Position: Senior Line Haul Specialist (Middle Mile)

Role Overview

The Senior Line Haul Specialist role plays a key part in arranging and optimizing linehaul truck operations, analyzing service performance, managing vendor and route-level activities, and driving process improvements through effective cross-team collaboration and communication.

What You Will Do:

• Arrange linehaul trucks using the system and communicate with relevant teams (FCs, hubs, camps, vendors, etc.)
• Analyze transportation service status and make improvement through collaboration (LOS: level of service)
• Manage vendor and route-level operation and settlement
• Establish initiatives for overall truck transportation, improve operational processes, and handle relevant communications

Required Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation management (5+ years)
• Experience as a manager (subteam leader, team leader) in logistics and transportation management (2+ years)
• Ability to plan logistics operation process (2+ years), manage operations, manage metrics, and report to the management- Experience in participating in development of TMS/BMS/WMS or proficiency in using those systems

• Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into last mile and middle mile logistics.
• Prepare and share daily/monthly last mile and middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute.
• Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning.
• Measuring the last mile driver's performance analysis of multiple cost models and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver.
• Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics last mile and middle mile.
• Proven experience in data processing and analysis to build models that support business decisions.
• Strong communication skills across various contexts.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Sheet, Tableau and SQL/Python.

Prefered Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in planning and project management.

What will you do?

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Own the portfolio across first-, middle-, and last-mile. Define scope, OKRs, workstreams, and success metrics; lead planning, execution, launch, and stabilization.
• KR-to-TW Transition & Expansion: Lead a structured handover of existing TW last-mile reports from the KR team; design unified reporting that brings first-, middle-, and last-mile into a single end-to-end visibility framework.
• Operational Excellence & PDD Improvement: Partner with LOC specialists, hub managers, linehaul, sortation, and TW logistics leadership to prioritize defects, remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable gains.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in Program/Project Management or Analytics-driven Operations within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or similar high-scale environments.
• Data & Tools: Strong ability to self-serve and validate data (SQL required). Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI. Experience with big data environments (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) is a plus. Python familiarity is a plus.
• Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, multi-team initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings; strong risk management and dependency tracking.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional structured thinking and root cause analysis; ability to handle unstructured problems and convert into executable workstreams.
• Communication & Influence: Executive-ready written and verbal communication; adept at influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions without authority.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics Domain Depth: Understanding of first/middle/last mile, hub operations, linehaul planning, route optimization, and PDD mechanics.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on with Python or statistical tooling for simulations, forecasting, and experiment design. Very proficient with Google sheets, Excel, SQL , Tableau and PowerBI

Position: Senior Line Haul Manager (Middlemile Management & Planning)

Role Overview

The Senior Line Haul Manager (Middlemile Management & Planning) role plays a strategic part in establishing KPIs, forecasting logistics capacity, integrating sales forecasts into planning, analyzing driver performance, and developing workforce planning tools to optimize middle mile line haul operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish key performance indicators and benchmarks for planning and forecasting into middle mile line haul logistics.
• Prepare and share daily/monthly middle mile capacity manpower and asset planning models and collaborate with operations teams to execute.
• Connect with S&OP(Sales & Operations Planning) to collect the GMV/Sales forecast and transform them into the logistics expansion planning.
• Measure middle mile line haul driver's performance, analyze multiple cost models, and design the route/area-wise productivity of each driver.
• Support the development and implementation of workforce planning tools for accurate capacity forecasting.
