직무 소개 

Logistics Operation Center(LOC) 조직은 쿠팡 물류 네트워크의 컨트롤 타워로서, FC/Hub에서 출발한 상품이 고객에게 도착하기까지의 전 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링하고 운영 리스크에 즉각 대응하여 속도와 신뢰성을 동시에 확보하는 조직입니다.
Program Management 는 물류 네트워크 전반의 운영 Configuration(구성) 을 직접 정의·관리하며, Volume·Capacity·라우팅·시스템 정책 변경을 통해
실제 운영에 즉각적인 영향을 주는 핸즈온(Hands-on) 컨트롤 역할을 수행합니다. 모든 결정은 데이터로 검증되며, 그 결과는 SOP 및 운영 기준 개선으로 연결됩니다.

업무 내용 

1. 물류 네트워크 컨트롤 타워 운영

• FC / Hub / Camp 전반의 물류 흐름을 실시간 모니터링
• 고객 경험에 영향을 미치는 운영 이상 징후 및 리스크 조기 식별
• 서비스 영향도 기반의 우선순위 판단 및 즉각적인 운영 대응

      2. Volume / Capacity 기반 운영 Configuration 관리

• Manpower·Capacity 분석을 기반으로 Volume 분산 및 운영 Configuration 적용
• 수요 변동, 제약 발생 등 네트워크 변화에 따른 물량 배분 기준, Capacity 한계치, Cut-off 기준 등 핵심 운영 기준 정의·변경
• Middle mile / Last mile 전반의 운영 안정성 및 서비스 레벨 관리

      3. 시스템 Configuration 및 운영 반영 검증

• 물류 네트워크 변화에 수반되는 시스템 Configuration 관리
• Logistics Tech 및 Operations 팀과 협업하여 Configuration 변경 사항이 실제 운영에 정확히 반영되는지 검증
• 설정 변경 이후 운영 데이터 추적을 통한 이슈 관리 및 안정화

      4. 데이터 기반 운영 판단 기준 수립

• 운영 의사결정을 지원하는 KPI, Alert Threshold, 대시보드 구조 정의 및 운영
• 운영 조치 및 Configuration 변경 결과를 데이터로 분석하여 판단 기준의 유효성 검증
• 주요 운영 이슈 및 인사이트를 리더십 및 유관 부서에 공유

      5. SOP 및 운영 기준 개선

• 컨트롤 타워 운영 및 Configuration 관리 결과를 바탕으로 SOP 및 운영 정책 개선 과제 도출

Job Overview

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang’s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang’s core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM
• Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
• Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
• Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models
• Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimisation within the SAP landscape
• Mentor SAP functional and technical teams; drive architectural governance and design reviews
• Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs for performance, reliability, availability, and security

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 15 years of overall experience with at least 8years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture
• Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, etc.)
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub
• Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organisations
• Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs
• Prior experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, SAP Activate)

직무 소개

CLS FP&A – Business Analyst 팀은 CLS Business Analysis로서 쿠팡의 Logistics 비즈니스 의사결정을 지원하기 위해 데이터의 분석, 품질, 가용성, 깊이를 책임지는 핵심 프로젝트를 주도합니다.

SQL 및 기타 분석 언어에 대한 전문성과 ETL 개발, 다양한 데이터 분석 기법을 기반으로, 조직 전반의 의사결정에 필요한 신뢰도 높은 데이터와 가시성(visibility)을 제공합니다.

이 과정에서 엔드투엔드(E2E) 물류 운영을 재무 관점에서 구조적으로 분석하고, 운영 데이터와 FP&A를 연결하여 비용 효율성, 서비스 수준, 사업 확장성에 대한 핵심 의사결정을 리딩합니다.

Role Overview

OVERVIEW

Being a part of the ALO team as an Inventory Analyst serves as the regional extension of the centralized team, bridging brand strategy with local market execution. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory health, delivering real-time market insights, and strengthening cross-functional partnerships to enable faster, more informed decision-making.  This role is designed to bridge the centralized model and in-market execution.  The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of local market dynamics and acts as a trusted partner to both local leadership and the centralized team, helping to ensure brand consistency while driving local relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Serve as the 2-way conduit to feed intelligence between the main and local office to support the company strategy and ensure execution

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Principal, Supply Chain Management to lead inbound planning operations across fulfillment centers (FCs). This role is pivotal in driving capacity planning, inventory alignment, and operational excellence through structured S&OP processes. We’re seeking a Data Scientist with expertise in a breadth of ML techniques. Your responsibilities will include developing, prototyping and productionizing innovative models using a range of techniques (Supervised/Unsupervised/Reinforcement). Introduction 

Coupang Eats is loading for an experienced Senior Product Manager for Japan Market Market Product.   
 
This is an exciting and demanding role, where you will own and co-create key Japan market capabilities, intellectual property and know-how with other world-class product managers, engineers, scientists and business stakeholders.   
 
As a product manager, you will define and build key components for a new on-demand logistics network where tens of thousands of stores can tap into to serve a wider Customer base. This will be a nationwide network with thousands of couriers. You will cooperate with the operations partner to create best practices and convert feedback into features. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific area of the Eats Japan customer’s shopping experience. 

• Have a deep understanding of the Customer and provide the Voice of the Customer 

• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics 

• Identify opportunities to improve purchase conversion by removing any friction points in the end-to-end shopping experience 

• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life 

• Work with business stakeholders to drive growth of our Customer, Store, and Courier bases

Role Overview

The Global Operations Tech (GOT) organization is responsible for the systems that enable Coupang to reliably deliver to customers within hours of orders being placed.
