What Impact You’ll Have:

The People Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations with a strong focus on employee support, coordination, and administrative execution. This role serves as a front-line resource for employee inquiries, ensures timely handling of employment verification requests, and partners closely with Business Unit leadership to coordinate meetings, events, and organizational initiatives. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our Tysons HQ, requiring a minimum of 2–3 days per week onsite. The position reports to a Senior Manager, People & Culture and provides direct support to the VP, People & Culture and to the Senior Manager, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

What You’ll be Owning:

Employee Support & HR Operations 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR phone line, answering incoming calls and acting as the “front desk” for People & Culture
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive employee experience
• Answer employee questions when able, or take detailed messages and route inquiries to the appropriate HR point of contact (HRBP, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
• Manage and process employment verification requests, including responding to external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information 

HR Systems & Data Management 

• Upload, maintain, and audit employee files and documentation within HR systems (e.g., ADP or internal platforms)
• Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and recordkeeping requirements
• Support data entry and updates related to employee changes, onboarding, and documentation tracking 

Coordination & Business Unit Support 

• Partner with Business Unit General Managers to coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and team engagements
• Collaborate with the Events Manager to plan, organize, and execute internal events, including logistics, communications, and onsite support
• Track and manage event timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups 

Administrative & Reporting Support 

• Prepare and maintain meeting materials, trackers, and task documents in Excel
• Support reporting needs by organizing data and ensuring accuracy across HR systems and trackers
• Assist with documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures 

Executive & Team Support 

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the VP, People & Culture and broader leadership team as needed
• Assist in preparing materials, tracking priorities, and supporting key People & Culture initiatives 

General Administrative Support 

• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
• Support cross-functional initiatives across People & Culture, Finance, and Operations as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee-facing communications 

 What You Must Have:

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or operations experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (trackers, basic formulas, data organization)
• Experience working with HR systems and managing employee data/files preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone presence
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What You’ll Be Owning

GRVTY is seeking a Senior Software Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Tysons, VA. The developer, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience,  will support the full lifecycle development (analyze, design, develop, deploy, maintain) of innovative and interactive web, video and multimedia training products. The individual will be responsible for product research, programming/authoring, interface design, testing and quality control. Products also include web-based training, SharePoint and websites, multimedia applications, video productions, graphic design, and print products.

The ideal candidate requires demonstrated experience with:

• Linux
• Amazon cloud, AWS and use services, like S3 and EC2
• Apache Webserver and Apache Tomcat
• Development languages: Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL and Javascript
• VS Code
• ·Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Enterprise Application Auditing Tool, Enterprise Application MFA Solution (OAuth), and RBAC (Role Based Access Control)
• Bash Scripting
• Developing and supporting automation and orchestration processes for IAM services. Understanding of IAM governance frameworks, platforms, RBAC, group policy management, and privileged access management (PAM) tolls.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated expertise with AWS infrastructure security and access controls
• Demonstrated expertise adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs and technology design.
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals to teach navigation of Github, Linux-based OS, and AWS and use services, such as S3 and EC2.
• Demonstrated understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Compute Information Systems, or Computer Engineering with ten (10) years of experience executing software development activities.

The Systems Engineer is responsible the applications infrastructure across all networks. Technical support to make application security compliant. Responsible for tech precepts implementation and contractually responsible to be on call 24/7.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in system engineering, testing, or DevOps roles.
• CI/CD Knowledge: Proven experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix, version control (Git), and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)

The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of GRVTY’s facilities and physical environment across one or multiple locations. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in facilities operations, compliance, physical security requirements, and vendor/contract management—particularly within secure or government-adjacent environments.

The Facilities Director will ensure that GRVTY’s buildings, spaces, and physical systems meet mission requirements, maintain compliance with federal standards and support a high-performance workforce. This individual must be proactive, strategic, and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Owning:

• Lead and oversee all facilities operations, including maintenance, security coordination, space planning, and lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community requirements, including physical and technical security standards
• Interface with landlord and landlord representatives as needed
• Coordinate closely with security leadership on access control, classified storage, secure workspaces (SCIF), alarms, and accreditation requirements

What You Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or security-oriented environments

• Proven ability to manage landlord, vendors, contracts, and facility-related projects at scale
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance (active clearance preferred)
• Ability to work with discretion and handle sensitive or classified information

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Demonstrated experience managing secure facilities, SCIFs, or government-regulated environments (ICD 705 experience highly preferred)
• Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or homeland security customers
• Previous work bringing SCIFs through accreditation
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, LEED, FMP, IFMA credentials)
• Experience with facility expansion, multi-site management, or rapid scaling initiatives
