The Home Experience team is responsible for one of the highest traffic pages on the platform: the Home feed on the Reddit apps and website. Home is both a destination and entrypoint for almost all Reddit journeys, and we know a smooth, intuitive, and delightful experience is critical to Reddit’s success and appeal. You’ll be working with the immense scale of hundreds of millions of users to help them explore Reddit and provide them with excellent feeds.
This role can be remote within the United States, Canada, or Europe, or can be a hybrid model if near an office. Offices are located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Madrid and Berlin.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the technical lead for a high-caliber, inclusive team of engineers across the organization.
- Work cross-functionally, collaborate and partner with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to design and build novel products and features that our users will love.
- Work alongside a team of thoughtful, fast-moving, and motivated engineers. Drive step-function improvements in developer workflows, implement best practices, and mentor engineers across the organization..
- Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be writing and reviewing code and design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects.
- You will be a main driver in the planning, development, and implementation across Reddit’s Android architecture in conjunction with numerous partner teams, identifying and delivering on major opportunities.
- Enable a culture of metrics led execution, with a focus on operational excellence and system observability.
- Partner cross-functionally and with senior leadership on our strategic roadmap, driving engineering and product bets that will bring Home to the next level.
Who You Might Be:
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer developing user-facing applications
- Fluency working with product metrics, designing and analyzing experiments with exposure to tools like BigQuery, HEX, Firebase, etc.
- Software development experience in Kotlin for Android, familiarity with GraphQL.
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools to increase software engineering productivity.
- Experience working with ML engineering teams and integrating ML solutions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule for the team.
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong focus on user experience and usability. You are an undying advocate for the user, and you have a deep intuition for how people think and how they interact with software. Experience with social is a huge plus.

As an SDK Engineer at Privy, you are the architect of the primary integration surface. About The Role
At Mochi, our engineering team operates with exceptional leverage. We believe in high talent density, where a focused, elite team powers a profitable, nine-figure ARR healthcare platform serving hundreds of thousands of patients. We are looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to own the mobile applications that serve as the primary daily touchpoint for our patients and providers.
Mochi has already helped patients lose over 5 million pounds through metabolic care, and we are now rapidly expanding into the frontiers of preventative healthcare—including hormone optimization (HRT/TRT), longevity medicine, and cutting-edge peptide therapies. The mobile experiences you architect will directly dictate how this next wave of patients tracks sensitive biometrics, communicates securely with their care teams, and manages complex medication protocols.
Because of our high scale-to-team ratio, we do not operate in isolated technical silos. You will act as our mobile product specialist, owning the application end-to-end: from architecting offline-first data synchronization and deep native health integrations, to leveraging Expo to deliver a modern, unified cross-platform experience. What You'll Do
- Architect the Mobile Clinical Experience: You will build the dynamic, high-performance mobile tools our patients and providers rely on. - You are an Expo and Mobile Infrastructure expert. You understand the modern Expo ecosystem deeply. You know how to manage EAS builds, integrate complex native modules (like HealthKit/Health Connect) without ejecting, and navigate the strict review guidelines of the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer with a strong product mindset to join the Data Team and help power the systems that make discovery and personalization smarter inside the app. This role sits at the intersection of iOS development, user behavior insights, and product intelligence, ensuring that the app not only looks great and performs smoothly, but also understands what users care about and helps them find the right events at the right time.
You won't just ship features — you'll own them end-to-end: shaping the idea, building it, defining what success looks like, measuring adoption, and iterating based on real user signals. You'll work closely with Product, Backend, and Data teams to improve how we capture and use in-app signals, enabling better recommendations, more relevant discovery surfaces, and a continuously improving user experience.
The scope
You'll be part of the Data Team, working on the mobile foundations that enable better discovery, personalization, and product understanding within the iOS app.
Rather than focusing only on user-facing features, a big part of your work will be making sure the app is structured to capture reliable user interaction signals, support AI recommendation systems, and allow teams to continuously improve the discovery experience based on real usage.
You'll collaborate closely with Backend, Product, and Data teams to ensure new and existing app surfaces are:
- Properly instrumented
- Designed with personalization in mind
- Technically prepared to evolve as our AI systems grow
This role combines hands-on iOS development with ownership over the quality, reliability, and evolution of the mobile data layer, helping turn user behavior into better in-app experiences at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end: partner with Product to shape what gets built, ship it, define success metrics, measure adoption post-launch, and iterate based on results.
- Design and maintain a robust, scalable mobile instrumentation layer to capture high-quality user interaction data.
- Ensure the app provides the right signals to power AI recommendation and discovery systems, making event discovery smarter and more relevant.
- Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Data teams to build measurable and data-informed features, ensuring discovery surfaces continuously improve.
- Contribute to shared libraries and best practices for mobile development, data quality, and scalability.

About you
- Strong development experience in Swift and a solid understanding of the iOS SDK, including UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine.
- Strong product mindset — you care about the why behind features, take ownership of outcomes (not just code), and are comfortable defining success metrics and measuring adoption.
- Experience building features that support recommendations, discovery, search, or personalization is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with data-driven features, understanding how to capture and leverage signals to improve user experience.

You’ll own high-visibility features end to end, collaborate closely with backend, iOS, design, product, data, and retailer partners, and help raise the bar for code quality, performance, and user experience across our Android surfaces.

About the Job
- Design, build, and maintain Android features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, modern Android components and composable declarative state management architecture.
- Implement pixel-perfect UIs that faithfully match designs and scale across devices, with a focus on accessibility and internationalization.
- Integrate with backend services via GraphQL, REST, and WebSockets to deliver resilient offline and real-time experiences.
- Own feature areas end to end—from technical design and instrumentation to rollout, monitoring, and iteration—driving measurable gains in picker speed and accuracy.

About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping Android applications.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Android fundamentals, including Jetpack Compose and traditional Views/XML.
- Hands-on experience with concurrency and reactive paradigms: Kotlin Coroutines and RxJava.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with backend services using RPC, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
- Demonstrated debugging and analytical skills using Android Studio tooling, profilers, and logs.
- Proven track record contributing to code reviews and technical design documents with cross-functional partners.
- Experience instrumenting apps for analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.

As a Software Engineer focused on our mobile app, you will be responsible for solving challenges in our highest-traffic applications, with your work having a direct impact on our customers and product. - Work within our cross-platform TypeScript React Native app to build and maintain new innovative product features.
- Actively learn new areas of the product, and collaborate with owners for different product features to gain insight and offer constructive suggestions for improvements
- Be an active participant in design/architecture discussions sharing your ideas while building the next generation of features for the Sezzle platform
- Hands-on with our codebase and a contributor to code reviews
- Work with the team to continuously build clean, scalable, robust, and testable code
- Assist in planning, estimations, and completion for projects brought up by the team stakeholders
What We Look For:
- Experience solving technical problems as part of a team
- Bachelor's in computer science (preferred) or equivalent related experience
- Familiarity with modern Frontend Development, Javascript or Typescript, with React Native or React (web) experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
