We’re hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Idaho Falls, ID, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more.
Pay: $150,000 - $600,000 Total Compensation ($24,000 base salary + Uncapped commission with no market restrictions)
Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
New business development and Client acquisition/Account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!
Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions.
Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conducts sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) at our rental facility in Idaho Falls, ID, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts and help us build the future of construction. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
As a Field Technician, you’ll use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models. With real-time information at your fingertips, you can determine the root cause and corrective action for each issue quickly, enabling you to work smarter, not harder.
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
Year-round company provided OEM training

About the Role:
As a PMHNP, you will lead member care alongside a team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers. You’ll provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders.
We do not prescribe controlled substances other than Suboxone for the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder. Affect provides extensive training on evidence-based approaches to treatment, though medication decisions are ultimately made at the provider’s discretion in collaboration with the member. You must hold an active, unrestricted license in Idaho.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. The Fabrication Lead is responsible for leading and guiding a team of fabricators; reviewing technical drawings with the engineering team; addressing fabrication concerns; and ensuring that parts meet specified design requirements. Summary: The contribution of a Scribe-X medical scribe is crucial in the patient care team. They work hand-in-hand with healthcare providers across several specialties to document patient encounters in real-time, catering to patients from varying socio-economic backgrounds to improve access to care for those who need it most. All scribes undergo a rigorous medical scribe training to ensure they are fully prepared to support their designated provider(s). All scribes gain the experience, mentorship, and support needed to become expert medical scribes to further their healthcare career.
Essential Duties:
Perform chart preparation per clinic protocol
Accompany the provider in all scheduled patient visits
Document the patient history, physical exam, procedures, and patient plan, as performed by the provider
Remind provider of relevant quality metrics when appropriate, documenting to support quality metrics
Enter laboratory and radiographic studies, as ordered by the provider
Enter medication orders, as dictated by the provider
Document and print instructions for the patient
Review completed charts with the provider between patients or at the completion of the shift
Update provider preference and clinic preference documents as necessary
Requirements:
Typing speed of at least 60+ WPM
Available to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm PST)
Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace to maintain the privacy of sensitive patient information
Fluent in the English language with excellent writing and speaking skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years equivalent experience in a related field required
Pre-health career track strongly preferred
GPA > 3.5 preferred
Highly knowledgeable with medical terminology, and human anatomy
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive compensation ranges from $11.00 - $17.00 per hour based on location, experience, and time commitment.
Paid training for up to 30.5 hours.
