The Role

As Nex’s Senior Embedded Software / AOSP Engineer, you bring Nex Playground to life. Your OS and firmware run on millions of devices, turning family living rooms into playgrounds where body motion, software, and on-device AI come together as one experience. You will lead the bringup of new platforms and hardware, and craft the HAL and framework layers that fuse our games, system maps, peripherals, and CV/ML pipelines with the silicon beneath.

You will architect the OS and own the full stack — SoC, GPU, NPU, Camera, ISP, WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, and power — squeezing best-in-class performance out of consumer-grade hardware. You will champion stability and security end-to-end, from a hardened boot chain to deep-stack profiling and disciplined root-cause analysis of field issues. As a technical anchor for the platform, you will help shape Nex’s hardware roadmap and the future products that millions will play on next. You’ll report to the Director of Hardware Engineering.

• 5+ years building embedded system software.

The Event Technology Manager is responsible for assisting clients in navigating registration websites, supporting new technology platforms and data management while liaising with the event delivery team. This role will assist the events team by implementing, building and supporting new technology platforms, as well as utilising advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage event information lists and appropriate reporting. Regulatory and legal framework

• Be aware of and act in accordance with the regulatory and legal framework governing the trader's activities, including any relevant market abuse rules

The Opportunity

You will be embedded into the trading team, working closely with quants and traders to develop, implement, and optimize trading strategies using C++ that will trade cryptocurrency on various exchanges across the globe.

We are hiring Production Engineers in our Hong Kong office. Jane Street Production Engineers are software developers who spend time both developing software and also providing high-quality support for software systems that are critical to Jane Street's trading business.

We are seeking a Product Compliance Manager – Home to build and manage a comprehensive product compliance program across our Apparel, Footwear, Bags and Accessories categories. The Role

As a Software Engineer at Nex, you will contribute to building the technical foundations that power our platform's most demanding capabilities. You will focus on either ML Engineering or Framework Engineering, two complementary specializations that drive research velocity and product performance.

What you need to be great in this role: 

• APAC Market Expertise & Cultural Intelligence: Deep understanding of social media landscapes across multiple APAC markets (10+ years in agencies or brands within the region), particularly Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and India. Proven ability to navigate diverse consumer behaviours, platform preferences, and cultural nuances. Strong knowledge of social commerce and live selling best practices. 
• Strategic Builder & Change Leader: Track record of building social capabilities that differentiate agencies in market. Skilled at developing award-winning work and strategic approaches that position agencies as key partners. Ability to unite distributed talent across markets, fostering collaboration and excellence. 
• Client Relationship Management & Flawless Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling communications both in person and online. Exceptional ability to build and maintain senior client relationships, representing the agency with polish and confidence at industry events, in boardrooms, and new business situations. 
• Results-Driven & Entrepreneurial: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering profitable outcomes. Proactive, solution-oriented, and energized by opportunity. Focused on delivering measurable results and effective work that drives business outcomes. Comfortable building in a high-growth environment. 
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
