Fullscript is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Mobile App), to help shape the future of our patient experience, with a primary focus on our mobile app (iOS & Android). 

This role sits at the center of the patient experience, focused on the commerce moments that matter most: ordering, refills, subscriptions, account management, and overall app look and feel. These experiences need to feel fast, intuitive, trustworthy, and polished, on par with the best consumer products patients use every day.

But this is not a traditional e-commerce role. At Fullscript, commerce is closely connected to care. Patients may be following provider recommendations, managing routines, or refilling products they rely on. The right designer will bring strong commerce instincts while keeping that care context in mind.

You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to define, design, and ship patient experiences end-to-end, primarily in the mobile app and occasionally across the web platform. You can be empowered to find opportunities or problems and jump right in to fix them. We trust our teams to use their expertise to continually raise the bar of our product and act like an owner.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & Analytics Engineering team. This team builds AI-powered lab interpretation, clinician decision support, and conversational experiences directly into the Fullscript product.

You’ll help build the systems behind some of Fullscript’s most important AI experiences: AI-generated lab summaries, practitioner-facing conversational agents, and tools that help clinicians move from data to insight more quickly. The work is technical, product-minded, and deeply tied to real practitioner workflows.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has shipped production AI systems, understands how to turn ambiguous clinical and product problems into working software, and can own work from early experimentation through deployment, evaluation, and iteration.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, analytics, and medical stakeholders to build AI features that are reliable, useful, and grounded in the way practitioners actually deliver care.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered product features, including lab result summaries, clinical workflow tools, and practitioner-facing conversational agents.
• Build backend services that integrate LLMs and ML models into Fullscript’s platform, primarily using Python, with increasing exposure to Elixir as the platform evolves.
• Develop AI systems that can support open-ended clinical questions, follow-up interactions, and reasoning over structured and unstructured healthcare context.
• Implement prompting, grounding, retrieval, and safety strategies that improve output quality, consistency, and clinical relevance.
• Build evaluation, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows for AI features, including approaches for accuracy, hallucination detection, edge cases, and reliability.
• Partner with medical, product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate clinical needs into practical AI capabilities that can scale.
• Own AI systems end to end, from experimentation and prototyping through production deployment, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation decisions for AI-powered analytics, lab interpretation, and clinical decision-support workflows.
• Stay current with fast-moving LLM, agentic AI, and applied ML ecosystems, while staying pragmatic about what is ready for production use.

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, applied AI engineering, backend engineering, or a similar role, with a track record of shipping production systems.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including conversational agents, RAG workflows, tool use, or agentic systems.
• Strong backend development experience in Python, with solid SQL fundamentals and comfort working across data-heavy product environments.
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar models into user-facing products.
• Experience with LLM application frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face tools, or similar frameworks.
• Strong engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and production monitoring.
• Experience evaluating and validating LLM-based applications for quality, hallucinations, correctness, edge cases, and reliability over time.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous problem spaces, ask strong questions, make sound tradeoffs, and partner effectively with technical, product, medical, and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus if you have

• Experience with Elixir, Phoenix, functional programming, or an interest in building with Elixir as Fullscript’s AI platform evolves.
• Experience building AI assistants, conversational agents, or decision-support tools in healthcare, clinical workflows, regulated products, or other high-trust environments.
• Familiarity with MCP, Langfuse, agent orchestration patterns, tool-calling systems, or multi-step AI workflows.

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to support one of Fullscript’s fastest-growing segments. In this role, you’ll work closely with the GM and cross-functional leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to understand business performance and support key decisions.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. You’ll own the financial model, develop business cases, and help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the economic model. Become the owner of the segment financial and unit economic model, driving forecasting and tracking of the business
• Lead performance reporting. Produce clear performance narratives with insights, options, and recommendations
• Own the scorecard and diagnostics. Define and measure key business performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
• Lead driver-based analyses to uncover performance drivers and areas for value creation
• Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario analysis, payback, and risk assessment
• Partner closely with the GM and leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to support decision-making
• Provide financial insight to guide tradeoffs across initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of the business’s economic drivers and how they impact growth and profitability
• Maintain a dynamic economic model and contribute to the ongoing performance narrative
• Partner with data and analytics teams to operationalize insights into dashboards and tools

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development
• Structured problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguous business challenges
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
• Experience working cross-functionally and supporting decision-making across teams
• Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Bias for action and ability to move from analysis to execution

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can go beyond implementation. In addition to building high-quality systems, you’ll help define technical direction, guide architecture decisions, and identify where AI can create meaningful value in clinical workflows. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy and partner closely with engineering, product, analytics, and medical stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and clinically useful AI experiences.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production, multi-turn LLM-powered features, including summarization tools and clinician-facing conversational agents that support follow-up questions and reasoning over clinical context
• Own backend services in Python that integrate LLM agents with Fullscript’s platform and support reliable production use
• Help define technical direction for prompting, grounding, safety, and orchestration strategies used across clinical AI workflows
• Establish and improve evaluation approaches for LLM outputs, including accuracy, hallucinations, edge cases, and overall feature quality
• Shape engineering patterns for model-related workflows, including testing, CI/CD, observability, and version control

• 6+ years of experience building and implementing machine learning applications in production, including meaningful experience with LLM-powered agents, conversational experiences, or agent-based workflows
• A track record of owning complex technical problems end to end and shaping implementation beyond your immediate code contributions
• Experience designing and deploying AI systems that answer open-ended questions, support follow-up interactions, and operate reliably in production
• Strong experience with LLM application frameworks and tooling, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration and RAG frameworks
• Familiarity with evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM outputs, conversational quality, and system reliability
• Knowledge of MCP, agent orchestration patterns, or related approaches for building multi-step AI systems

We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to anchor one of the most important bets in our next chapter.

Fullscript is building intelligence trained on real-world functional outcomes. Not textbook data. Not controlled trials. Real longitudinal practitioner data layered with our own prescribing and lab history.

The hard part isn’t building models. It’s designing research that can credibly claim causality in messy, non-randomized healthcare data. Can we say that Protocol X led to Outcome Y, and stand behind it with confidence?

You’ll define how we approach causal research, set the methodological standard, and turn complex clinical data into insight the business can actually use. The output of this role will shape product direction, influence executive decisions, and determine whether this initiative becomes foundational to the company’s future. This is a high bar. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable owning it.

• Designing rigorous observational research frameworks that move beyond correlation toward defensible causal inference
• Addressing confounding, selection bias, missingness, and other structural challenges in real-world healthcare data
• Extracting outcome intelligence from newly acquired longitudinal practitioner datasets
• Connecting prescribing patterns, lab data, and behavioral signals into coherent analytical narratives
• Establishing methodological standards that protect the integrity of our claims
• Translating complex statistical findings into clear implications for Product, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
• Leading and mentoring a small data team while remaining deeply hands-on in research and modeling

• Practical understanding of the pitfalls in real-world clinical datasets, including confounding variables, selection effects, and incomplete outcome signals
• Comfort working with messy inputs such as PDF labs, narrative notes, inconsistent schemas, and evolving data structures
• Strong Python proficiency and hands-on experience with statistical modeling libraries
• A track record of translating analytical insight into tangible business or product decisions
• Professional maturity and autonomy to run a high-visibility research function independently
• Experience leading or mentoring other data professionals while maintaining technical depth
