The Opportunity
The Clinical Care Liaison is the operational and relational backbone of our geriatric primary care team. You will own care coordination for a panel of 500–600 patients — managing real-time communication, triaging urgent clinical needs, maintaining documentation integrity, and serving as the trusted point of contact for patients, families, facility staff, and providers.
This is not a passive coordination role. You will make real-time judgment calls that directly affect patient safety outcomes. The seniors we serve are medically complex, often frightened, and counting on someone who shows up fully — every shift, every call, every task.

At Geriatric Specialty Care of Reno, we're expanding our model for caring for seniors that provides high-quality, comprehensive in-home healthcare services to seniors all across Northern Nevada. From private residences and long-term care to assisted living facilities, our team of nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, and care providers visit patients where they’re most comfortable—creating a seamless, convenient, and personalized process for seniors and their caretakers.
The Opportunity: As a Medical Assistant at Geriatric Specialty Care (our Reno clinic), you will support our primary care providers in delivering quality care to patients at our clinic and occasionally to patients in senior living communities. Your role will involve both clinical (back office) and administrative (front office) tasks, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive care experience for patients and coworkers.
