We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - ServiceNow Platform with deep technical expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Platform Integrations, Discovery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience designing, implementing, and managing complex ServiceNow platform solutions. This role will involve overall platform implementation, driving innovation, ensuring system optimization, and responsible for solution design for platform delivery. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy:
- Lead the overall design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform.
- Define platform roadmaps, by ensuring scalability, performance, stability, and audit compliance.
- Lead the design of workflows, integrations, and modules to extend the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities.
- ServiceNow Implementation & Optimization:
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Core foundation, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOPs, GRC, TPRM, and other relevant modules.
- Manage platform upgrades and ensure all applications are optimized and adhere to enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance to configure, customize, and develop on the ServiceNow platform based on business needs.
- Manage the documentation of solutions, internal technical and process knowledge base materials, and training of process owners and stakeholders.
- Leadership:
- Provide process governance and technical best practices.
- Providing mentorship and guidance for a team of ServiceNow engineers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR) to drive adoption and ensure platform success.
- The ability to meet strict deadlines and other targets both individually and as the leader of multiple teams, strong decision maker.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Engage with executive leadership and management to understand business objectives, providing solutions that deliver tangible value and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow team management to ensure clear communication regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Establish technical governance and best practices to continuously improve platform performance and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow trends, releases, and best practices, proactively applying new technologies and functionalities to enhance the platform.
- Create a safe space for engineering team members to experiment with technical solutions that may solve organizational problems.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including deep technical expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOPs, GRC, and TPRM modules.
- Strong experience in architecture and design of ServiceNow platform implementations, including workflows, custom apps, and integrations.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, process governance and delivering large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) in the context of ServiceNow platform development and Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Portal, Incident, Problem, and Change Request Management processes.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub and Spokes.
- Nice to have Perl and Python programming in Linux environment.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban development methodologies.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus.
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a big plus.
This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
The pay range is $135,800- $183,800.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.

Job Summary:
As Senior Director, Federal Scientific Partnerships, you will lead PsiQuantum’s strategy for scientific and technical partnerships and business growth across the U.S. federal civilian R&D ecosystem, with emphasis on the Department of Energy (DOE), National Science Foundation (NSF), NIST, NASA, national laboratories, and research universities. You will identify, shape, and execute high-value scientific collaborations and funding opportunities that advance PsiQuantum’s technical roadmap, scientific credibility, and long-term growth objectives.
This role includes responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with senior agency officials and offices, developing high-value R&D collaborations, supporting the capture of competitive R&D awards, strengthening engagement with leading researchers and institutions, and expanding adoption of PsiQuantum’s software tools within the federal and academic research communities. Success in this role requires strong technical fluency, deep understanding of the federal science ecosystem, and the ability to translate external R&D opportunities into coordinated internal action spanning the engineering, applications, solutions, product, and public sector teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead PsiQuantum’s scientific and technical partnership strategy for the federal civilian R&D ecosystem, including DOE, NSF, NASA, NIST, national laboratories, and research universities.
- Identify, shape, and support responses to strategic R&D funding opportunities, including award contracts and other collaborative vehicles aligned with PsiQuantum’s roadmap and business.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with federal civilian R&D program leaders and offices.
- Build and execute partnership strategies with the national laboratories and research universities that strengthen PsiQuantum’s scientific leadership, position the company for increased impact with R&D funding agencies, and increase adoption of PsiQuantum’s fault-tolerant quantum applications software tools.
- Work cross-functionally with PsiQuantum’s engineering, applications, solutions, product, and public sector teams to translate external R&D opportunities into actionable plans.
- Help to define PsiQuantum’s public science ecosystem strategy, including prioritization of institutions, consortia, workshops, strategic collaborations, externally visible scientific engagements, and scientific messaging.
- Collaborate with government program management team for smooth handoff of contracted awards and partnerships for execution, and proactively communicate and resolve program issues.
- Provide strategic input to PsiQuantum internal teams based on relationships and insights from the federal civilian R&D ecosystem.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting, opportunity and partnership prioritization, and internal reporting.
Qualifications:
Required -
- An advanced degree in a STEM field (or comparable technical depth in a relevant field), strong technical fluency, and the ability to engage credibly with research scientists, engineers, and federal program staff.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the federal civilian R&D ecosystem, which may include federal agencies (particularly DOE), national laboratories, or other relevant institutions.
- Experience with partnership development, R&D funding capture, federal acquisition and contracting, and business development in emerging technologies.
- Experience in the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of developing, deploying, and sustaining complex technologies, hardware and software.
- Ability to identify, establish, and leverage key relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders within the federal government and the federal civilian R&D ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers; ability to translate complex topics, convince, and inspire through the written and spoken word.
- Capable of succeeding in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic, and creative environment.
- Ability to travel required.
- Preferred TS/SCI Clearance.
Preferred -
- Advanced degrees in STEM a plus.
- 10+ years as a government employee or federal contractor, preferably in DoE. Demonstrated experience supporting or winning competitive R&D awards from DOE, NSF, NIST, NASA, and involving national laboratories or universities.
- Understanding of fault-tolerant quantum computing, computational science, and/or the research domains where fault-tolerant quantum computing stands to make an impact.
- Prior employment in a federal science agency is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Support Specialist (“CSS”) role is designed to provide both onsite/in-person clinical facilitation and remote administrative duties. In person, a CSS works with a clinician to facilitate care visits for patients. Remotely, a CSS works on administrative duties that include, but are not limited to, chart preparation and Behavioral Health Integration. Please Note- while it is possible that the role may have the potential of becoming hybrid, this is currently anticipated to be full time onsite with our partnering facilities and not remote at this time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Onsite Clinical Facilitation
- Assisting patients by offering education related to their behavioral health visits, whether the treating clinician is conducting the visit in person or via telehealth
- Providing technical support and assistance for telehealth visits to include room and equipment preparation
- Supporting clinicians by accessing vitals and other relevant data from the facility’s EMR
- Procurement of patient referral documents as needed
- Acting as a liaison between the clinicians and the facility staff
- Interacting with staff and/or family members as necessary
- Maintaining responsibility for proper handling and cleaning of MTC Care equipment
Behavioral Health Integration (“BHI”)
- Completing assigned number of BHI cases within the required timeline by gathering necessary information from patient medical records and entering it into the company’s BHI system/software.
Clinician Support
- Providing assistance to assigned clinicians by accessing the facility’s EMR and recording relevant data into our EHR system in preparation for the clinical visit
- Working closely with the clinician to assure that patient visits run smoothly and efficiently

THE ROLE:
GRVTY is seeking a Full Stack Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The Full Stack Developer participates in development efforts to deliver a complete software solution. This position is for work across the cloud-based software development lifecycle (front end, back end, database, etc.). Design and implement all levels of the solution: data layer, application code, user interface. Design and deliver APIs and integrations with other software systems and databases. Architect for optimal use of enterprise infrastructure (cloud) and security requirements. Experience in the following: Delivering the design and development of software applications. Programming/coding from the data layer through the application layer, through the user interface. Decomposing functional requirements into technical specifications and tasks. House Buyers of America is looking for a 100% remote Valuations Analyst (VA) who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining a scope of work for properties we acquire. The VA must be able to determine a reliable estimate of market value for prospective deals to be used by House Buyers of America in determining whether to acquire a residential property. Requirements

- A strong drive and interest to learn and launch new ideas quickly and work in a fast-paced team environment with a disciplined, process-oriented mindset
