Project Description

Data Management Platform is the core system that receives, processes and provides information to other external DMPs and real time platforms. The purpose of DMP is to store the connection between users/devices and their respective behavioral categories. Further this data is used by the other teams for the analytics and digital ad targeting. Team roadmap includes developing a new system based on the streaming architecture with a relevant tech stack.

About the Role

You will join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure: bare metal, VMs, databases, queues, networking, and infrastructure security. Our philosophy is simple: the team owns its systems end-to-end, and every engineer should be able to diagnose and fix issues in their area of responsibility.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with real infrastructure (OS, hardware/virtualization, networks), not just cloud abstractions.

What You'll Do

• Work primarily with on‑premise infrastructure (bare metal and VMs): setup, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations by defining requirements, assumptions, and next steps
• Own automation projects end‑to‑end (design → rollout → maintenance)
• Improve how we operate: harden and tune systems and also improve the way the team works in terms of operational hygiene
• Keep the platform stable, fast, and secure: servers, web servers, databases, queues

Requirements

• 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer / SRE (or very close responsibilities)
• Real, hands-on experience with servers (VMs, bare metal) at the OS level and below: configuring, troubleshooting, digging into “why it’s broken”
• Confident Linux skills (we use Ubuntu). We expect you to be comfortable with the core tools from Linux Crisis Tools
• Solid understanding of networking basics; ability to configure and troubleshoot iptables
• Ansible + Git
• Experience with Bash or Python scripting for automation/observability
• Production/on‑call experience: diagnosing incidents, restoring service, participating in post‑mortems
• Ownership and attention to detail. Downtime is expensive: five years ago, 10 minutes of downtime cost us $100k — today it’s even more

About the role

As Director of Product, Core Markets, you will own the strategy and execution that positions Fundraise Up as the category leader in key nonprofit verticals. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Elements team. In this role, you will lead the development of embedded "elements" — a suite of widgets that non-profits integrate into their websites to drive donations or display impact statistics. Tech Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Cloudflare Workers, and Kafka.

We already have a strong team of developers as well as a product and technical roadmap in place, but we are missing a strong technical leader to lead the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3-5 Fullstack developers.
• Write and review code (approximately 70/30 split in favor of management).
• Ensure the team follows company processes and engineering guidelines.
• Own the delivery of features and adherence to deadlines.
• Make technical decisions, prepare technical designs for new features, and align them with neighboring teams and your manager.
• Manage technical debt and maintain the technical backlog for your team.

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to join the Donor Experience Platform team. In this role, you will lead the development of a technical platform (internal API) that powers the company’s key products — various forms and interfaces for processing online donations.

Mission

As a AI Translation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our platform’s translation capabilities. Leveraging your expertise in machine learning including applied research, fine tuning, benchmarking, and inference optimization, you will deliver high-performance solutions that power critical features for our growing client base.

Requirements

• Evaluation engineering: Translates product features into measurable user use cases; selects a small set of reliable offline metrics; builds benchmarks and runs slice analysis across languages and domains; designs rubrics and reference-less MT evaluation for ambiguous cases; defines online metrics and guardrails, runs A/B tests and staged rollouts, and validates that offline gains translate into production impact while spotting metric loopholes and regressions
  
  
• Data fluency: Owns end-to-end dataset pipelines: multi-source ingestion → cleaning/validation → scalable multilingual datasets, with versioning and auditability
  
  
• Classical NLP foundations: Understands MT/search text normalization and core matching approaches (exact/fuzzy, typo tolerance, multi-word + overlap handling, tries/Aho–Corasick/inverted index basics), and applies them to improve preprocessing and retrieval
  
  
• LLM operations: Operates external LLM providers end-to-end: designs prompts for structured generation/evaluation; builds automated filters/validators; generates synthetic data at scale using self-consistency and multi-provider “consilium”; selects and routes across providers based on quality–latency–cost; and uses self-hosted models when helpful for quality analysis/judging and provider fine-tuning data prep

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $114,500 - $188,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
