We help customers prevent accidents, protect their drivers, and manage their fleets using high-performance, AI-powered cameras, advanced computer vision, and in-cab alerting technology.

As the Principal/Director Product Manager, Connected Devices (Vision & Safety), you will be the dedicated product leader for the device and firmware surface area of this critical line. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution for our category-defining connected camera products, including the flagship AI Dashcam+ and AI Omnicam. Responsible for defining the next generation of intelligent edge devices and ensuring the 1M+ devices already in the field perform flawlessly, your work is the literal foundation for our Safety and Fleet software suite offerings, shaping and heavily influencing the entire product roadmap wherever the bits meet the atoms. You are the "CEO of the Product."

This is a deeply cross-functional role at the intersection of physical systems and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. You will operate as a peer to Electrical Engineering, Embedded/Firmware, Mechanical, AI/ML, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and TPM, and collaborate with the software, cloud, and mobile teams that consume device data. The ideal candidate is a technically fluent product leader who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by the discipline of hardware development, and can move confidently between a silicon roadmap, regulatory certification, firmware releases, and customer safety workflows.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision and execution of our AI-powered vision & safety hardware and the corresponding software and firmware capabilities.
• Set and articulate the product's vision, and gain buy-in from our CEO, CPO, CTO, and VP Connected Devices.
• Drive New Product Introductions (NPIs) from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution across hardware, firmware, web, and mobile platforms.
• Make the hard trade-offs across AI computing, installation experience, form factor, battery, and connectivity to deliver a winning safety solution that aligns with business outcomes.
• Define and prioritize firmware features that extend the value of over 1M+ hardware devices in the field by optimizing user experience, connectivity resilience, AI model deployment, and fleet-level observability.
• Write strong PRDs and technical specs that frame the problem, the constraints, and the decisions, ensuring alignment across Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and TPM.
• Collaborate across multiple product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship the products that our customers love.
• Define and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of our products in the market, including AI detection accuracy, driver coaching effectiveness, and device reliability (RMA and field failure rates).
• Drive go-to-market readiness by partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Install on positioning, enablement, and rollout planning for every NPI and major feature release.

What We're Looking For

• • 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time shipping camera, video, or computer-vision products from concept to launch and sustaining them through post-launch iteration.
  • Deep technical fluency in camera and edge-compute systems — image quality, ISP and sensor trade-offs, lens selection, and the device-level constraints (compute headroom, memory, thermal envelope, power, bandwidth) that determine what AI workloads the platform can support. You won't own the CV models themselves — that's our Visual AI team — but you'll partner closely with them and make the hardware and firmware trade-offs that gate their performance in the field.
  • Proven ownership of at least one full hardware NPI that reached material volume (ideally 100K+ units), preferably a connected camera or other video-capable device.
  • Strong technical fluency across the full IoT stack — embedded firmware, cellular and low-power wireless connectivity (LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, BLE), GNSS/location, and the mobile and cloud software that consumes device data.
  • Working familiarity with automotive and telematics protocols such as CAN, OBD-II, and J1939, and an understanding of how vehicle data complements video and sensor streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and influence roadmaps across engineering, operations, and GTM without direct authority.
  • Customer empathy paired with data fluency — you work diligently to understand customers' mindsets and use data to prioritize ruthlessly.

  Bonus Points:

  • Experience launching cellular-connected video devices at scale (dashcams, security cameras, body cameras, or similar).
  • Experience co-developing connected camera platforms with an in-house AI/CV team — translating model requirements into silicon, sensor, and thermal decisions, and balancing AI compute against cost, power, and form factor.
  • Background in fleet safety, telematics, ADAS, or automotive technology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and certification regimes for connected video devices (FCC, CE, PTCRB, GCF, automotive EMC).

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional technology and operations team to identify and understand customer problems and translate them into innovative and impactful solutions across our ecosystem of fleet and freight management products.

You will lead initiatives from concept through execution by leveraging your expertise in design methodologies, craft, and stakeholder communication. You will be a steward of quality by leveraging, defining, and evolving our design systems to achieve an effective, consistent and cohesive product experience across multiple touchpoints.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead and grow our design presence in Bangalore while contributing to key initiatives within our Fleet Management product domain.

This role is both hands-on and organizationally pivotal. You will lead a team of designers working within Fleet Management—spanning areas such as compliance, driver identification, and operational workflows—delivering intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile platforms.

In parallel, you will serve as a local design leader for South Asia, supporting and mentoring designers across teams—many of whom may report into different managers globally. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening design culture on the ground, elevating craft, and ensuring designers in the region feel supported, connected, and set up to succeed.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager for our Telematics Platform. This team is at the center of Motive's product ecosystem, responsible for the centralized platform that collects, ingests, processes, and serves all vehicle and device data. You will be a key voice in the long-term vision, strategy, and execution for this platform, which is the foundation of our most critical customer-facing products.

You will be the partner for all other product teams who build their experiences on telematics platforms. You will also lead the charge in productizing our telematics data directly, building API-first products and rich integrations for our largest Enterprise customers.

This is a deeply technical, strategic, and high-impact role. You will be the central pillar of product leadership, wrestling with complex engineering challenges and driving alignment across the company to shape the future of Motive's data platform.

As a Motive Technical Documentation Writer, you will develop, edit, and maintain customer-facing Help Center articles that empower users to get the most from our products. Working closely with cross-functional product and support teams, you’ll gather essential insights and translate them into clear, helpful content for a non-technical audience.

Your responsibilities will go beyond writing—you will contribute to ongoing knowledge management initiatives, recommend improvements to the Help Center experience, and ensure our support content remains accurate and user-friendly. You’ll also have opportunities to participate in a range of collaborative projects, such as Help Center coding tasks, reporting on content metrics, supporting SEO strategy, contributing to user experience (UX) research, designing chatbot flows, and crafting video scripts.

What You’ll Do: 

• Create, update, and maintain high-quality Help Center support articles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Prepare well-structured drafts in the Content Management System (CMS) and edit images for articles, submitting content for review and approval.

About the Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, Financial Products, you will be responsible for driving and executing the strategic market expansion of Motive’s Spend Management offering. This high-impact role provides an opportunity to own a major, revenue-driving pillar of the business - identifying and launching our offering into high-growth, untapped sectors and/or new international markets. You will be the primary product voice for this domain, working closely with Sales, Growth and Marketing teams and having a direct line of sight into the roadmap of the entire financial products organization.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, can quickly develop expert domain knowledge in new geographies and highly complex or regulated sectors and convert that knowledge into building tangible revenue generating products.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card entry into new sectors and markets.
• Conduct deep customer research, identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and outline the feature set necessary for successful adoption.
• Develop the product strategy & roadmap by partnering closely with key stakeholders (including other PMs, PMMs, AEs, SEs) to introduce Motive Card into new sectors and/or international geographies, prioritizing based on market opportunity and operational readiness.
• Align priorities & Execute effectively on this roadmap by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Develop and articulate clear metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.
