MongoDB is building a world-class team in North America to create tooling that helps customers modernize their applications and migrate their data from legacy relational databases to MongoDB in real-time. As companies modernise legacy workloads and data ecosystems, they are increasingly drawn to the flexibility and scalability of the document model. The tools developed by the Code Generation and Data Migration team are critical in this journey, helping customers with schema modeling, code generation, initial data loads, and continuous data synchronization.
We're looking for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in computer science fundamentals, systems design, experience in the Java ecosystem, streaming systems, and data-intensive applications to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing the underlying data structures, algorithms, and database interactions that power our generative AI platform, code generation and migration tools. This involves crafting sophisticated orchestration layers, robust integration points, and high-performance data systems that seamlessly connect and leverage advanced AI capabilities for code generation and building a sophisticated data migration suite using a modern technology stack, which includes Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Debezium, and React.You will work on critical components that ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of our services, collaborating closely with AI researchers, product management and other engineers to design and implement cutting-edge products that solve complex customer challenges.

From your experience over the past few years, we’ll see you in videos and at events sharing technical insights, leading discussions, and inspiring others to effectively use AI and ML capabilities. You’ve also created articles, tutorials, and hands-on workshops to teach builders best practices and equip them to leverage AI in their apps.
At the foundation of your passion and expertise is a love to equip others. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a builder role, such as a data scientist or developer, where they crafted AI solutions in production. They will have 8+ total years of experience through any combination of builder role (such as data scientist or developer), educator role (such as developer advocate or developer educator), or customer-facing role (such as solution architect).
Our ideal candidate will also have connections with AI companies and communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work with key AI partners to create content and partner on virtual and in-person events that showcase how MongoDB is part of the larger AI ecosystem.
You are an effective teacher who can explain complex topics in a simple and easy-to-understand way. Along with an appreciation for the key AI-related features of our platform, such as vector search and Voyage AI, you will also develop a strong understanding of MongoDB's core capabilities, data modeling, and emerging trends in our industry.
Though the expertise you bring will be unique, our team is built to work together to share knowledge and help each other grow. As an Insights & Integrations Consultancy Data Scientist, your key area of responsibility will be partnering with strategic accounts to drive ecosystem expansion and retention — not just through technical analysis, but by translating that analysis into business impact that resonates with fleet managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders. You will develop and maintain deep expertise across the Geotab platform, engaging directly with partners and end-users to optimize their use of Geotab's technology, presenting data-driven insights in ways that clearly demonstrate ROI, cost savings, and efficiency gains. Day-to-day, you will design and deliver Big Data dashboards and analytics tools, maintain Airflow pipelines for continual data analysis using SQL and Python, develop proof of concepts, and solve complex business problems through customer-tailored algorithms and predictive models. You will also represent Geotab as a thought leader at industry events and trade shows — particularly in the areas of fleet electrification and sustainability — and travel quarterly to Canada for team meetings, with additional on-sites at key strategic accounts.
You will work closely with Account and Engagement Managers within Geotab's Sales Channels, the Signature Accounts Team, Product Management, and Solutions Engineering — relationships that are essential to identifying growth opportunities and translating customer feedback into product improvements. Even before a sale is made, may assist with technical inquiries from potential customers. This could involve explaining technical details, providing documentation, or guiding customers on how to integrate the solution into their existing systems when expertise beyond the general area is required.
Solve complex business problems by providing analytics or analytics-based consulting, including customer-tailored algorithms and predictive models, under guidance or mentorship.
Maintain airflow pipelines for continual data analysis combining SQL queries and python scripts.
Design, maintain and deliver Big Data dashboards and tools; document stakeholder requirements, resolve issues, and fulfill change requests.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be substituted.
3–5 years of experience in a relevant customer-facing technical role, including Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Integration Engineering, Engineering Support, Software Development, Data Science, or Technical Account Management.
1–3 years of hands-on experience with SQL (Google BigQuery preferred) and data science tools (Python, pandas, numpy preferred).
Experience working with large data environments and demonstrated ability to extract value from very large datasets, including data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
Data visualization skills, particularly in dashboarding platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies; working knowledge of hardware integrations is a bonus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to assess customer challenges and propose viable solutions.

• Radio console systems supporting multi-agency communications
• Logging recorders used for call review, compliance, and operational analysis

Successful candidates often have direct experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, or operating these systems within PSAPs, ECCs, or other mission-critical public safety environments.

We’re looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant to own configuration, optimization, and end-to-end support of SAP Project Systems across a large, complex enterprise landscape.
You'll lead PS processes from project structuring to cost & revenue planning, oversee critical incident management, support financial close, and drive automation + process improvement initiatives.

Configure & customize SAP PS to business needs
Provide L3 support, resolve SAP PS issues, and manage P1/P2 incidents
