Position Summary
The Project Cost Coordinator supports the Project Controls and Project Management teams by assisting with cost tracking, reporting, and financial controls on large construction projects. This role works directly under the Project Cost Control Manager / Project Controls Manager and plays a key role in maintaining accurate job cost data, supporting forecasting efforts, and ensuring timely project reporting.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in fast-paced, heavy construction environments across industries such as mission-critical, oil & gas, fabrication, and industrial services.

Job Summary Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Foreman to lead the material handling teams supporting our mission-critical data center projects in Red Oak, TX. The Logistics Foreman will supervise a team of forklift operators and material handlers. They will also ensure shipping, receiving, and delivery accuracy while enforcing safety, executing approved procedures, and ensuring clean documentation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
· Oversee management of all logistics employees including material handlers and forklift operators.
· Work closely with the field management team to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
· Label, store, and track materials in designated warehouse locations.
· Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP or inventory system).
· Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and escalate promptly.
· Follow FIFO and material handling best practices.
· Support QA/QC by maintaining material traceability when required
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience running logistics in the mission critical electrical or data center construction spaces.
· 3+ years in a lead logistics role or similar, running crews of 5 or more people.
· Valid forklift certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience running shipping and receiving from lay down to job completion preferred.
· Experience with multiple different logistics software preferred.
· Construction Industry certifications (I.E. OSHA 10) preferred.
· Previous hands-on electrical experience preferred.
· Rigging experience preferred.

Exit Planning and Transaction Support: Our Exit Planning and Transaction Support sub-practice, sitting within our broader Strategic Finance practice, focuses on the full spectrum of M&A execution: from financial modeling, valuation, and analytical support to serving in a bolt-on corporate development capacity. From quarterbacking current deals to developing playbooks and best practices for a robust acquisition strategy, from the fund level to the portfolio level, from platforms to add-ons to carve outs, “no job is too small, no fee is too big.” In addition to analyzing the financial and operational data, we help quantify current and future value creation opportunities, enabling investors to easily understand the trapped value within the business.
This position can be based in any of our U.S. offices and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week, with preferred locations being NYC, Boston, Chicago, or Dallas.

The following representative engagement is emblematic of the type of work you’ll do as an Associate at Accordion: A PE-owned SaaS company requires sale preparation and related transaction support. Accordion has been engaged to take a leadership role alongside the CFO in the sell-side process. The deliverables include historical financial reporting, financial and operational KPIs, a 5-year financial projection model, and identification of value creation initiatives (realized and yet to be realized) to maximize the exit valuation. The Accordion team will serve as an extension of the CFO’s office to support a sale by responding to requests from investment banks, the executive team, and the sponsor during the preparation process, and to potential buyers during the sale process.
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $120,000 to $170,000 + benefits + bonus.

About the Role
The Ground System Deployments team is looking for an innovative, collaborative and self-driven Civil Project Engineer to join the team to ensure the successful deployment of Zipline’s Ground Systems in all possible applications and configurations.
