Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and implementing technical solutions for complex problems. The candidate will provide technical oversight of a project solution, including requirement interpretation and allocation of requirements to technical components. He or she will define processes to support the implementation of requirements and ensure that technical solutions leverage industry best practices, designing for security and excellence while minimizing the total cost of ownership. You will need to be able to define internal and external customer IT infrastructure architecture needs and then design solutions to meet those needs to include: capacity planning, systems configuration and tuning, monitoring backups, and installations of hardware and software. 

The work will be hybrid, based out of our Laurel, Maryland office.

What you will need to be successful: 

• Experience with Linux system administration

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.

This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join the team responsible for managing core network platform - OSS. In this role, you will design, deploy, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and take ownership of running third-party vendor software in our environment. As the Cybersecurity Analyst Tier 2, you are responsible for overseeing and managing Tier 2 level threat response in our client’s Security Operations Center. Your role involves working with a team of security analysts and engineers who monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats in an organization's IT environment at the Tier 2 Level. Additionally, you play a critical role in analyzing and resolving cyber threats or escalating incidents for Tier 3 response as necessary.  Technical expertise, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts are essential for success in this role. This role is ONSITE in our SOC located in Rockville, MD.  US Citizenship is required for consideration.

Role and Responsibilities 

• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and threats discovered by CSOC Analyst Level I and carry out effective Level II analysis of incidents.
• Remediation of incidents and escalation when necessary to Tier 3 support
• Initial assessment of the scope of the attack and affected systems
• Accurately document cases during investigations and effectively communicate findings to Level I Analyst or escalation team to ensure complete handover of work streams.

About the Role: 

Join DelCor as a Managed Services Consultant and become the go‑to technology partner for our DMV‑area nonprofit and association clients. In this hybrid, client‑facing role, you’ll tackle fresh challenges every week! Designing tech plans, optimizing technology workflows, and troubleshooting networks to deliver tangible impact. Expect to spend 4-5 days onsite, deepening relationships and driving measurable improvements in our clients’ technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support DelCor’s clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their networks and leading on problem and incident management  
• Collaborates with client leadership to develop and support an IT roadmap 
• Collaborate with various teams at client sites to maintain network infrastructure  
• Proactively provide updates on client statuses to DelCor’s leadership team  
• Act as the main POC for our clients and be their go-to resource when it comes to their networks and systems  
• Administration and troubleshooting for:  Servers, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, Desktops, Remote Access, Email Services (Office 365), Networks 
• Ability to lead on issues, take escalations from IT Services Desk 
• Provide high-level customer service to clients through timely ticket closures, continuously providing updates, and professional responses to emails and requests 

Preferred Experience/Training: 

• 4 + years hands‑on in Microsoft environments
• Proficient with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 desktops
• Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams) and Azure AD
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and device management (Intune/Endpoint Manager)
• Networking fundamentals in IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
• Experience configuring firewalls and VPNs
• Comfortable in both enterprise‑scale and small‑office settings, with hybrid on‑prem/cloud setups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms

• Microsoft certification (Modern Desktop Admin, Azure Admin)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with location, relevant experience, and interview performance.
