We're looking for a Credit Strategy Specialist to design, implement, and optimize credit strategies that directly impact growth, risk, and customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of data, risk, and business, owning key levers such as credit policies, limit-setting frameworks, and decision rules. You will work closely with Data, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure we scale responsibly while maximizing approval rates and portfolio performance.

We're looking for an AWS Cost Optimization Specialist. At Clara, our infrastructure is the backbone of our financial services, and managing it efficiently is key to our scalability and unit economics. You will design and execute Clara’s AWS cost optimization strategy, moving beyond simple monitoring to proactive financial engineering.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between Engineering and Finance, ensuring that every dollar spent on the cloud translates into direct value for our customers. You will drive visibility into cost per transaction and cost per product while building the automated governance required for a high-growth fintech.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy & Analysis: Design and execute the global AWS cost optimization strategy, continuously identifying savings across EC2, ECS, and Aurora clusters.

We're looking for an AWS Cost Optimization Specialist. At Clara, our infrastructure is the backbone of our financial services, and managing it efficiently is key to our scalability and unit economics. You will design and execute Clara’s AWS cost optimization strategy, moving beyond simple monitoring to proactive financial engineering.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between Engineering and Finance, ensuring that every dollar spent on the cloud translates into direct value for our customers. You will drive visibility into cost per transaction and cost per product while building the automated governance required for a high-growth fintech.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy & Analysis: Design and execute the global AWS cost optimization strategy, continuously identifying savings across EC2, ECS, and Aurora clusters.
Governance & Tagging: Implement standardized tagging strategies for precise cost allocation by domain, squad, country, and product.
Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize AWS Kafka clusters, OpenSearch storage strategies, and networking/data transfer costs to ensure lean operations.
FinOps Automation: Define and implement automated shutdown policies for non-production environments and configure advanced anomaly detection and budget alerts.
Data & Dashboards: Build executive and operational dashboards using AWS Cost Explorer, Athena, or QuickSight to provide real-time visibility into cloud spend.
Architectural Partnership: Partner with engineering teams to design cost-efficient architectures and establish long-term cloud financial governance standards.

What you'll do
We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support the company's financial operations in Brazil. This role is essential for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations in our fast-paced fintech environment. You are an analytical professional who thrives in regulated environments and embraces the challenge of building scalable financial controls.
You will contribute to Clara’s mission by:
Financial Operations: Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice validation, payment scheduling, and monitoring customer balances.
ERP & Documentation: Executing financial postings and journal entries in the ERP system while ensuring a proper audit trail for all transactions.
Reconciliations & Controls: Performing daily and monthly reconciliations (bank and payment processors) and resolving discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
Process Maintenance: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial controls and operational processes to ensure scalability.
Compliance & Regulatory Support: Ensuring all financial processes comply with Brazilian regulatory requirements and internal policies for fintech operations.

We're looking for an FinOps Specialist. At Clara, our infrastructure is the backbone of our financial services, and managing it efficiently is key to our scalability and unit economics. You will design and execute Clara’s AWS cost optimization strategy, moving beyond simple monitoring to proactive financial engineering.

We’re building a talent pipeline for top-tier Senior Frontend Engineers who are eager to shape the future of user-facing experiences at Clara. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team and help build and evolve our financial transaction management platform. You will work on a suite of microfrontend applications that power corporate expense tracking, compliance, and auditing workflows for multi-national organizations
5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and component-based architecture
Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with testing frameworks
Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and modern development workflows
Experience ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent styling across web applications
Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development
Working proficiency in English and Spanish
Self-driven, impact-focused, and adaptable to change
Experience with Node.js to enhance frontend-backend collaboration
Familiarity with AWS services like Amplify, S3, and CloudFront
Knowledge of Material UI or similar design systems
Understanding of OAuth, OpenAPI, and Swagger
Background in secure or financial web application development
Interest in using AI tools to accelerate UI development and testing
