At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to neighborhoods of the world. As part of that mission, we’re building a unified platform designed to power DoorDash, Wolt, Deliveroo, and future growth. The primary computing platform is mainly a code execution framework that lets product teams compose business logic into graphs, while the team owns the platform, runtime, and operational experience.
We’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our EU-based Computing Platform team. This is a team of 5 engineers working on a foundational, mission-critical platform that helps simplify backend development at scale by reducing operational overhead for product teams and making cross-team changes easier to build, test, and ship. In this role, you’ll grow the team, shape the roadmap, and work closely with product and platform partners and your manager to make the Computing Platform more reliable, performant, and easier to adopt across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash.
This is a high-impact engineering leadership role at the intersection of platform strategy, people leadership, and execution. You’ll lead a team building core capabilities that help engineers ship business logic without owning the burden of running services themselves. Success in this role means growing a strong team, driving clear priorities, and delivering platform improvements that make the Computing Platform easier for developers, and safer, faster and more reliable to use at massive scale.
This is an opportunity to lead a foundational platform team working on one of the most important backend building blocks. The Computing Platform is designed to simplify how engineers build and operate business logic at scale, and the work of this team has the potential to influence developer productivity, system reliability, and platform adoption across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash.
You’ll get to work on meaningful engineering leadership challenges with broad scope: growing a strong team, shaping technical direction, and helping define how mission-critical compute platform evolves as more domains onboard. If you’re excited by high-leverage platform work, complex distributed systems problems, and the chance to have impact far beyond a single product surface, this is a rare role to step into.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-first leader to shape and drive the evolution of Marketing Innovation across the organization. Sitting within the Marketing function, this role is responsible for defining how AI transforms marketing—from how we plan and create, to how we execute, personalize, and scale.
As Global Head of Marketing Innovation, you will lead the transition from traditional marketing operations and tooling toward AI-powered workflows, agent-driven automation, and intelligent decision systems. You will define what capabilities marketing needs to succeed in an AI-native environment and translate those into clear, prioritized roadmaps in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
This role goes beyond managing technology—it is about rethinking how marketing works. You will act as the primary bridge between Marketing and technical teams, ensuring AI solutions are aligned with business goals, scalable across markets, and embedded into day-to-day workflows. You will also lead a small but high-impact team, including an AI Enablement specialist responsible for driving adoption across the organization.
The role reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing & Innovation.
Nice to have:
This is a rare opportunity to get under the hood of a massive growth engine and actually build the tools that make it run. You won’t just be managing existing software; you’ll be the strategic architect responsible for moving us away from manual, "copy-paste" work toward a smart, automated system powered by AI and real-time data.
You will have the mandate to bridge the gap between Marketing, Product, and Engineering, making sure our tech stack is a competitive advantage rather than a bottleneck. Whether it’s building a marketing engine to win back millions of users or launching ML-powered personalization that hits the right customer at the perfect moment, you will be the one making it technically possible.
If you want a high-ownership role where you can solve real structural problems and lead a team of technical experts in a fast-paced, global environment, this is it.
Our hiring process prioritizes quality over speed to ensure we find the right long-term fit for this critical role. Candidates move through the process one step at a time, typically starting with an initial screen and a hiring manager interview, followed by a peer interview and a take-home case study presentation, concluding with a final value-fit conversation.

Wolt was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022.
Our Finance team has played a key role in our growth journey, and as we continue to scale, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead. Reporting to the AR Manager, you will lead a multinational team of 7–8 members. Your mission is to drive the transformation of the AR function from a highly operational setup to a more automated, insight-driven organization. You will have a high level of autonomy to "build and break"—leveraging resourceful data to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
At Wolt, we’re about getting things done.
You’ll probably enjoy it here if you like taking ownership, developing yourself and being around friendly, humble and ambitious people.
We work hard to make cities into better places, and it’s pretty cool seeing us grow every week. If you’re passionate about building things that just… work, Wolt might be for you.

Own the strategic direction of a high-performance B2B SaaS website — and set the standard for how marketing websites drive revenue.
We’re looking for a Principal Digital Experience Engineer to join our Marketing team in Helsinki, Dublin, Amsterdam, or the UK.
Our website is our most important marketing asset — it’s where pipeline starts, where brand perception is formed, and where every campaign and paid media dollar ultimately lands. We don’t need another strong engineer who can build things. We need a recognised authority who can decide what should be built, why, and how — someone who sets the technical strategy for our entire web presence and is accountable for the outcomes.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role (IC5). You’ll make architectural decisions, define engineering standards, influence senior leadership, manage external partners, and shape how the organisation thinks about digital web experience as a growth lever. You can and will get your hands dirty in the code when it matters — but your primary value is strategic ownership, technical authority, and the judgment to know where your time creates the most leverage.
The stack: Astro.js, TypeScript, Sanity (headless CMS), integrated with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Zendesk.
The strategic responsibilities you’ll own…
Where you’ll roll up your sleeves…
You’re not above the code — you’re selective about when you’re in it. You’ll get hands-on when the work is high-stakes, architecturally significant, or when you need to set the standard that others will follow. In practice, that looks like:
How you’ll raise the bar…
This position is for you if you have…
To be clear about what this role is and isn’t…
This is a strategic technical leadership role that happens to require deep engineering capability — not an engineering role with some strategy attached. You’ll be assessed on the decisions you make, the standards you set, and the outcomes you drive — not on lines of code shipped.
Benefits we offer…

Yousician impacts and enriches the lives of millions of people by empowering them to play music they love, learn something new, and nourish their well-being. We merge music and tech to amplify the everyday. We reimagine the way people learn to play so that everyone can play.
And, you don't need to be a musician to join Yousician!
We're a band of passionate professionals who love what they do, are great at it, and move to the beat of the same drum. We're for all players: from newbies to seasoned pros. If you are looking for a rewarding career opportunity that helps shape the future of music-tech, you're in the right place!
At Yousician, we reimagine music education for a billion people. Our products, Yousician and GuitarTuna, are the world's leading music learning and tuning apps, used by millions of people to learn, play, and tune their instruments every day.
We believe subscription revenue is won in the details, not in the pitch deck. Paywall copy, trial lengths, price points, renewal offers, reactivation campaigns: each one is a craft, and each one moves the number when it is done right. We are hiring a Product Manager with strong monetization craft to run experimentation across both of our products
Your mission is clear: you help turn players into paying subscribers, and keep them, across Yousician and GuitarTuna.
You will run paywall, pricing, and offer experimentation end to end for both products. Hypothesis, brief, ship, readout, decision. You will maintain the live revenue forecast that ties every test back to the quarterly plan, and reconcile it monthly against what actually landed. Multiple tests run every week. Every one of them has a written brief and a clean readout.
This is a senior specialist role. You come in with a point of view on paywall mechanics, price point elasticity, trial length trade-offs, holdout discipline, and primary-metric selection. You will report to the Head of Revenue and work closely with them to translate monetization priorities into a concrete experimentation roadmap. You will work day to day with embedded engineers on both products, a test designer, and a data partner. You are a strong monetization specialist and a key thought partner on experimentation, pricing, paywalls, and offers.
Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter describing the last paywall, pricing, or offer experiment you shipped. Tell us the hypothesis, the result, the decision you made, and what you would do differently next time.
Let's help the world play!
Yousician is the world's largest music-tech company, with millions of users worldwide. Based in Helsinki, Finland, Yousician is home to the category-defining Yousician and GuitarTuna apps. Yousician, the #1 platform to learn and play music, makes learning fun, easy, and more accessible for everyone. Today Yousician employs 100+ professionals from nearly 30 nationalities.
We're hiring, so come join our amazing team and help us make the world a more musical place!
At Yousician, we’re on a mission to make musicality as common as literacy, and key to that is building a team as diverse as the people we serve. People with severe disabilities will be given preference if equally qualified.
If you have a disability, special needs, or require any specific needs or support during the application process, please feel welcome to inform us and we’ll gladly provide the support you need during the application and interview process.

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.
Oura’s engineering organization consists of talented developers distributed across the EU and US. For day-to-day feature work, our engineers are organized into smaller cross-functional teams. Our teams have a great deal of autonomy and are responsible for the design, development and architecture of their features. Teams take full ownership of their code and handle everything from concepting, design and implementation to release, maintenance and bug fixes.
The Health Intelligence team is at the forefront of integrating modern AI and LLMs into the Oura experience, transforming how members interact with and learn from their data. We are building the next generation of AI-powered health guidance at Oura, blending traditional ML with modern LLMs, reasoning systems, and robust evaluation - not as “chatbots with vibes,” but as rigorously evaluated components that explain decisions, surface trade-offs, and adapt member journeys over months and years.

You don’t need all of these, but they’re strong signals of fit:
If this sounds like the next step for you, please send us your application and CV as soon as possible. We aim to start interviewing as soon as suitable candidates are found.
