As we continue to expand our presence across South Korea, we’re hiring a Seoul based Account Executive. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a disruptive, fast-growing company as we build out our local team.

In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle and work closely with both end customers and channel partners to win new business and grow existing accounts. Work Location: Seoul
Probation Period: The probationary period is 6 months. There is no anticipated change in working conditions during probation.
Work Hours: Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing 8 hours of work with a 60-minute lunch break. Working hours and break-time can be adjusted based on business needs.
Holidays: Weekends and public holidays.
Overtime: Deemed working hours scheme given the necessary time spent working outside the office.
Measure Against Passive Smoking: Smoking is prohibited indoors.

What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including outbound activity, online demos, proposals, and negotiations.
Build and grow a strong pipeline of all industries in your territory.
Work closely with local integrators, resellers, and channel partners.
Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s product suite and its relevance to the South Korean market and broader physical security ecosystem.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored technical demos and ensure successful product rollouts.
Provide feedback from the South Korean market to help shape regional strategy and product improvements.
Be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the transition to cloud-managed physical security.
Travel as needed for customer/prospect meetings and site visits.

What You Bring

At least 10 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role (experience in South Korea's B2B market preferred).
Native or fluent Korean language skills are essential; business-level English is a plus.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to navigate and influence complex sales cycles.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to educate and advise clients in South Korea’s unique business culture.
A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
Tenacity, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team in South Korea, covering Asia. You'll be joining a team of 6 AEs, split by vertical across commercial and enterprise accounts.

Role Overview

You will provide legal support across various international legal initiatives, including Coupang Intelligent Cloud, Coupang’s AI cloud computing service, in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and constantly challenging environment. What You Will Do

Technology and commercial transactions: Lead and execute on a variety of country-specific, regional, and global technology and commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex technology and commercial contracts in English and Korean. You will be hands-on with end-to-end responsibility for legal support and will be required to work in partnership with our Procurement, Engineering, Security, Compliance and other teams.
Advisory: You will be a legal problem solver, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of legal issues related to cloud services and AI development, including commercial, regulatory, and policy matters. You will lead and execute as an all-around legal strategy on both day-to-day and long-term legal goals, including support for product and services development, commercial arrangements, contracts, terms of use, privacy matters, intellectual property and licensing, open-source software, information security and the interpretation of contractual terms and rights and obligations. 
Third party legal risk management: Contribute to developing and implementing third-party legal risk management frameworks to set the standards for third party contracting with vendors across Coupang. Basic Qualifications

Qualified lawyer in the U.S., Korea or common law jurisdiction (e.g., England, Australia, Singapore) with 6+ years post-qualification legal experience, both in-house and private practice.

Principal Technologist (PT) – Role Overview

The EverPure Principal Technologist (PT) is a senior technical thought leader within the SE Specialist organization, responsible for driving the most complex strategic pursuits, enabling field excellence, and advancing EverPure’s technical and business positioning across the region. Acting as a trusted technical advisor and strategist, the PT bridges customers, field teams, and HQ to drive innovation, competitive differentiation, and measurable business impact.

This role requires a deep understanding of customer industries, IT strategies, and application architectures operating comfortably from boardroom to data center, influencing both C-suite decisions and technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years (industry relevant) vendor (pre-sales, technical) experience covering the Korea and APJ region
7+ years business experience with relevant storage, computer applications, File/Object, high performance architectures.
Participation in technical community leadership programs such as VMware vExpert, Microsoft MVP, Cisco Champion etc
End-user technology operations or architecture role experience
Experience selling to large enterprise accounts in a presales technical role
Proficiency in English and Korean is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our primary Korean partner, including executive leadership and technical teams. Executive stakeholder engagement in large, complex manufacturing organizations
Utilize your bilingual Korean/English fluency with ability to conduct complex technical and business discussions in both languages
Leverage cross-cultural business acumen and ability to navigate Korean business practices, decision-making processes, and organizational dynamics

Who You Are:

About the position:

We are growing our Enterprise CS team and looking to add an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise customers and ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral role in our business as a trusted customer advisor and serve as the customer advocate liaison between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, among others.

Develop a strong command of Workato’s unique value propositions, the business value our key capabilities drive, our approach to Enterprise Automation, our customer use cases/success stories, and our best practices. Leverage the aforementioned knowledge and your technical Workato product expertise to guide the customer on their Enterprise Automation journey.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise customers to drive adoption, assess and evangelize value received, and assist in revenue expansion. Develop and maintain engagement with senior customer executives to understand their strategic objectives and position Workato for their transformation initiatives, including delivering Customer Objectives reviews, Executive Business reviews, etc.
Develop a deep understanding of a customer's business, use cases, and desired outcomes to guide them to achieve these via Workato’s product and services. Develop and drive programs to increase usage of the product within the current (landed) group and expand usage to other business groups/functions
Create customer assets, including a Joint Success Plan, to be leveraged by our sponsors, outlining progress with Workato mapped to their business initiatives, value, deployment plans, etc.
Monitor customers' achievement of desired outcomes and value, consistently and effectively telling the story of these both to internal stakeholders and externally to key customer stakeholders
Be the expert in deployment models and governance structures and share best practices from a business and technical perspective
Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise and effectively prioritize/orchestrate resolution of customer requests or issues
Develop trusted and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners; and champion customers internally to mitigate risk, improve customer experience, drive to value outcomes, and unlock growth
Professionally manage your book of business and provide periodic and accurate reporting, develop growth and risk mitigation plans, following our playbooks, best practices, and documentation requirement

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

BS or equivalent education
7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or technical account management roles with a demonstrated track record of increasing adoption, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction. Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies
Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes
Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level)
Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations
Experience in Integration and/or business automation. Awareness of processes and roles in these domains would be a plus: People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
Preference will be given to candidates who:

Role Overview

Coupang Pay aims to make Coupang the most convenient online payment platform.

As a Senior Staff Backend Engineer on the Product Engineering team, you will go beyond feature development to define the technical direction of core payment domains and design and evolve highly reliable fintech systems that handle large-scale traffic.

As the technical owner of core payment services—including Coupay, Korea’s first one-touch payment system—you will be responsible for system stability, scalability, security, and performance end to end. You will identify complex technical challenges and design and implement fundamental solutions to make payment services used by tens of millions of customers faster and safer.

You will also work closely with cross-functional partners such as Accounting, Treasury, and other Fintech engineering teams to lead the architecture of payment back-office systems, as well as settlement and reconciliation platforms, while improving operational stability.

15+ years of backend engineering experience
Ability to design and operate large-scale distributed systems based on Java and the Spring Framework

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

12–15+ years of software engineering experience, with proven success in large-scale distributed systems.

Deep expertise in full-stack development (Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent).

Hands-on architecture and design experience with microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and real-time data processing.

Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and system design.

Proven ability to deliver rapidly and reliably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

Payment systems experience at top global fintech companies (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, JusPay, AliPay, Visa, Adyen, Square, Mastercard).

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI Agents (GenAI, RAG, workflow automation, LLMs) into production-scale systems.

Deep knowledge of distributed microservices, cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, containerization, serverless), and multi-region scaling.

Experience in dealing with and resolving the issues that occur when an organization grows in size and the systems get complicated

Publications, patents, or open-source contributions in distributed systems, payments, or AI applications.

Fluent English (Korean a plus); strong communication skills with global stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a key member of the Security PMO Business Controlling & Analytics team, this role owns security-related and corporate IT(enterprise) related SW/HW budgeting, contract & license management, and cost forecasting.
You will go beyond collecting numbers and deeply engage in procurement and contract processes, working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage security/corporate IT(enterprise) SW/HW budgets
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasting and variance analysis
Manage software and hardware contracts & license utilization
Conduct deep-dive cost analysis and drive optimization initiatives
Actively participate in procurement and contract lifecycle management
Collaborate closely with Business teams, Procurement, and Finance
Provide guide and training to Business teams regarding procurement process and systems (Levelpath, Ariba, iAccounting, etc.)
Challenge cost structures and identify improvement opportunities for budget/cost/procurement management process
Maintain high data accuracy in Excel-driven manual processes
Manage deliverables using internal tools (Wiki, BTS, etc.)

Required Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong numerical analysis and validation mindset
Proven experience in budget/cost/contract management

서류 반환 정책 

본 고지는 『채용절차의공정화에관한법률』 제11조제6항에 따른 것 입니다.
당사 채용에 응시한 구직자 중 최종 합격이 되지 못한 구직자는 『채용절차의 공정화에 관한 법률』에 따라 제출한 채용서류의 반환을 청구할 수 있음을 알려 드립니다. 다만, 홈페이지 또는 전자우편으로 제출된 경우나 구직자가 당사의 요구 없이 자발적으로 제출한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하며, 천재지변이나 그 밖에 당사에게 책임 없는 사유로 채용서류가 멸실된 경우에는 반환한 것으로 봅니다.
위2항 본문에 따라 채용 서류 반환 청구를 하는 구직자는 채용 서류 반환 청구서 [채용절차의 공정화에 관한 법률 시행규칙 별지 제 3 호 서식]를 작성하여 이메일 (recruitingops@coupang.com) 로 제출하면, 제출이 확인된 날로부터 14 일 이내에 지정한 주소지로 등기우편을 통하여 발송해 드립니다. 이 경우 등기우편요금은 수신자 부담으로 하게 되오니 유념하시기 바랍니다. 
당사는 위2항 본문에 따른 구직자의 반환 청구에 대비하여 채용 여부가 확정된 날로부터 180 일간 구직자가 제출한 채용서류 원본을 보관하게 되며, 그때까지 채용서류의 반환을 청구하지 아니할 경우에는 『개인정보 보호법』에 따라 지체 없이 채용서류 일체를 파기할 예정입니다.
단, 위 1항 내지 4항의 내용은 대한민국의 노동 관계 법령이 적용되는 경우에만 적용됩니다. 그 이외의 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.
