We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager, Growth to own Flexport’s website, self-serve experience, and the critical intersection between marketing and product that turns visitor traffic into a qualified pipeline. You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring that every touchpoint from first page view to sales handoff is optimized for conversion and user quality.
This is a high-leverage, metrics-driven role. You’ll set the strategy for how prospects discover Flexport, experience our products and technology for the first time, and convert into high-value leads that Sales can close. You’ll own the growth marketing roadmap, run rigorous experimentation, and partner deeply with Marketing on acquisition and with Product and Engineering on the self-serve experience.
The ideal candidate has a founder’s mentality, you’ve built and shipped growth products end to end, you think in funnels and feedback loops, and you’re as comfortable writing a PRD as you are digging into a conversion cohort analysis. Background in performance and digital marketing is strongly preferred. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale the engine that drives Flexport's pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, the writer will write daily deal posts, “best of” lists, gift guides and in-depth reviews on the latest products available to shop online.
The ideal candidate will have experience writing e-commerce content as well as a demonstrated interest in covering consumer tech, collectibles, fashion and streaming. Experience with affiliate networks, link tracking platforms and SEO tools is a must, as is a knowledge of the entertainment and retail industries. This prospective writer should be brimming with great pitches for product reviews and roundups, with snappy copy that incorporates SEO best practices.
While you will be joining a small team, the ability to work independently is important, as is the ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines at once. About the Role
Most marketing teams are bolting AI onto a content process built for 2018. We're building one for 2026.
The first is to produce excellent content and drive organic growth. You're an SEO expert across keyword research, on-page, technical, content clusters, and measurement, and you're hungry to figure out GEO, because nobody's a GEO expert yet and the playbook is being written in real time. Own the strategy and the execution that make Delight.ai discoverable wherever buyers and LLMs research: Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Reddit, the podcast feeds CX leaders actually listen to. SEO and GEO aren't checklists you run after the writing is done. They shape what gets written and how. The output is long-form posts, narratives, technical explainers, podcast prep, the occasional Reddit thread that earns its own citation. The bar is high. Your work has to hold up in front of CX leaders running real programs at airlines, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies, and in front of our own product and engineering teams. Sloppy generalities won't survive either audience, and they won't earn citations either.
The second is to build the engine that lets a small team produce work like that at volume. Pipelines, agents, prompt libraries, retrieval layers, schemas, design systems. The connective tissue that turns one writer into a content function. Delight.ai is an AI concierge platform, and our marketing should look like it was made by people who actually believe in the technology they sell. We have the tokens. Use them.
You will join a small, high-agency team at the intersection of product, marketing, and web. We publish for a world where buyers and LLMs decide who gets considered before a sales conversation ever happens — and we're building Delight.ai for that same world. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.

Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $145,000.00 – $170,000.00. This range is specific to the San Francisco Bay market. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.
Flexible Work Policy

As Director of Content, Marketing, you’ll take everything that’s unique about Forge: deep proprietary data, researchers with real-time market insights, and differentiated products and turn them into distinctive, authoritative storytelling that only Forge can deliver. POSITION OVERVIEW
College Persistence Advisors (CPAs) adhere to the College Scholars advising model in working directly in support of College Scholars’ success in college. CPAs support Scholars in three general buckets of support: personal, academic, and career. CPAs are responsible for building relationships and catering their support to each Scholar specifically as needed and desired. CPAs also lead or support the Scholars Program, College in running workshops and programming for Scholars. Topics vary from career development, academic strategies, to infinity focused support groups. In addition to the direct student work, CPAs are expected to manage a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: documentation of advising sessions and outreach, tracking Scholar document submissions, looking at data to analyze engagement trends, and noticing trends across school clusters.

You will transform Zuora’s positioning into consistent, high-impact content across the website, social media, campaigns, and the full customer journey.
In this role, you will:
Be a Strategic Content Architect
Define the systems that make great content possible—not just the content itself. Partner with product marketing, growth, and web stakeholders to translate business strategy into clear frameworks, structured messaging, and scalable templates.
Drive Editorial Excellence Across Formats
Produce and refine messaging across articles, guides, data reports, web pages, conversion flows, social media (written and video), and campaign assets. Maintain exceptional quality across written, visual, interactive, and live formats, ensuring Zuora’s voice is consistent and differentiated.
Enable AI-Powered Content Scale
Transform core messaging into modular, reusable components for every stage of the customer journey. Build AI workflows, prompt libraries, and automation patterns to scale high-quality content creation. Establish governance, models, and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and audiences.
Own Content-to-Web Transformation
Partner with the web team to bring messaging to life across landing pages, solution pages, site architecture, and UX flows. Apply a conversion-driven mindset using data, experimentation, and CRO best practices. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, CMS integration, and personalization.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Content, Communications, Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, Web, SEO, and Design teams. Help shape positioning, refine messaging, and align content with brand, engagement, and revenue goals. Collaborate across the organization to create breakthrough content and experiences.
You’re an experienced content strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and scale. You’ve worked closely with product marketing—ideally in SaaS—and know how to turn insights into compelling narratives that drive business impact.

Growth Marketing at Brex
Growth Marketing is Brex’s pipeline engine. We own paid acquisition, organic and SEO, lifecycle marketing, events and field marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations. We carry a number: SQL ARR, bookings, and self-serve activations. Every function on the team is accountable to it.
We run lean. We pair small teams with AI and automation instead of scaling headcount. Our marketing ops team uses Claude, Clay, and custom integrations to do work that used to require twice as many people. Our paid team manages eight figures of annual spend with four people.
We work closely with sales, SDR leadership, engineering, and design. We own top-of-funnel through meeting creation. We push back when the data says something different than the room expects. And we’re building with startup speed and a much larger balance sheet behind us.
What you’ll do
Brex’s buyers find and evaluate us across a growing set of surfaces: Google, AI answer engines, Reddit, G2, YouTube. No single person owns visibility across all of them today. You will.
As Director of Organic Growth & Discoverability, you’ll own everything between paid acquisition and brand that drives a buyer from first discovery to qualified lead. You set the strategy, build the team, decide how we work with agencies, and carry the number. You report to the Head of Growth Marketing.

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
Responsibilities
The expected salary range for this role is $220,000 - $276,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Who you are: You will serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on a specific piece(s) of business. This role involves deep client vertical knowledge which leads to managing the account, developing and executing innovative search media plans that address the client’s strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for the development of strong paid search teams leading the execution of world-class search programs.
· Key participant in strategic search planning and execution
· Accountable for campaign performance and meeting client goals.
· Demonstrates ability to present and sell strategies/plans through to the client.
· Ability to provide thought leadership in an evolving Search landscape.
· Identifies additional opportunities and partners with VP/SVP to up-sell and cross-sell to the client.
· Relationship liaison between the client, the partner agency and the search practice.
· Develops client / partner agency presentations alongside the VP/SVP and contributes to enterprise level strategy.
· Supports external Business Development and Marketing initiatives such as sales pitches, case studies, etc.
· Accountable for setting expectations, providing feedback, and developing the team.
· Ensures team has received all tools and training to excel in their roles. This includes but is not limited to our own SOURCE training and MSFT Excel.
· Oversees the day to day use of Asana (project management software) and implementation of our SOURCE guides to deliver a best-in-class product that also optimizes workflow.
· Ability to judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients (i.e., understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client) and the ability to translate this data into a story
· Working knowledge of online performance tracking and measurement tools
· Proven ability to represent company philosophies and expertise to external parties; including clients and partner agencies
· Experience in growing, managing, and inspiring internal search teams; strong leadership and administrative skills. Fosters an environment that enables action
· Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads and third party bidding platforms
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· 7+ years of experience in media/search agency, advertising agency, or similar media environment. Experience in a previous SEM role is required. SEO experience is a plus.
