Join our Human Resources team as an APAC Mobility and Immigration Specialist, to be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, partnering with global HR colleagues, Finance, Compliance, and external providers to deliver effective mobility solutions.

Your future role at QRT: 

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end immigration process (of new hires and mobility cases, including monitoring expirations and renewals) for the APAC countries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee and coordinate international secondments and transfers into the region, and advise on the implementation and optimization of the mobility policy
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the global mobility function
• Manage day-to-day BAU, including system updates and management of external service providers
• Facilitate comprehensive tax, immigration, and relocation briefings for candidates, secondees, and transferees
• Conduct internal audits on global mobility and immigration processes
• Collaborate with global HR teams and leadership to design, implement, and adapt the global mobility policies and programs that meet both local and international business needs
• Provide technical advice and support to APAC HR community relating to relevant policies and procedures, tax-related matters, social security and pension-related matters.
• Provide insights into local market practices and benchmark mobility policies and offerings to support a market-leading employee experience

Your present skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, International Business, Law, Finance or a related discipline
• Experience managing Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore immigration processes
• A critical thinker with an analytical approach to solving complex problems with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex immigration matters to diverse stakeholders
• Workday HRIS experience and familiarity with HR analytics tools preferred
• Experience working at a vendor preferred

Join our HR team as a Payroll Manager in London. In this role you will ensure the accurate, compliant, and scalable delivery of payroll across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, while supporting ongoing transformation and automation initiatives.

Your future role at QRT:

• Own and deliver monthly payroll processes across the UK, Denmark, Poland, and UAE, with scope to expand into additional jurisdictions
• Partner closely with HR, Compensation, and Benefits teams to consolidate and validate payroll inputs
• Review payroll outputs, identifying discrepancies and coordinating with external providers to resolve issues
• Maintain and enhance payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Develop and maintain clear payroll documentation and controls (e.g. Confluence)
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements (e.g. P60s, P45s, PSA, STBV reporting)
• Perform data reconciliation and validation, strengthening controls and audit readiness
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes across relevant jurisdictions
• Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll queries, providing clear and timely support
• Support QRT’s transition to an integrated global payroll model, improving scalability and automation
• Drive the adoption of technology and AI-driven solutions within payroll, challenging existing processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll operations

Your present skillset:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of cross-border and expatriate payroll considerations
• Experience working with payroll vendors and managing outsourced payroll processes
• Experience with Workday is essential
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables) with a focus on data accuracy and reconciliation
• High attention to detail with a strong control mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• CIPP qualification (preferred)

Your future role within QRT

• Support the management of QRT’s benefits programmes across APAC, including health (medical and dental) insurance, retirement and other local benefits
• Coordinate insurance renewals and support vendor and broker relationships across the region
• Promote benefits programmes through effective employee communications and engagement initiatives
• Support benefits benchmarking projects and maintain benefits data and analytics
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across all benefit programmes
• Liaise with benefits vendors and providers to resolve issues and support programme improvements aligned with local business needs
• Act as a point of contact for employee benefits queries, helping employees understand their coverage and resolve claims or benefits-related issues
• Support benefits operations, including enrolments and census updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
• Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, tools and programmes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
• Work closely with the APAC Benefits Manager to support the implementation of the regional benefits strategy

Your present skillset

• 4-6 years’ experience in HR or employee benefits, ideally within a global or multinational organisation
• Experience supporting benefits across multiple APAC jurisdictions is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits clearly to employees.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Specialist to help support and drive innovation in our global Workday platform. In this hands-on role, you will act as a Workday generalist across multiple functional areas, partnering closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to ensure our Workday environment is robust, scalable and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Your future role within QRT

• Provide functional support and configuration across Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Benefits and reporting
• Partner with HR, Payroll and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions
• Deliver enhancements and new functionality through a structured SDLC approach, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, system governance and configuration quality
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and optimise existing Workday processes and configuration
• Support Workday releases and change management, ensuring new features are assessed and implemented where valuable
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, providing guidance on system capabilities and best practices

Your present skillset

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, Functional Analyst or System Administrator
• Hands-on configuration experience in at least one Workday module such as Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Benefits
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business objects, business process frameworks and reporting
• Experience translating HR processes into scalable system solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently and deliver in a fast-paced, high-change environment
