Notre département R&D est chargé de conduire l'innovation de notre Plateforme SaaS. Il est composé de plusieurs équipes agiles (Scrum/Kanban) en charge de développer différents modules et solutions de notre plateforme. Nous sommes à un moment charnière puisque nous modernisons notre architecture (React/Typescript) et nous intégrons des capacités d'Agentic AI dans notre plateforme.

RÔLE: Dans ce contexte nous sommes a la recherche d’un(e) Alternant(e) Software Engineer Fullstack C#, .NET, SQL Server, React.js. Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Catalog organisée en scrum et participez à la conception et au développement de notre solution Web, basée sur C#, .NET, SQL Server, React.js.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ CHEZ NOUS

• Travailler sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, les évolutions et la maintenance relatives à un module dédié de notre solution,
• Participer à l'intégration de workflows Agentic, en utilisant les dernières technologies Gen AI (LLM, RAG, Machine Learning).
• Participer á la conception technique et au développement afin de faire évoluer les modules de notre solution Ivalua, en utilisant notamment des outils comme Claude Code pour générer votre code,
• Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe de “Customer Support” dans le cadre des montées de versions et de les configurations du module,
• Dans le cadre de la méthodologie Agile, vous  êtes un membre proactif de l'équipe,
• Corriger des bugs sur les innovations,

VOTRE PROFIL

Compétences et expériences : 

•  Vous préparez un diplôme Bac + 5 en Ingénierie Logicielle, Développement applicatifs ou autre spécialité dans le développement informatique
• Vous avez une première expérience en stage ou projet d’études dans le développement d'applications de gestion d’entreprise, et excellente maîtrise d'un langage orienté objet (C# est un gros plus).
• Vous avez déjà réalisé des développements web et maîtrisez des frameworks front comme React, Angular ou Vue et Javascript,
• Vous avez d’excellentes connaissances sur les technologies Gen AI (LLM, RAG, Token, window context) et vous savez les utiliser dans vos développements (Copilot, Claude Code).
• Idéalement vous avez de solides connaissances en C # ASP.NET CORE, SQL Server,
• Vous avez une sensibilité UX utilisateur et une bonne compréhension du fonctionnel

Graphing Experience creates simple tools that enable all users to explore data and communicate insights through visualizations. As the Engineering Manager for the team, you will lead critical product initiatives that enable Datadog to grow its business.

You'll be joining a team of engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA. We're organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.

Your role :

As a Software Engineer Java in the Mirakl Labs product teams, your main mission is to design, develop and deploy new business features proposed by the Product Manager. On a daily basis, you will be implementing these new features across all layers of our applications, from interfaces (UI or REST API) through the business layer to the creation of database schemas and scripts. Au cœur de Value Chain et rattaché à Decathlon Digital, les équipes united du sous domaine Fulfillment, Logistics, Transport and Customs (FLTC) ont un rôle très important à jouer avec un impact direct sur l’expérience client à travers la disponibilité de nos produits et les délais de livraison. 

Notre équipe Transport&Customs Engineering design, développe et assure la maintenance de nos outils digitaux interconnectés avec un écosystème Decathlon complexe qui permet la gestion de la chaîne de valeur de bout en bout. Ces outils sont réparti sur deux périmètres : 

Transport : plusieurs produits digitaux pour gérer le transport international (upstream) et les flux de transport locaux (downstream) de nos produits et composants. Ces produits digitaux interviennent depuis nos fournisseurs jusqu’au client final.Customs : Des outils digitaux pour les douanes permettant le référencement de nos produits et composants, le calcul des taux et la génération des documents douaniers ainsi que les opérations de déclaration et dédouanement à la sortie/entrée d’une zone douanière.

TA FUTURE MISSION

Rejoignez l'équipe Douane - Référentiel! Historiquement basée sur des outils monolithiques (Legacy) générant une complexité de référencement et une forte imprévisibilité des coûts à payer en douane, nous sommes en pleine transformation. Notre vision est de créer une source intelligente et malléable à fin que notre référentiel soit une source de vérité unique. L'utilisation de l'IA pour l'auto-classification et l'optimisation dynamique des droits de douane, transformera la douane à Decathlon et fera de la conformité, un levier stratégique de compétitivité.

Who you are

• You have at least 5+ years of software engineering experience building high-usage mobile applications, ideally in B2C environments
• You have deep expertise in React Native and mobile development best practices
• You have a track record of establishing technical standards and improving code quality at scale
• Are product-oriented and comfortable guiding your teammates to suggest tradeoffs to balance business needs with technical constraints.
• You demonstrate strong technical leadership and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
• You are fluent in English

🌍 About the Team

You will join the Healthcare Access stream within the Patient Domain at Doctolib. This stream sits at the very heart of our product: it owns the end-to-end journey patients take to access care, from discovering the right practitioner to booking their appointment and beyond.

Our teams are tackling some of the most exciting and high-impact challenges in digital health: optimizing search and discovery experiences to help patients find the right care faster, building seamless appointment booking funnels that work at massive scale, crafting a delightful and reliable patient app experience, and expanding access to healthcare for new users and new use cases across Europe.

As a Staff Engineer in this stream, your work will directly shape the interfaces and systems used by millions of patients every day. This is where web performance, frontend architecture, and user experience are not just engineering concerns - they are the foundation of how people access their health.

🎯 Your Impact

As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key technical driver for the Healthcare Access stream. With a strong frontend expertise, you will shape the technical vision of our patient-facing products, ensure architectural excellence, and have a lasting impact on the way we build and evolve our platform at scale.

In a stream where organic search and discoverability are key growth levers, you will also be a champion of web performance and search visibility, ensuring our patient-facing surfaces excel on Core Web Vitals, SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practices.

You will work in close partnership with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver high-impact projects that simplify and improve how patients access healthcare.

🔧 What You Will Do

Technical Leadership

• Define and drive the frontend technical strategy for the Healthcare Access stream, ensuring architectural decisions align with Doctolib's product and engineering vision
• Lead technical discoveries, architect complex systems, and build consensus on technical direction across engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Identify and introduce new frontend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies when relevant

Engineering Excellence

• Be deeply hands-on: write code, lead technical design, and solve hard engineering problems alongside your teammates
• Demonstrate deep expertise in React and the broader frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, performance optimization, accessibility, design systems...)
• Champion web performance as a first-class concern: define and track Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), establish performance budgets, and drive continuous improvements across patient-facing surfaces
• Embrace and champion AI-augmented engineering: leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code...) to boost your own productivity and help the team adopt these practices effectively
• Drive efforts to reduce technical debt, improve system reliability, and proactively mitigate risks

Cross-Team Impact

• Define and build cross-functional programs delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple teams
• Connect teams across the stream by removing collaboration barriers and establishing knowledge-sharing rituals

Mentor and Scale

• Actively mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical guidance
• Contribute to hiring, knowledge-sharing, and building a culture of engineering excellence across the stream

User First

• Champion a user-centric approach and lead simplification initiatives that reduce complexity and improve the patient experience
• Drive SEO and GEO excellence: ensure our pages are discoverable by both traditional search engines and AI-powered assistants, leveraging structured data, semantic HTML, and content clarity at scale

• You have extensive experience (8+ years) as a Staff or Principal Engineer with a strong frontend specialization
• You are a technical leader who can influence strategy and build alignment across teams and leadership

• You think in terms of system design, able to spot single points of failure and design for reliability and scalability
• You have a strong understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, performance budgets) and search engine visibility (SEO fundamentals, structured data, and emerging GEO practices) as competitive differentiators for consumer-facing products
• You have adopted AI-augmented development and actively experiment with AI tools to enhance your own productivity and that of your team
• You are user obsessed: you go the extra mile to fix the hard edge cases that users hit
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to turn complex technical topics into clear, actionable decisions
• You are comfortable speaking English in your day-to-day with the team
