prospect assessments, supervise contractors and liaise with a variety of stakeholders involved in, supporting, and impacted by exploration programs. The position is essential in leading, guiding, and developing Exploration and Junior Geologist staff in day-to-day exploration, as well as project tasks. The role is responsible for geological interpretation, 3D modelling, new resource opportunities and support of resource estimation processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• The Senior Exploration Geologist participates in planning, supervision, execution, interpretation, and modelling of underground and surface near mine, district and regional exploration projects.  

• The position advances the understanding of mine, near-mine, district and regional geology as a key part of the process of new orebody discovery, development of mineral resources, and mining of ore reserves. 

• Within the Exploration team the role is a technical specialist in geological interpretation, 3D modelling, GIS and mineralization visualization. 

• Participates in setting and enforcing the technical guidelines and standards as applied within the Exploration Department, and managing the geological, technical and digital resources available to the Exploration team.  

• Promotes and enforces Blue Moon Metals cultural, safety, environment policies and guidelines. 

• Ensures all work is completed and reported in compliance with all applicable US legislative requirements and Blue Moon Metals tenement conditions. 

Functional Planning / Scheduling 

Exploration 

• Assists in developing and maintaining an understanding of the geological controls on mineralization. 

• Assists in generating exploration strategies, models, and targets inclusive but not restricted to known styles of mineralization. 

• Contributes to the design and implementation of near-mine, district, and regional exploratory programs, from surface and underground to test and define mineralization potential. 

• Reports on exploration activities and programs. 

• Completes exploration activities compliant with Blue Moon Metals and government requirements. 

• Assists in translating geological data into readily accessible, up-to-date GIS format (spatial data), in an auditable digital data filing structure. 

• Ensures all drilling data is interpreted during the drilling process and geological models are constructed using 3D mine planning software. 

Resource Development 

• Assists in defining the resource potential of exploration prospects and identifying resource expansion opportunities. 

• Assists in advancing projects through to feasibility stage where resource and reserve potential exists. 

• Assist the design, preparation and implementation of proposals, cost estimates and capital expenditure requests for exploration drilling programs. 

• Undertakes structural, lithological, geotechnical, metallurgical, hydrogeological and mineralization characterization projects required to understand the distribution of mineralization and ensure the conversion of resources to reserves. 

• Contributes to the Life of Mine Plan (LOM), desktop and feasibility studies. 

• Complete other duties as required by the Exploration Manager. 

Compliance / Quality Control 

• Responsible for uncontaminated samples being collected in compliance with NI 43-101 best practices. 

• Implements appropriate sample and assay quality control measures. 

• Investigates, corrects and documents any problems arising from sampling. 

• Participates in audits of sample collection, dispatch, assaying and data interpretation. 

Safety 

• Carries out duties diligently, with highest regard for their safety, the safety of others, environment and community members. 

• Complies with relevant policy, procedure, guidelines, and standards, as well as national and international acts, regulations and guidelines related to health, safety, environment and community relations.
