Principal Product Manager – Pricing & Monetization
As Principal PM for Pricing & Monetization, you will own the strategy and execution of SmartBear’s transition from seat-based SaaS licensing to consumption-based models — across a multi-product portfolio in a PE-backed, growth-focused environment.
You will own the monetization architecture: the pricing models, value metrics, financial structures, and revenue mechanics that underpin how SmartBear captures value. You will use AI-powered modeling and rigorous data analysis to drive decisions that directly impact ARR, NRR, and long-term monetization health. You’ll work without direct reports but with significant cross-functional authority, presenting regularly to senior leadership and PE sponsors.
This role is focused on designing monetization systems and pricing architecture at scale.

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. Octave Clinicians will join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment. We are seeking out Licensed Clinicians who are willing to work both in-person and remotely, but an office space is required to start. Join Boston University Hillel as our Operations Coordinator and help keep our space welcoming and working well for students. This role is great if you have a little work experience and enjoy hands-on tasks that make events and everyday life run smoothly. Our building gets over 30,000 student visits a year—four floors with programming space, dining, lounges, and offices—so you’ll be part of a busy, friendly place on campus.

CarGurus is hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Team. We are looking for a versatile, analytical, and enthusiastic Engineer who will work closely with business and IT teams in the U.S. and overseas. The ability to be creative and have the initiative to improve processes will be a major part of your success. At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. We are seeking a desktop support specialist who will support all employees at Cogent, but will also be a primary Commercial IT desktop support specialist and contact. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent customer service, communications, and strong technical support skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience providing IT support in a life science environment and with a Commercial sales team. You will work closely with Commercial, Clinical Development, and G&A staff and provide additional support to our Waltham, Boulder, and remote employees.
