About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead the design and implementation of complex AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and collaborating with humans and other systems. This role goes beyond building simple chatbots: you will be responsible for creating multi-agent architectures, integrating advanced LLMs, and ensuring robustness, scalability, and security in production environments.

You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and security specialists to develop agent-based systems that handle real-world complexity at scale.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, using orchestration tools and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry).

Job Summary

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will own and evolve the foundational platform services that power critical business workflows across the client's engineering organization. You will work inside a Platform team supporting hundreds of engineers and leading the design and delivery of high-reliability distributed systems — spanning communications delivery infrastructure (Email, SMS), workflow orchestration, and observability. In this role, you collaborate closely with SRE, DevEx, and product engineering teams to raise the bar on   reliability, developer experience, and operational excellence across shared infrastructure. Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, implement, and maintain shared platform services including Email and SMS delivery pipelines, distributed workflow orchestration, and supporting cloud infrastructure;

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the QA Automation Tools team, you will drive initiatives that enable our QA and development teams to move faster and ship with greater confidence. As a Senior Site Reliability Contractor, you will be involved in coding infrastructure automation with Terraform and Github Actions CI/CD. Cross-training and knowledge transfer

• Structured cross-training with the DVO team so database operational capability isn't concentrated in one person

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on database administration or database engineering; not theoretical
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise: replication, vacuum tuning, connection pooling (PgBouncer/PgCat), index strategy, major version upgrades
• Elasticsearch operational experience at scale; index lifecycle management, shard sizing, snapshot/restore, Kubernetes-hosted clusters
• ClickHouse or columnar database experience is a strong plus

• Integrate and enhance test automation within the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation.
• Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest).
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions , CircleCI).
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the SDLC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
