ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Lead AI Consultant - Intelligent Solutions to design and deliver advanced AI capabilities for financial services clients. This role suits an experienced AI practitioner who combines strong technical depth with a consulting mindset and the ability to translate emerging technologies into real business impact.

You will take ownership of end‑to‑end AI solution design and delivery, leading initiatives such as conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and AI‑enabled coaching solutions. Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support to HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
• Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
