Role Overview

The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive role will report into the Dashboard Manager. The Data Delivery & Dashboards Executive will be a key member of the newly formed India-based Data Management & Delivery Hub, supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. As a Dashboard Developer Executive, you build and maintain high impact dashboards and data visualizations that transform raw market research data into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with researchers, analysts, and engineers to ensure data flows seamlessly from collections to visual storytelling. • Maintain the pipeline for the project data process flow (this includes receival of data into in-hosue Tool, through the data processing stage into the storage mart, through the python utilities into required outputs)

• Manage and rectify when failures occur in the pipeline, liaising with both the data providers, research team and developers on the dashboard

Data Quality Checks:

Dashboard Support & Maintenance:

Data Delivery Management:

What you'll need

Your skills and experience:

Technical Expertise

• Atleast 5+ years expertise in languages like Python and SQL.
• Mastery in advanced Core Python (generators, decorators, OOP, async programming), architecture design.
• Proficient in libraries like Pandas - Joins, Melting, handling missing values, NumPy, TensorFlow etc.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Understanding MVC/MVT, microservices, and system design principles.
• Experience in setup of data pipelines is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of high-performance framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask) is a plus.

The Pricing Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the RP Pricing Team by assisting in the development of accurate and competitive costs for global healthcare market research projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, collecting quotes from third partners, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring pricing aligns with industry benchmarks and Research Partnership objectives. The Pricing Analyst will work on multi-market qualitative and quantitative studies, helping to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining profitability and efficiency. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include:

• Owning the end-to-end pricing lifecycle for RP proposals, from RFQ intake and supplier outreach via the RFQ management system through to final cost proposal development. This includes defining and sourcing all cost components required for successful project delivery, including external vendor costs and internal resources and hours, to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and commercially sound proposals.
• Vendor selection at RFQ stage and quote collection from third parties
• Creation of internal cost sheets for client proposals, ensuring accuracy and financial viability

• Owning the end-to-end pricing lifecycle for RP proposals, from RFQ intake and supplier outreach via the RFQ management system through to final cost proposal development. The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. Your primary role: 

The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. Team Description

The Revenue team is an extremely visible, high-performing team, ultimately responsible for accurate financial reporting of revenue. The team is responsible for managing the monthly close, contract negotiation and documentation and determining appropriate accounting treatment for our product offerings. Additionally, this team is responsible for designing and maintaining controls over reporting of revenue and assisting in quarterly revenue forecasting activities. This role will report directly to the Manager of Revenue. 

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting (CA/CPA is a plus) with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a global revenue accounting team

• Partner cross-functionally with key internal business partners, such as GL, OTC, and Business Systems on ongoing issues and help drive to conclusion
• Assist in other ad hoc project work as required

Success Measures:

• A successful candidate must have the ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environment as well as have experience and a strong interest in operational processes.
• In 30 days, a successful candidate will become familiar with our business, product offerings, and revenue streams. 
• In 3 - 6 months, you’ll become familiar with our internal systems, operational workflows, and accounting close tasks assigned to you and would be performing them independently.

In the role of a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors and administering the uploads to the Digital Asset Management system for one of MediaMonks’ biggest clients. Our creative production teams across the globe produce content for every possible channel you can think of on a daily basis. All this content has to be properly structured, named, tagged and stored in our client’s DAM platform as well as uploaded to various platforms for trafficking following the respective guidelines and naming conventions. 

In addition to that, you are responsible for training new team members, offering first-line support on user questions, PM queries, and producing documentation and reporting for each delivery. 

Our DAM also has an asset library, used by our client and their agencies. You can assist our monks with questions they receive from these parties too. Accuracy is critical and new material will be coming in from many teams.

You Will:

Incident Investigation and Triage

• Support, then lead, rapid investigations into critical and complex incidents, including but not limited to threats against child safety, violent extremism, and other high-severity harms.
