We are seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead our Tech Platform organization - a flagship role critical to Algolia's future. This position oversees three teams spanning multiple geographies:
You'll be responsible for the platform that powers both our current search capabilities and our future agentic infrastructure. The Tech Platform accelerates internal development and ensures our infrastructure scales seamlessly across customers of all sizes - from small businesses to large enterprises. This is the backbone that will power everything we run live at Algolia, including our evolution into the agentic world.

The Search team at Algolia runs the world’s fastest and most relevant search engine. We operate one platform that covers ALL retrieval methods - keyword, semantic, db, and others. We build products that enable anyone to easily connect any data source and retrieve and collate content across multiple data sources. We inform our customers how best to optimize their discovery engines through automation and products. We run both the public cloud and our own bare metal because we demand the best performance. Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for Algolia’s data collection and transformation capabilities within the Data Platform. Your mission is to empower every business to unlock the full potential of their product and record/catalog data for exceptional AI search and agentic experiences.
You will focus on foundational data systems that ensure high-quality, well-structured data flows into Algolia so that it can be efficiently leveraged by our search, AI, and analytics products.
2. Data Quality & Platform Services
This is a senior individual contributor product role at the core of Algolia’s Data Platform. You will own a critical product area—Data Connectors and Transformations—while working closely with other PMs across Enrichment, Events, and AI.
