The Opportunity

As a Float Medical Receptionist, internally known as a Flex Member Support Specialist, you will be an ambassador for patients in office, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in office providers. Our Flex Member Support Specialists support multiple offices in a Market.

What you'll likely work on:

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary
• All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc
• Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, participating in team problem solving, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, etc. 
• Master our technology suite including but not limited to Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System 1Life, in order to interact with team members and patients and complete daily work
• Perform opening and closing duties/daily office upkeep as required, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies, and organization

What you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles

This is a full-time role based in-person with our team and patients at offices in Glendale, AZ, working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Our Flex Member Support Specialists lend support to multiple One Medical locations in a MSA. Office location and schedules are subject to change.

The Employment Litigation Associate will support the company’s employment-related litigation and dispute resolution matters. This role will focus on handling employment claims, advising on workplace risk, and supporting broader litigation matters as needed. This role requires being proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with experience managing employment disputes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Expectations:

Employment Litigation & Claims

• Manage and support employment-related claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and PAGA matters
• Assist in responding to administrative agency charges (e.g., EEOC, DFEH/CRD, Labor Commissioner)
• Draft position statements, settlement agreements, and litigation documents
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders on pre-litigation dispute resolution and risk mitigation

Litigation Support

• Assist in handling broader litigation matters, including commercial disputes, consumer claims, and regulatory inquiries as needed
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Support case strategy development and fact investigations

Risk Mitigation & Advisory

• Provide practical legal advice to HR and business teams on employee relations matters as well as employment practices and policies
• Help develop and update employment-related policies, procedures, and training materials
• Identify trends in claims and recommend proactive risk mitigation strategies

Outside Counsel & Operations

• Coordinate with outside counsel on employment litigation matters, including managing deadlines, strategy alignment, and budgets
• Support document preservation, litigation holds, and e-discovery processes
• Maintain organized case files and assist with reporting and tracking of claims

 Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting in-house legal teams or working with corporate clients
• Exposure to multi-state or international employment issues
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-facing industries

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:         

• Experience handling employment claims, including agency charges and civil litigation
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FEHA, wage and hour laws, PAGA)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO 

Garantizar el funcionamiento general de la farmacia y supervisar los procesos de la cadena de suminis-tros según las normas de MSF, a fin de asegurar su eficiencia y disponibilidad operativa. 

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Definir el proceso de almacenamiento, gestión del stock y suministro, así como los procedimientos de higiene y seguridad, herramientas y protocolos (control de pestes y roedores), implementando controles de calidad apropia-dos y registros para asegurar buenas condiciones de almacenamiento (temperatura, humedad y exposición a la luz) y disponibilidad de fármacos y material médico. Esto se hará según los protocolos de MSF , las regulaciones nacionales y en cooperación con el departamento de logistica.
• Coordinar la entrega, recepción y el registro de los pedidos locales o internacionales, en estrecha coordinación con el departamento de logística, actualizando los expedientes de existencias e informando a los gerentes de turno el estado (faltantes, exceso de aprovisionamiento, fechas de caducidad), a fin de asegurar de forma permanente los niveles de seguridad del stock y asegurar el manejo eficiente del stock.
• Supervisar los pedidos de material médico y fármacos para asegurar un patrón de consumo eficiente y apropiado bajo las restricciones del presupuesto.
• Supervisar el suministro de fármacos a los pacientes, según las prescripciones médicas, informando luego los patrones de consumo y manteniendo las condiciones para garantizar su progreso terapéutico
• Garantizar el suministro eficiente a otras farmacias gestionadas o apoyadas por MSF según los pedidos y stocks, y usando la cadena de frío cuando sea necesario. Monitorear y analizar los pedidos de farmacias dependientes para evitar roturas de stock o tener fármacos que hayan caducado.
• Supervisar, con el departamento de recursos humanos, los procesos asociados (cantidad, turnos del personal, contratación, formación, evaluación del rendimiento, desarrollo y comunicación interna o externa) del equipo farmacéutico y el personal de enfermería, para garantizar tanto la cantidad como el nivel de conocimiento requeridos y para mejorar sus capacidades de entrega.
• Informar sobre el consumo de fármacos y equipo médico entregado según los protocolos, informando los patrones inusuales y previendo necesidades futuras, para racionar el presupuesto y garantizar la disponibilidad.
• Registrar en el ordenador todos los elementos recibidos y entregados (Isystock).
• Ayudar en la formación del personal de enfermería sobre la entrega de fármacos y sus efectos secundarios

Sobre el terreno (a nivel de proyecto):

• Organizar en base a los protocolos MSF y normativa nacional, las farmacias y bodegas médicas en las estructuras donde se brindará apoyo en actividades médicas relacionadas a dengue: SPU salud Hato de Enmedio y Cis San Miguel, velando por el flujo lógico en el almacenamiento y distribución de los productos; así como seguimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y dispensación de medicamentos e insumos médicos. 
• Velar por el cumplimiento del cronograma de limpieza de pisos/ estantes, cronograma de fumigaciones, y la seguridad en las farmacias/ bodegas de medicamentos de las estructuras de salud CIS San Miguel y SPU Hato de en medio, así como almacenes médicos de proyecto HN113.
• Verificar el buen funcionamiento y acondicionamiento de la cadena de frio (activa y pasiva) en farmacias/bodegas y laboratorios de las estructuras donde se llevará a cabo actividades MSF (Cis San Miguel y SPU Hato de En medio). Comunicando al equipo logístico para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento o reparación de los refrigeradores y congeladores.     
• Recolección y analisis mensual del registro de temperatura y humedad de termomentros digitales y Logtag; en la farmacia, bodegas y en la cadena de frio de las estructuras de salud y proyectos. Implementando puntos de mejora en caso de sobrepasar los niveles de alerta. 
• Ingresar los registros de movimientos de stock en Isystock y supervisar el correcto llenado de las fichas de stock o kardex, dando seguimiento a discrepancias en caso de presentarse. Elaborar un reporte mensual del estado de rupturas, prerupturas, pre-caducados, sobrestock, etc. Con el fin de mejorar el abastecimiento en los centros de salud. 
• Apoyar en el abastecimiento de las bodegas de las estructuras de salud Cis San Miguel y SPU, mediante seguimiento de los pedidos la Región metropolitana de Salud y Hospital Escuela Universitario, brindando información a Supervisores para apoyo MSF en caso de desabastecimiento.  
• Garantizar el abastecimiento interno de los servicios de salud, respetando el cronograma de ordenes médicas establecido por las estrucutras de salud (Cis San Miguel y SPU Hato de En medio) y unidades de consumo del proyecto HN113: botiquines, maletas de emergencia, actividades depromoción de salud, etc. Además de dar seguimiento al de consumos reales, identificar errores en el llenado o alteraciones en el consumo en los pedidos solicitados. 
• Llevar a cabo inventarios parciales y generales en la farmacia, planificados de forma trimestral, previo a los pedidos a Región metropolitana de salud y HEU. 
• Supervisar de forma semanal a los servicios de las estructuras de salud (farmacias, consultorios, enfermeria, pre-clinica) verificando el seguimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento, prácticas seguras de preparación de medicamentos para su administración, y dispensación; presentando un plan con puntos de mejora y un plan de capacitación continua al staff médico y de farmacia. 
• Completar y supervisar el llenado del libro interno de medicamentos controlados en las estructuras de salud donde MSF brinde apoyo (SPU Hato de en medio y Cis San Miguel).
• Garantizar el correcto archivo de los documentos de farmacia en sus respectivas carpetas: recetas, hoja de pedido, packing list, certificados de donación, facturas, formatos de inventarios etc.
• Supervisar con el apoyo de la Pharma Mission al almacenista de farmacia, siendo el soporte tecnico y jerarquico de este perfil. Asegurando que los procesos de ambito laboral, recursos humanos y condiciones de trabajo estén bajo los estandares de MSF.

What you’ll likely work on:

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE (a framework containing the key elements of a great interaction and effective communication that we use with patients and each other) in all patient interactions, both clinical and administrative,  and ensure a fluid and positive in-office experience through patient intake, same day schedule management, appropriate follow up scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary

The Opportunity

As a Float Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant, internally known as a One Medical Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional care and phlebotomy support for our patients, while training to provide other clinical support services, such as EKG’s, injections, etc. With a strong drive for service and human connection, you will remove barriers to care. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative Director/Senior Director, Legal (North America) to support our North American region.

The Director/Senior Director, Legal (North America) will serve as the primary commercial legal partner for our agency in North America, focusing heavily on high-volume commercial contract negotiation, and providing strategic and operational legal counsel across all areas of our business. This role will partner closely with business leaders, commercial finance, content and technology teams, data/privacy experts, and the VP, Global Legal & Business Affairs to ensure efficient contract execution, manage legal risks, and enable business growth across our North American operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading drafting, review, and negotiation of a high-volume of commercial contracting in North America, including client MSAs and SOWs, technology licensing and reseller agreements, influencer and media partnerships, SaaS/vendor agreements and agency/client service contracts. 
• Acting as the primary legal point of contact for our commercial finance and business teams to respond to RFPs and RFIs from our clients and participating actively in client pitches to help our business win.

Job Summary  
The Product Solutions Designer on the Enterprise AI and Automation team is, at its core, a design and discovery role. You will dig into ambiguous business problems, map the processes behind them, and design the solution, both the user experience and the workflow underneath it. Design here means more than just visual polish, it means understanding how a process should work before a single screen is built.  

Once you know what needs to exist, you'll build it. You will use AI-assisted development tools and no-code platforms to move from concept to working prototype. Some solutions may stay as low-code internal tools, others will utilize team resources to scale up to full on applications, but you will own the solution end-to-end: discovery, design, and delivery.  

You thrive with autonomy. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and delivering results without heavy oversight. You want to solve real problems. 

What You’ll Do  

• Intake and discover. Triage requests from across the organization, determine what is worth solving, and conduct the discovery work needed to understand it. This includes process mapping, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and workflow documentation.  

• Design the solution. Own the end-to-end user experience. Create wireframes, user flows, and interface designs that are clear and functional. Design means both the visual layer and the process underneath it.  

• Build and ship. Use low-code platforms, no-code tools, and AI-assisted development to move from design to working prototype. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you need to be able to deliver something real.  

• Collaborate and scale. Work with the rest of the team to transition prototype solutions into wide-scale applications.

What We Need  

• Experience. 8+ years in roles that combine problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on solution delivery. The specific title does not matter; the experience does.  

• Design and UX. You design interfaces that are clear, functional, and intuitive. Usability is the priority, you can take a messy business process and turn it into something people actually want to use. Proficiency in Figma or similar tools required.  

• Presence and communication. You can lead intake conversations with stakeholders across the organization, ask the right questions to understand what needs to be built, and translate what you learn into clear designs and recommendations.  

• Discovery and analytical skills. You can dig into a business process, identify where it breaks down, analyze data to understand the real problem, and articulate what needs to change.  

• Building experience. Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Retool) and comfort with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you must leverage these tools to ship working solutions.  

• Data fluency. You understand how databases work, can explore data in tools like Snowflake, and are comfortable using AI to generate and refine queries and pull your own insights without relying on a data team.   

Desired Qualifications  

• Technical familiarity. Exposure to data pipelines, integrations, or API-based workflows. Familiarity with JavaScript/Python at a read-and-modify level, enough to work with AI assistance, not enough to architect a platform.  

• Tooling experience. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and project management tools (Jira, GitHub). You will likely encounter both regularly.  

• Process and operations background. Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN) and familiarity with business process automation or operations consulting.  

• Comfort with ambiguity and range. You have worked in environments where roles were not rigidly defined and you owned outcomes across multiple functions. You are energized by variety, not overwhelmed by it.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Utilization Management Manager to lead and oversee Utilization Management operations across multiple IPAs supported by our MSO in Southern California. Reporting to the Head of AI Operations (COO of the MSO), this role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong health plan relationships. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact for contracted health plans while leading a team of 5–10 professionals across UM. You will work in partnership with the AI Operations team to implement creative automations and efficiency initiatives. This is an opportunity to build scalable, high-performing workflows and drive measurable improvements in compliance, timeliness, and financial performance. 

What you’ll do

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of all UM operations across multiple IPAs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

• Lead day-to-day operations including prior authorizations, concurrent review, and retrospective review

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 UM professionals, including UM Nurses and coordinators, setting performance standards and ensuring accountability

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for contracted health plans, responding to inquiries, performance concerns, reporting requirements, and escalations

• Active RN / LVN License (California)

THE JOB

As a Sonographer, your focus is on ultrasound support for VEG hospitals and training facilities. This means working closely with our emergency doctors to provide same-day ultrasound scans for pets when they need it most. You’ll deal with a variety of patient types and scans, so being comfortable adapting to new scenarios and willing to learn new techniques and think outside the box are all part of your day-to-day. You’ll also assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall ultrasound training for your home and regional hospitals, inspire and motivate your fellow VEGgies to grow their ultrasound skills, and be ready to pitch in at the hospital whenever and wherever needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform ultrasound studies and facilitate ultrasound training at your home hospital and regional hospitals
• Maintain good relationships with and accept feedback from teleconsultation radiologists reading your studies (e.g., Antech, SonoPath, IDEXX, VetsChoice, etc.)
• Ensure all training content and activities are in alignment with VEG culture, mission, and vision, and represent accurate, up-to-date sonographic techniques
• Track doctor and nursing team skills with a VEG Ultrasound Certificate checklist

• Coordinate weekly schedule to work on the floor shifts with the hospital manager and medical director and devote time to training responsibilities
• May assist in developing ultrasound curriculum material, such as PowerPoints, videos, simulations, and assessments to be implemented across the doctor and nursing team training programs
• May provide educational demonstrations for doctors and nurses at other VEGs, including ultrasound topics, such as abdominal, thoracic, cardiac, cervical, and musculoskeletal studies 

WHAT YOU NEED

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT/LVMT), diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS), and/or equivalent experience (e.g., sonographer course certificates)
• 3+ years veterinary ultrasound experience
• Previous training experience and the patience to teach and develop doctors, nurses, and fellow sonographers
• Comfortable mentoring others and giving/receiving feedback from colleagues
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Excellent communicator with peers, customers, and VEGgies
• Embrace the VEG Way and be excited to share your perspective and experience
• Eagerness to grow as a sonographer through training and continuing education
• Desire to travel to regional hospitals and off-site training facilities (e.g., Fort Collins, CO; Las Vegas, NV; White Plains, NY, etc.)
