The Plant Security Protection Specialist is responsible for the daily execution of security and assists with fire protection operations at the Blythewood, South Carolina Scout Motors production facility. This role focuses on field-level execution, guard force oversight, operational security support and incident response coordination to ensure the protection of employees, visitors, corporate assets, and production continuity. The Specialist works on-site at the facility, directly within plant operations, supporting the Manager of Plant Security and Fire Protection to execute and manage established security programs, monitor systems and personnel, and facilitate day-to-day security activities across the site.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00

This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI’s first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.
As a Site Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and overseeing inventory and logistics operations at our large-scale construction sites. This position is critical to establishing and maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material tracking, and leading a team that will support the success of a large-scale construction project. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing warehouse teams and inventory valued at $35-40 million or more. This individual will be a key contributor to the job site's setup and the ongoing operational excellence we are striving for on all of our sites.

As the Director of Facility Operations, you will own the performance, uptime, and efficiency of our mining site portfolio. This is a hands-on, field-oriented leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple sites while staying closely connected to both corporate vision and on-the-ground execution.
This role is based in Miami, FL but will require regular travel to mining sites in Texas, Canada, and New York. Position Overview
Woolpert is hiring a Senior Engineer Project Manager to join our dynamic Aviation Team. This position reports to our Aviation leadership team and is responsible for leading and managing the design, planning, and delivery of aviation and airfield improvement projects. This role oversees technical document preparation, directs multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with stakeholders such as TxDOT and airport sponsors, and ensures projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget. In this position, the ideal candidate will be able to lead the mechanical and plumbing portions of facility condition assessments on various asset types including buildings in the healthcare, education, sports, public, and commercial sectors.
Acting as a Mechanical Assessor on projects, this person will be responsible for observing, identifying, and documenting all mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a given asset, identifying any deficiencies that these systems have, and providing recommendations with budgetary cost estimates for how best to correct the deficiencies. Additionally, Mechanical Assessors are responsible for leading and supporting more junior Mechanical Assessors on their project team, ensuring work quality for the mechanical discipline, interfacing with clients and their facility staff teams, and supporting the Project Managers in various tasks as assigned.
