About the Role

We are looking for a Fraud Data Analyst to work directly with our customers on our Merchant Health Team. You will be part of a growing analytics team that is responsible for Riskified’s customers’ performance and online fraud prevention using quick problem-solving skills in real time. You will own a major part in researching and investigating new online-fraud trends and stand at the forefront of Riskified’s work. You’ll leverage your data analysis skills and knowledge of our product to provide meaningful insights directly to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Research and explore data, using high level analytical tools (R and SQL) in a high level technical environment

About the team

Portfolio Solutions is the team within Nu Asset Management responsible for the firm's ETFs and systematic fundos, and the allocation models behind our products and the broader Nubank ecosystem. We believe most of an investor's long-term return comes down to three things: cost, allocation, and discipline. Our job is to deliver all three at scale — which means we treat infrastructure, automation, and AI tooling as core to investment research, not as side projects.

We're looking for a quantitative analyst to strengthen our research, index construction, allocation modeling, and the platform that ties it all together.

What you'll do

• Research, design, and implement indices and systematic strategies across fixed income, equities, and derivatives — including structures such as covered calls, duration barbells, and factor portfolios
• Build and maintain multi-asset allocation models, with attention to efficient replication, tracking error control, and transaction costs
• Run rigorous backtests: no look-ahead, no survivorship, realistic costs. We don't publish a curve without out-of-sample replication

What we're looking for

• Strong Python (pandas, numpy, scipy). Comfort writing code that other people will read, run, and extend

We are looking for a Intermediate Product Analyst to be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) solutions, with a focus on supporting delivery and execution across our Admin and Anti-Fraud teams. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and internal user experience across our platforms. 

You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from various countries to turn ideas into effective and scalable solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features that enhance control, reliability, and scalability of our internal tools and processes. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with engineering, product design, data, and commercial stakeholders to support product initiatives across Admin and Anti-Fraud domains;
• Contribute to the product strategy and execution for TaDa’s platform within these areas, helping deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet user needs across countries;
• Support improvements in internal operations through Admin capabilities, increasing efficiency and control, while contributing to Anti-Fraud mechanisms to reduce risk and protect the business;
• Work with cross-functional teams to define scope, requirements, and support execution;
• Support the evolution of products from concept to launch, contributing to continuous improvements;
• Participate in discovery processes, gather feedback from internal users, and help identify new opportunities;
• Write clear product specs, track progress, and communicate updates and risks to stakeholders. 
  

What you'll need:

• University degree in any area;
• Experience working in cross-functional software teams (as a Product Manager or in related roles);

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury analyst to drive margin efficiency, optimize collateral sourcing and pledging, manage FX financing, reinvest excess liquidity, and execute stock borrow/loan trades in Brazil. In this pivotal role, you will directly influence the growth and profitability of our Brazil equities and Macro businesses while partnering closely with local Portfolio Managers and collaborating with Global Treasury colleagues in New York and London.

The Global Treasury team is responsible for all aspects of financing functions across the firm’s investment activities including but not limited to collateral optimization and balance allocations, counterparty relationships, counterparty legal agreement negotiations, counterparty risk management, cash reinvestment strategies and FX exposure management for the firm. What you will do:

• Behavioural Analysis: Conducting risk reviews identifying problem gambling markers of harm
• Communication: Conducting high risk telephonic calls to customers experiencing effects of gambling harms
• Ad hoc: Escalations and queries pertaining to responsible gambling from relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work together with AML & Account Management teams ensuring due diligence is carried out
• Operational: Operating in a shift working environment that provides operational coverage 24/7
• Translations: Conducting responsible gambling translations on an ad hoc basis

What you will bring: 

• Experience in dealing with customers on all communication mediums (call, email, sms)
• Experience dealing with vulnerable individuals
• Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams.
• Hands-on, results-driven profile with a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience of handling sensitive, confidential customer information.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
• Experience in a compliance, risk analyst, responsible gaming or related role
• Experience working in LATAM markets within iGaming is advantageous (Colombia, Mexico, Peru etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and departments.
