Senior Manager, Government & Industry Affairs Operations

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Government & Industry Affairs team in the United States and are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Government & Industry Affairs Operations to join the team. 

This is a newly created role that will play an important part in helping VGW coordinate and execute its government affairs activity across the US. You will be responsible for bringing structure, discipline, and clear operating rhythm to a complex, multi state lobbying network, ensuring our external partners are well coordinated, accountable, and aligned to business priorities.

You will work closely with Government Affairs, Legal, Marketing, and external lobbying partners to ensure activity is well planned, compliant, and clearly tracked.

We’re open to candidates based anywhere in the US, and this role can be performed remotely. We do not currently have a US office, but occasional in person office attendance may be required if that changes in future.

The salary range  for this role is USD $200,000 - $230,000 per year.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day to day operations of VGW’s external lobbying contractors, ensuring activity is clearly understood, tracked, and delivered.
• Supporting compliance across VGW’s lobbying activity, including oversight of relevant registrations, disclosures, and state and federal requirements.
• Establishing a single source of truth for legislative tracking, reporting, and key activity across the lobbying network.
• Building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and quarterly operating reviews tied to clear KPIs for lobbying firms.
• Developing detailed execution plans and ensuring strong cross functional alignment across Government Affairs, Legal, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
• Driving accountability with external partners, including performance tracking, budget oversight, resource allocation, and renewal decisions.

What you will bring to the role:

• 8 plus years of experience in government affairs, public policy, lobbying operations, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Experience supporting lobbying or government affairs activity in fast moving, high growth, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong multi state coordination skills, with the ability to manage a complex network of external partners, priorities, and deadlines.
• A highly organised and operationally focused approach, with a track record of creating structure where it does not already exist.
• Strong vendor and contract management experience, including the ability to drive accountability and assess performance.
• The ability to read complex regulatory, legislative, or legal materials and translate the practical impact clearly for non technical audiences.
• Experience building tracking, documentation, reporting, or operating systems from scratch and ensuring they are adopted successfully.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable to strategically lead our global end to end accounts receivable function across multiple regions. This role will oversee and ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting, collections, cash application, and credit management while driving process standardization, scalability, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606 / IFRS 15). The Electrical Test Engineering team at Anduril develops test systems used to ensure the quality and reliability of our aerial and ground based systems. The team works on air vehicles such as Roadrunner, Ghost, Anvil and Fury and develop complex manufacturing test solutions to our internal manufacturing team or contract manufacturers. We work closely and cross-functionally with the rest of our Product Engineering groups that include Electrical, Mechanical and Firmware Engineering to solve and improve our manufacturing process, product quality and reliability.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is seeking a Lead Airframe Engineer to join the Omen team at our Costa Mesa HQ. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.

You will work on new aircraft development in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Robotics, Physics , or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years in technical leadership roles such as Technical Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Lead Engineer or similarly relevant position.
• Leadership experience in engineering team management and project execution for aerospace or defense sectors.
• Deep experience developing rotary-wing VTOL platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in flight science skillsets and guiding the interrelated disciplines of aerodynamics, flight dynamics, GNC, aeroelastic, loads and dynamics.

ABOUT THE TEAM
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Hardware Manager to lead our hardware lifecycle management operations across the organization. This role will be instrumental in overseeing IT procurement, asset management, and our hardware device management platform (Oomnitza), ensuring seamless equipment delivery and tracking that supports our rapidly scaling defense technology operations. You will work at our headquarters in Costa Mesa and lead a team responsible for the strategic planning, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of all IT hardware assets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead IT Hardware Operations: Manage and mentor a team responsible for IT procurement, asset management, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle operations across all Anduril locations.
• Oversee Procurement Strategy: Define and execute IT hardware procurement strategies, including vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Manage Asset Lifecycle: Own the complete hardware asset lifecycle from requisition through deployment, maintenance, refresh cycles, and secure disposition, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize Oomnitza Platform: Serve as the primary owner of the Oomnitza hardware device management platform, driving continuous improvements in automation, integrations, reporting, and user experience.
• Develop Hardware Roadmap: Define and prioritize the roadmap for hardware standards, refresh cycles, emerging technologies, and asset management tool enhancements aligned with business growth and security requirements.
• Drive Process Excellence: Establish and champion hardware management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations with a minimum of 5 years in management roles focused on hardware procurement, asset management, or IT supply chain.
• Proven experience managing IT asset management platforms (Oomnitza strongly preferred) and leading hardware lifecycle operations at scale.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware ecosystems including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and associated technologies (MDM, endpoint management, etc.).
• Proven track record of vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement optimization in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience establishing and improving operational processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency gains.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize operations.
